This Form, in a whole, is the Evil side of Hibiki. As a Hybrid, Hibiki had always been faced with the choice of being evil and ruthless to being kind and caring, which was the route she had taken. Hibiki has known of this dark path for some time, and she has taken her first steps to unlocking that of a secret power she has held within for years upon years. Hibiki understood that this path was dangerous and that she could possibly never come back from it, although she has. Hibiki has suffered consequences from this path though, mainly of large amount of black runes that scour her body like art, only to be opened every time this form is entered. There are around 40 runes that scour her body, small, lifeless runes, black outlineing easily seen when these runes are visable, although, they are hugely covered up by her clothing. If Hibiki has that of a short sleeved shirt on along side pants, none of the runes would be visible, besides that of the rune on her face, covering her eye lid, and the outer area of her eye. Hibiki has been riddled with these runes now after entering her dark powers, something she wishes he had not done, but still, at the inner reaches of her mind, she believes it was the right choice for the path she has chosen, the death of an evil male will need nothing but evil to match her own abilities. Hibiki has reflected on this Form and now understands its importance, it is to protect those who she wishes to stand by her, and destroy those that oppose her goal, which will be met. This Form focuses on all of her goals that she has set forth, the defeat of her father, her battle with her brothers, her killing of Kin, her training of Shadin, all these things had brung out her inner wish for power, only to lust for it, now allowing her to grip onto her Evil Tendancies, focusing all her energy into this single Form, her true Form, the form that would now lead to her defeat one day, but that day? It will not be for a long while...

This the main ability of Hibiki's Final Form, which stays active at all times. This ability is set in stone, literally, a thin layer of stone is projected in Hibiki's skin in the form of a rune, 40 of these runes being scattered around her chest back and legs. The runes, once her Final Form is active, rip open, the void of darkness seeming to envelop her body, allowing her outer appearance to change drastically. These runes open to a area unknown to most, and only known to those who have been told. This "World" is Hibiki's inner mind. Hibiki has taken the leap within hers mind and believed that it was needed, reaching into the depths of her skull and pulling out anger, corruption, evil influences, anything that could have possibly allowed her to become stronger. These runes lead to this evil within her mind, nothing has changed within them for years, although... These tendrils reach out to an unlimited distance, every tendril being able to be manipulated in anyway besides transmutation, seperation, and dispersion. These tendrils are actually rather strong, containing that of all Hibiki's possible weight into them, these tendrils being able to squeeze rather tightly on any male/female that is gripped by them. These tendrils, at the state that they are currently obtained through, can be cut apart, although, this will not work in destroying them. Once a tendril is cut and severed from its original tendon, it will then move back to its severed half and re connect, or can be manipulated through the air. These Tendril's can also be weakened to that of a centimeter in length to allow Hibiki to do combat with the two blades he already possess. These tendrils have a large amount of uses, but one of the main uses is to allow her to create sound waves through the snapping of a single tendril, the sound being able to be manipulated, due to Hibiki's passive trait of Sound Manipulation. Although this is not Hibiki's only use of battle in this form, he does favor it at times. Not being able to move while the tendrils did the work for her is rather nice, in her own opinion.

This move allows Hibiki to use her use of sound manipulation, and invert it, allowing for silence to be created. The main use of this ability is to blanket the entire battlefield in a soundless barrier, which can not be destroyed unless allowed by Hibiki. Although, she is able to hear real time sounds and such, all others, besides those who she has chosen not to be affected by the ability will hear that of an eerie noise from within their mind, this noise? This noise consists of whatever noise this person had last heard that frightened or scared them, along with that of a faint howling in the background, and that of a Gun shot every 3 minutes. This ability itself can not be shut off after it is activated, but it can be stopped from affecting certain people if Hibiki wills it to. At this point in time, the vicinity reaches a mile and a half in a circular/spherical area, causing anyone within it that Azure does not stop it from being affected by, to be affected.

This ability is passive once Chaotic Silence is activated wthin the battlefield. This ability consists of Hibiki using her power to manipulate sound and causing an opponent to lose their sanity through the said manipulation. What occurs, within this passive ability, is that any character that does not have the skill rating of advanced or higher in ALL the will skill set will be affected by this ability. The entire ability is set inside the barrier that is created by Chaotic Silence aswell, showing that it can only be used within a certain area, and within that area, if entered after the ability is activated (I.E Chaotic Silence/Psychotic Silence) it will then affect those that are now newly added into the battlefield, no matter their alliance, aslong as Hibiki does not allow them to be overcome by the ability, it will take hold, if they do not meet requirements. The concept of the ability is to cause the eerie and death shrieking sounds that has already been inacted since the beginning of Chaotic Silence to begin to deepen in contrast and terror, the sound itself becoming something of a self instigated fear tactic, the person hearing the sound really only feeling the fear through their own mind, unless their will skill sheet has met the required skill ratings. The insanity itself is self-inflicted, not being directly caused by Hibiki herself. This ability is not actually activated until three posts after the original ability (Chaotic Silence) was activated (NOTE: This abilitys post prenup is of three post, showing that if ANY POSTS Are made after Chaotic Silence is inacted, it will only take THREE POSTS, NO MATTER THE CHARACTER OR USER, to activate this passive ability.)

Electrokinesis, as it is, is the ability to Manipulate Electricity and allow the user to create it from within themselves, something that is remarkable and only known by few. The main use of Azure's Electrokinesis abilities is to further his speed, which is passive once he enters Final Form and becomes Hibiki. Her speed, at its max, can reach 20,000 miles per hour from within this form, along side the tons of force she can apply being 1000 tons, about 2 million pounds of force. With both of these things, speed and physical strength, Hibiki is a threatening foe when it comes to the force she can induce with her blades and physical strikes. As far as this ability goes, there are sub powers that are only usable through electrokinesis, which are being listed bellow this original ability FOR Electricity Manipulation.

A List Of Abilities That Are Not As Specific To Uses

• While using Electrokinesis to cause electricity to magnetize himself, he can ride the wires of a phone wire or that of a pair of subway tracks.
  
  
• Once again, while using Electrokinesis to form a bond that is a solidified form of the element, he can create weapons to use wit hit, such as Shurikens, Throwing Knives, Lances, and many other weapons.
  
  
• Using the power of electricity manipulation, he can ALSO infuse his tendrils with a form of electricity equaling that of the electricity within his electrical strike ability.
