Colin couldn't believe where he was. He was down in the ocean, outside the underwater city. First, he had tried to get a dive suit. It had been difficult to find everything in his size, since he was as thin as a light post! When he finally had been fitted, though, he was still able to move, although the suit did hinder him a small amount. Then he had slapped himself on the head, remembering he was a spirit and didn't need to breathe. So he simply had jumped off the dock into the water, preparing himself as he did so. He drew his zanpakto, testing it in the water. He realized how if he went hollowfied, he could use pterodactyl flight to move as if the water was non-existent. His mission was simple: to find and kill the arrancar that had taken to try to sink this underwater city. Colin shook his head as he swam, marveling at what a loss it would be if that happened. Living in an underwater city would be his dream residence, and he felt a bit of honor that he would be able to help one out.

As he reached the outside of the city dome, he lowered his spirit pressure to almost unsenseable. To do any more what use his energy, and he couldn't afford that, what with a mission to do. It looked like his training he had done with Sector 4 would be able to help him at last. So he laid in wait near the entrance, nearly invisible, feeling as if he were fishing, waiting for his prey...

Oh no you don't! Thought Colin as he spotted the arrancar. He scrambled up the dome as he felt it approaching him. He drew out his zanpakto, and calmed himself. He also reached behind his hand to his back and flipped a switch on his rifle, which was strapped to his back. Now it would begin charging, taking a little amount of energy at a time...

"Te o agero, Sōringuīguru! I won't let you hurt this place!"

Colin flash-stepped, his claws in place. He appeared next to the arrancar, who was kneeling. He struck out, performing a slash with his right claw. Then with his left he performed an uppercut that would be similar to carving out cantilope. He followed these with a straight jab, sharpened with reiatsu, aimed at the arrancar's heart. Then he brought forward one of his feather's, placing it in front of his face. His target was directly in front of him. He forced it out, shooting it directly at the arrancar. Finally, he lept back and pointed his finger at the arrancar.

"Take this! Bakudo number 9, Geki!"

He stood his ground on the dome, about 3 feet away from the arrancar, waiting to see the results of his attacks. He wasn't going to allow the thing to hurt these innocent people, no matter what the cost was to Colin.

Ok, perfect chance to try something new. Thought Colin as he saw the mans fist reaching his elbow. Colin simply turned his arm, using his feathers, which were as strong and sharp as his zanpakto to stop the attack, making a loud CLANG noise as the did so. However, the feather closest to his elbow fell off, disintegrating in the water. Crap, there goes another one. I'm going through feathers too fast. His Geki neutralized the cero, freezing it in place. It eventually simply disapatted into the water. Colin decided to go full power and stop this menace. He reached his right hand to his hairline, and grabbed. Then he pulled down, creating his hollow mask. The blue mask stared with it's feathers and beak.

Colin placed his right arm into the air, and his left at the arrancar. He began charging a cero in his left and created three bala, about the size of baseballs. The bala's he placed on his right claw, which was still above his head. He concentrated and fired the cero, aimed directly at the arrancar, aided by Colin's cybernetic eye. It was a laser like thing, green in color and 6 feet wide and thick. Then he scooped his right arm to his side and in the same motion threw it across his body, launching the balas at the arrancar, one directly at him and one to his right and left.

"You'll erase me from existence, huh? Well, the name's Colin Washi, or Eagleman. I am Vizard Corps Sector 4's Leiutenant Colonel, and I will be the one who will destroy you!"

He ended the attack by flash-stepping in front of the arrancar, hacking and slashing at full speed, his body made very light by his mask.

Colin took the hit, full to the face. He heard a snap as his glasses frames broke. He decided that it was time to really show this thing that you shouldn't go around punching people in the face. He simply leaned back, causing his shirt to rip but not his skin from the hollows blade like strike. Then he literally flipped over, foving at a flash step speed, pushing himself off the arrancar's elbow using its speed and his to distance himself from the cero, and as the arrancar fired the cero, he seemed to disapear into thin air, using a flash step, also using the explosion as cover to conceal the sound of his approach behind the arrancar. He removed a feather, smiling. He sliced his claws down, firing off a slash of reiatsu unlocked by the feather, very fast and sharp.

"Oh, and this crap, as you call it, act as limiter's for my power. Pray I never remove more than three or else... Oops, too late!"

Colin smiled as he removed 3 feathers, his whole body becoming racked by the energy rush. When the shock subsided, Colin turned to look at his enemy. He flash stepped back and forth, slashing twice as he did so. He was moving very fast, about 4 back-and-forths per second. After five seconds, Colin stopped, panting. Then he reached down and unclipped the button pocket on his side, drawing out a hilt. He pressed the button, releasing the plasma. He was still panting from the release of power of the feathers. He pointed the knife at the arrancar, waiting for him to make his move.

"Ok then. I'll show you how far arrogance will take you, you beast!"

Colin raised both hands with claws above his hand, clapping. He calmed his breathing drawing breath, focusing. He was fully prepared to flashstep if the arrancar attacked and continue his attack. He burst open his eyes and brought his hands down, firing off a construct of emerald reiatsu.

"Green Swordfish, Slash!"

He had flash-stepped behind the arrancar, firing off the swordfish. He knew he was most likely going to hit, but he followed anyway with his dagger, slashing from both sides very quickly. He hid it with his claws and struck unexpectedly when the arrancar could not see it coming very easily. Then he used his new momentum to spin around very fast, using his claws and dagger slicing in a circle. He was like a very deadly top, until he leaned to his right a smidge, causing his slash area to spin like a globe at all angles. Then he stopped and turned on the spot, facing the arrancar. He had drawn his mask in that deadly whirlwind of pain and defense and was pointing his palm straight out. He smiled from behind his mask as he launched a cero, a deadly concentrated blast 5 feet in diameter and emerald green in color. Then he waited, his claws at his side in a defensive stance.
