Dark Reign (Training & Loner Plot)

Well, I was hoping to start with my training until I get some training items created but I can't create anything until next friday. I'm just wondering until next friday if it's cool that I can create a private plot I mean it wouldn't interfere with any events...or whatever you guys are cokking up because I'm sticking to what I said in the help center.....It'll just be in the International board....
