Quincy Tools:

Gintō (銀筒, Silver tubes) are small silver cylindrical
capsules that store spiritual energy in a liquid form .They are used by Quincy for spell-casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kidō. Like Kidō, they are activated by calling out various commands

Hollow bait: This item is a small, coin-shaped disk that attracts Hollows when crushed.When used by Mizumi, the bait, was able to draw a Gillian-class Menos out of Hueco Mundo.

Quincy Bangle (装身具, sōshingu; lit. "Accessory"): The Quincy Bangle is an artifact designed to mimic a Quincy's natural powers. It works by drawing in reishi from the environment, much like a Quincy does regularly. It can only be used properly by those who are already adept at forming and directing reishi.

Quincy Cross (滅却十字, mekkyaku jūji; lit. "Destruction Cross"): Standard equipment for any Quincy, the Quincy Cross acts as the focus for a Quincy bow.

Seele Schneider: The Seele Schneider is a thin, silver-colored weapon that, when activated, sports a glowing blue blade. On impact, the union of reishi in whatever has been cut loosens, making this a tool which makes reishi easier to steal away. For a Quincy, absorbing reishi from the environment to strengthen one's weapon is absolutely imperative and the Seele Schneider is the strongest embodiment of this process.It is longer than a standard arrow and functions something like a chainsaw; the blade is composed entirely of reishi, which is constantly revolving around 3,000,000 times per second.It also increases Mizumi's own spiritual power.

Quincy Tools Powers:

Ginto:

Heizen (聖噬 [ハイゼン], haizen; German for "Heating", Japanese for "Sacred Bite").This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from the silver tubes which then slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command: "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite!"

Gritz (五架縛 [グリツ], gurittsu; Japanese for "Five Rack Ties")
This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command: "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!"

Wolke (緑杯 [ヴォルコル], vorukōru; German for "Cloud", Japanese for "Green Cup").This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. While it may not be intended for use as such, Uryū uses it to cushion the impact of a fall. It is activated by the command: "Tilt the goblet to the west - Emerald Grail!"

Sprenger (破芒陣 [シュプレンガ], shupurenga; German for "Explosion", Japanese for "Ripping Grass Formation").This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal which, when activated, causes a massive explosion within its borders.When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider can trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense reishi. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of reishi to create the explosion.The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. The preparations for the technique combined with the charging time for the Seele Schneiders make its use in battle impractical unless the user has a partner that can stall to buy time, or has enough strength to create the formation while under attack.She could do it within 3 post time.

The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect reishi during combat by absorbing the opponent's attacks. The more spiritual pressure and energy they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes.It allows an opponent's reishi to become the users.

Sword & Arrow Functionality: Since a physical high-speed impact can be destroyed by a spiritual high-speed impact, the Seele Schneider can do more damage to someone physically strong when they physically attack, than when using a spirit-based attack.It mainly cuts through spiritual pressure impacts.The Seele Schneider makes for a powerful blade in combat, but can do even more damage as an arrow. Fired as an arrow, it was able to defeat a former Espada in one shot, easily piercing her soul chain, removing all of her abilities. Had it been aimed higher, towards the head, it would have undoubtedly been fatal. The lethality of the Seele Schneider at full power depends, not on its power, but the arrow's trajectory.

Her quincy bow is rather unique.Instead of a normal bow with only one string, she have 3 strings.Able to fire more than a normal quantity of the spirit bow that must be fired.

Quincy Cross Appearance:
A very weird and unique quincy cross that was completely different than all quincy cross.But its use was just the same like other quincy cross use.

Quincy Bow Powers:

Extra Strings (For the quincy bow): Her quincy bow have 3 strings to fire more quantity of spirit arrows than normal quincy bow could.If one of the string was cutted, a light blue spiritual energy, which is very thin like a string and able to replace it.Each strings have same power and speed.

Spirit Arrows: It was quite rare for such a huge amount of spirit arrows that can be fired.She could fire up to 1 million spirit arrow if shoots at the opponent with all three strings at once.Each string could fire about 3250/3300 spirit arrows.She could also fire 1 spirit arrow in each string.And fire 3 spirit arrows if fire all three at once.It only depends if Mizumi wanted to fire 1 spirit arrow or thousands of them.

Icy Spirit Arrows: Able to fire anytime wihout a cool down.It only freezes the enemy and deals a small damage on the enemy.It only freezes a single part of the enemy's body.Like hitting the enemy's arm would freeze the enemy's arm.Able to last and use up to 10 post.After that, no cool down and not able to use it anymore.

Fiery Spirit Arrows: Able to fire anytime as well wihout a cool down.It burns the enemy and deals a very small amount of damage (weaker than icy spirit arrows) but if successfully hitted the enemy with the fiery spirit arrow, it will ignite the enemy on fire, burning and deals an extremely small amount of damage in each post, the fire last 5 post only.And also able to use up to 5 post and it can be never used again.

Raining Light: Same as uryu ishida's rain of light but slightly different than her's.She first charges up a massive amount of spiritual energy on her quincy bow, then fires out up to 100 million spirit arrows towards the enemy.Dealing a gravely serious amount of damage that was able to harm anyone that was caught by it.Once in a thread.

Spirit Cage: The only ability that she could trap her enemy.She first charges up her quincy bow and fires at her enemy with 3000 spirit arrows from her quincy bow.It was fired around the circle within 50 meters with the enemy trapped inside.The spirit arrows will form into a cage and traps the enemy inside.Only tier 2 to tier 0 can break out from the cage.Tier 5 to Tier 3 cannot break out from the cage (not completely).Unless if they use physical attacks to slash out from the cage by slashing the cage about 10 times but the blade that the opponent slash will crack.1 use with 3 post cool down.

Bursting Light: Mizumi most strongest ability for her quincy bow.She would remove the sleeve from her right arm, then use her quincy bow and charges up all her spiritual energy on the quincy bow.An energy ball forms instead of spirit arrow on the quincy bow, and then she would fire a massive blast from her quincy bow that was able to do a fatal amount of damage that was able to cause ALMOST death.It can be used once and there were also drawbacks.Her quincy powers will be sealed for 3 post, and cannot use any of her quincy abilities.Her quincy powers will come back after the 4th post.
