Since this is something that is important and it has some people wondering, your forms and abilities will only be available at certain ranks.



Level 0: Advanced Rank


0 tiers are masters of all the forms of their Race


1st level: Captain/High Rank

1-3 Shinigami: Gain Bankai

2nd level: Lieutenant/Moderate Rank

2-1 Arrancar: Gain ressereccion

2-3 Shinigami: Gain their Shikai
Iramasha: Gain Golden angel form/Hell Form/ Hybrid Form


3rd level: Officer/Low Rank

3-2- Iramasha: Gain Angel form or Demon Angel form

4th level: Member Rank

Division members, weak hollows, Beginner quincy, New mod souls, beginner humans . Since people of this rank are basically low level rookie characters they are not able to use any of the forms of their Race
