Description: Riemsianne calls forth violet and grey flames, that form a torrential vortex below the enemy. The flames melts the substance below them, forming lava if its rocked or a solid.
They then form a cage while rods on divine light thrust through the holes in the cage and pierce the enemy, taking spirit energy, mana, even life force if Riemsianne is hurt majorly.
Chains covered in lightning come fromRiemsianne's tenticles and bind then enemy as the cage explodes then the ice of Niflhiem covers the enemy, freezing them where they are. (Hope you not flying, cuz ur fucked)
Finally, a cage of light, fire and lightning encases the enemy or enemies. Shrinking and slowly crushing them.
This attack IS A DEAD MANS WORST ENEMY.

Well, I'm sorry for that little Asshole move I did, please refer to this new explanation of why you're move has been denied. The wording of the post itself relates to literal HANDS OF LIGHTNING Are brought from under the opponent, allowing them to be trapped so this is considered auto hit. Along with the fact that the move should not be so OP, Especially for a advanced rank Chaos move. Also, is this able to be Dodged? This would also help in me decided whether I shall approve it after editing of your own. Also, You DO Have horrible grammar and writing detail, no offense. If next time you could word in a better way, along with trying to keep the grammar within reading level.[/size]
