P E R S O N A L I T Y

Personality:
Shin takes everything very seriously. He continuously aims to better himself, to become strong, to surpass his limits. No matter how much pain he may be in, he stubbornly refuses to give up. Once he secluded himself on a mountain with only the clothes on his back. When he returned, he was carrying the fur of three bears and a boar, that he killed with only his hands to survive. People admire him for his bravery and strength, he serves to protect the common people, or anyone that requires his assistance.

On one such occasion, he saved a vizard from Hollow, despite the individual being an outcast from Seireitei. He spoke the following words to the person.

"Even if you are an outcast, the least you could do is to use your own fist to protect what you desire." After those words, Shin vanished once more to continue his training. He can be humorous at times, especially when times are peaceful, however, even then he continues to train, to keep himself in his top condition. Seeing him angry is a very rare thing, as he keeps his attitude under control. However, one time he did get angry, the day his sister was murdered. That day an entire army of Hollow, numbered in the Thousands, succumbed to his quiet rage. This was what gave Seijuro Shin the Nickname of the Tranquil Fist.

B A C K G R O U N D

History/Background: Shin grew up in the mountainous northern area of Japan. He was taught martial arts from a very young age, and shown the value and honor of fighting for peace. Being able to defeat people twice his size at only the age of Nine, he was called a Child Prodigy. This all came to an end when his family was accused of stealing and they all were publicly executed. Everyone in his family died...except him. He had fought his way out of the trap, and now found himself all alone, at the age of 13. Killing wild animals with his martial arts to survive, he grew stronger and stronger, he had no sadness over his family dying. It had been beaten into him that no matter if his loved ones died, he would see them once again in the next world. That was when he met him, he saw the man running incredibly fast across the flat plains, his speed amazed him. This man was...he couldn't describe it. However, just from seeing him, Shin decided to become even faster and stronger then he was at that time.

Shortly after, at only the age of 20. Shin faced his toughest challenge yet, the invading Chinese army. He stood at a cliff that was near the Sea of Japan. His black hair waving wildly, his ragged black robe billowing in the gale force winds. He stepped down onto the soft sand of the beach, his arms crossed. He was ready for anything to come his way. The first warriors stepped onto the beach and charged straight at him, he was the first man to get wind of the invasion. Knocking them out of the way with his advanced martial arts, he was able to defeat 30 of the troops. However, it was then that he was shot by the new invention of the Europeans, the musket. The Year was 1631, he felt the life drain out of him as he grabbed at his wound, sinking to the ground he let out one last breath, he was shot in the heart, and his life ended...

When he awoke, he was sitting on a clear glass platform, and in front of him stood a man with a white haori draped over his shoulders.

He didn't say anything and pressed a katana upon Shin's forehead...everything went dark.

The next time he opened his eyes, he was looking at a much different setting, he was sprawled out on a dirt road, in a town that looked very much like the one he grew up in. Standing up, he cracked his knuckles and was amazed at how great he felt. Suddenly some men armed with knives approached him and attempted to attack him. He smashed his right fist into one of the men and the attacker crumpled to the ground. The other fell to a backhanded left fist from Seijuro.

After learning about where he was, Shin enrolled in the Shinigami Academy. He passed in under two years, everyone was amazed at his potential, he was able to defeat the Academy instructor in a one on one fight. He amazingly met up with his sister in Seireitei, and together they trained together. She was a 4th seat in 3rd division, and she taught him a lot of things.

However, the day came when she was killed on one of her patrols by hollows, Shin, knowing that he'd never see her again, was enraged. It wasn't a berserk rage, no it was more of a Tranquil Fury, a calm rage. He entered the hollow nest, that was filled with about a thousand of them, and destroyed them all. It was then he earned the title of the Tranquil Fist. Since then, people have looked up to him for protection, and enemies have looked at him in fear.

~780 Years later~

Shin sat in his room, with his feet propped up on his desk and a twig in his mouth. He had grown accustom to the peace, but still trained daily. He had recently been dispatched to stop a hollow uprising in Karakura Outskirts, and destroyed them with only a flick of his wrist. The man named Adam Blade had foolishly challenged him to a duel the other day, and was subsequently defeated.

Shin wouldn't call himself the best, no..he was far from that. He had to continue to improve, to become a legend. His strength was incredible, as was his speed, but compared to the likes of the mighty Kenpachi or Yoruichi, he was still nothing.

Looking out the window, he sighed. It was time for another training session.

The Spear stands 5 foot tall, and the blade itself is a foot tall, so in all its Six feet.

~Enhanced Durability,Strength and Speed~

Seijuro gains a boost in speed,strength and endurance. Which adds on to his already monstrous natural self. This isn't a very big boost, but in a battle, everything matters.

Release: Cut through the enemy ranks, Lancer!

Shikai Description:

This blade weighs 2 tons, so that anyone who comes in contact with the blade should be on guard, it'll take a lot to block this thing.

Shikai Abilities:

~Increased Strength~

Seijuro's strength becomes even greater, allowing him to slash clean through mountain sides and steel buildings. He goes from the Tranquil Fist, into the Immovable Mountain.

~Mountain Crusher~

Shin twirls his blade above his head to create centrifugal force and slashes downwards, sending a wave of air pressure to crush all in his path. This has been known to be able to knock a flying hollow down which was a mile into the air.

Bankai Description: Seijuro gains a giant war hammer, that he lays over his shoulder. It is about 6 feet long, and the hammer iitself is 3 feet wide. It has a spike at the end, used to impale opponents. The weight of this is also Two tons.

Bankai Abilities:

~Aura of the Gods~

A Golden aura appears around Seijuro, giving him great endurance and power. This drains reiatsu every time its activated, and at most can only last around 33 posts.

~Destruction Blow~

By smashing his hammer into the ground, Shin causes spikes of earth to come up in every direction, which will serve to impale his opponents if they cannot dodge. This is very effective when he's up against multiple opponents.

~Death Breaker~

By Smashing his hammer into the air, he causes a shockwave to explode in all directions for a radius of 100 feet, this has the ability to crush people under its weight. Its easily avoided however if one has high speed, and/or has great strength.

~Graviton~

By focusing his reiatsu into one spot, he can cause the gravity their to increase greatly, for a radius around 15 feet, if the opponent isn't careful, they will be crushed by the 30X normal gravity. He can also choose to lessen the gravity. Yet again, easily avoided if one as high speed or great strength.

Approved at 3-3. Once he goes through shikai training he will get a tier rise and vice-versa with bankai. And Austin, he can fill out his shikai and bankai but it doesn't mean he can use is straight away.

With that said, you will have to train for it.
