Personality:Jeff
is a friendly individual to his comrades, and sometimes even his
enemies. Jeff is usually quite layed back and relaxed even in battle.
Jeff loves all of his comrades and whenever they are injured he takes
them off the battle field immediately to whomever is nursing at the time
however if he is injured he pushes on. He loves to drink and have fun
to an extent and usually after a great victory you find him tipsy or
just completely drunk. When Jeff is on a serious job such as a Hollow
attack he becomes more serious then most would think was possible for
him.

Jeff is a respected and friendly leader whom excepts
mistakes as a growing process and does not mind them to much. Jeff was
picked to be a soul reaper for 2 reasons 1 hes one of the most intellectual
soul reapers they have and 2 he loves research. Jeff usually is quite
relaxed around his soldiers but when they're in danger hes not as
friendly as some think of him as and he will do anything to get them out
of danger. Something most people don't realize is how much Jeff loves
to research things such as poisons what will happen in certain
circumstances against different zanpokutos et cetra. He is quite an
extraordinary person.

B A C K G R O U N D

Jeff
was a smart guy in the 1400s who loved to hang out his friends tanner,
Jess, and Franky. He was a tall guy standing at around 6 foot 7 and this
helped him intimidate anyone messing with his friends. One day his
village was attacked and 1 of his friends would have to die because
there wasn't enough room to hide them all. Jeff ran out and got
killed.However he was happy because his friends lived.

When Jeff
died he went to the soul society and for a while he was happy until he
heard of these things called soul reapers and he immediately wanted to
be one. Jeff joined the soul academy and passed after a few years there.
Jeff jumped from squad to squad eventually becoming a soul
reaper . He
loves to fightand even fixed
zanpokutos abilitys with poison. He was liked quite well by his
subordinates and leaders alike and this helped him greatly.

Jeff
is a great trainer even by captain or lieutenant standards. He is
considered the pinnacle of training hard by many of his comrades he even
has open challenges to test out his skills against his squad thought
astonishingly no one has been injured. Jeff eventually will work his way up the ranks with nothing but hard work and discipline, thought you
wouldn't think that if you met him. Jeff still to this day in many
peoples mind is the hardest working soul reaper there is.

the poison paralyzes whatever limb the poison can enter the blood
through a post after the poison enters they cant move that limb for 2

Roleplay
Sample:Jeff was on patrol outside the seretai wear he had been hearing
noises for a few weeks and he wanted to investigate so he walked out to
take a look. It had been 2 hours and he had heard nothing. He tryed to
detect spiritual pressure but could not feel anything. he waited and
waited nothing. As patrol was about to end he felt a strange spititual
pressure he went and found a high leveled adjuchas feasting on human the
adjuchas stopped and looked at him. "Bad bad whatever im afraid you
must die" Jeff said while drawing his sword. The adjuchas jumped out at
him oh no you don't with a slash Jeff put a nonfatal but painful injury
in the adjuchas."I will not prolong your suffering" and with that Jeff
killed it. "What a boring battle time to head back suppose. Jeff
reported this to the head captain and with that the night was over for
him or so most thought "time for some research".
