School was boring, that awful quiet you get when you're in the class during a test and that sudden noise you get when the bell goes for lunch could piss anyone of. Right now, the day was going slow. Glancing up at a clock you could see everyone easily had five hours left of this dreaded school...that was until they have after school clubs, volunteering work, detentions or have to stay back to revise for a test.
But that meant that this class led in to lunch which was probably why everyone was working so hard, so they wouldn't have to stay back for not doing the work.New students were arriving more than usual and a boy around the age of sixteen was one of them. Although he had only been here for a month which didn't make him techniqually new like the rest.
He stood at not the tallest and yet not the shortest, just the average height for a male in his teens. His black spiked hair stood out the most as well as how happy he always looked. He didn't let much get to him, tests were fine.
Of course he didn't have any friends yet, he was the social type as well. Karakura high was just strange when it came down to making new friends.
Although...this kid had another story to tell. He'd run out of class every now and then, why? Hollows. But no one knew that right? They just thought something was wrong with the kid and all. He'd come back acting as if nothing had happened. But another thing of this kid was that, he didn't fight all hollows. Sometimes...if there was that sound of a hollow screaming he'd leave it. Because truth be told, he didn't want to fight hollows unless he had a reason or a meaning to do so.
Why he did it before, the reason was still unknown. He loved nature and saw the hollows as a part of it. But if he saw the hollow hurting a spirit or a human, that's when he cracks. Today, was just like every other day, quiet. The boy sat near the back of the class doodling down sketches in his notebook as all the notes had been taken down in his books from the board.
A supply teacher was provided to their class today mainly because the original teacher was ill which meant everyone could mess around if they wanted to.But the boy didn't, he just stayed quiet, ignoring any paper that was thrown at him. They'd get bored of it soon, something interesting has to happen today...right?

Ravana Ichiro~Ex-Captain Vizard~1-1+
For Karakura City, it seemed to be just another average day. The kids were in school, the adults were at work, and the spiritual beings were doing, well, whatever it was that they did during the day. For Ravana Ichiro, Colonel of the Vizard Corps Internal Affairs, today's usual activity was patrolling. While he really didn't have any problems with patrols, Ravana preferred to go outside of the city. It wasn't that he disliked Karakura City, it was just that the chances of getting to fight a hollow was much higher outside the protective barrier. Still, there was always the off chance that a hollow would somehow make it inside the city, plus, hollows weren't the only threat; so Ravana couldn't really complain. Plus, when patrolling in the city, Ravana was able to relax more, and seeing as he probably took his work a bit too seriously, this was never a bad thing. Yeah, Ravana was a bit of a workaholic, but he enjoyed what he did, so the long hours never really bothered him. On days like today, Ravana often found himself thinking about the past, or about how things were going now in the present. It wasn't like he regretted his decisions or anything, he just tended to let his thoughts wonder, and that was where they tended to wind up.
Of course, Ravana couldn't stay in his thoughts all day; he had actual work to do, and the day wasn't going to stay this peaceful. Snapping out of his thoughts, Ravana noticed an odd reiatsu. As he pinpointed the reiatsu, a slight grin crossed his face; it seemed that somehow, a hollow had managed to make it into the barrier. What's more, it was a little too close to Karakura City High. The grin left his face, as Ravana knew that he would have to get there on the double to prevent any casualties. While there was a heavy Shinigami presence in the City, they never seemed to be as quick as Ravana was. Without another thought, Ravana quickly used Shunpo to get to the School in only a few seconds. Oddly enough, the hollow wasn't actually that strong. As he appeared only a few feet away from it, Ravana wondered how this hollow had even managed to make it into the city. Chances are, there was a malfunction with the barrier, coupled with a laxness of the guards. Sighing to himself, Ravana wondered how the city had survived so long if mishaps like this still managed to happen. "Oi, big an' ugly, over here" Ravana shouted at the hollow to get its attention. Of course, this easily got the hollows attention, and judging by the growl it let off, it wasn't too intelligent. Ravana was seriously wondering how this hollow had managed to get this far, seeing as it was so eager to fight. "Man, you really need to learn your place; Hado number 4, Byakurai" Ravana said, firing the bolt of white lightning from the forefinger and middle finger of his left hand. Because the hollow was so much weaker than him, it didn't even had time to react before the kido spell collided with it's mas and broke straight through its head. Well, the hollow actually wasn't all that weak, but compared to Ravana, the difference between their powers was quite clear.

Tick Tock, the sounds from the clock went slow even though each second was even just like the others. Although this day was slow without any action so far, something wasn't right..
The boy placed down his pencil as he moved his head to the right slightly, avoiding a paper plane aimed at him. He could feel high spiritual pressure in the area...
Like it was marked before, he wouldn't fight the hollows just like that but something else told him that there was someone other than the hollow within the area.
So standing up just like that the boy walked out the class casually as if he wasn't in the middle of learning.
The teacher? She did nothing. It was common, the teachers had told all second years if they were to flunk classes then it was their own fault, they'd just not get a good education. Of course, this didn't appeal to Kenji as he was as shinigami, he didn't need education, he had already been through the Shino academy anyway.
Sighing the boy placed his hands within his pocket as he walked down the steps from the second floor he was on before walking down a hallway that took around five minutes. Not bother to observe anything other than following the trace of where this spiritual pressure was coming from. At the current moment of course he was in a gigai, his spiritual pressure was pretty much sealed but anyone that knew Captain Kuchiki's squad would of known this boy of course.
Walking out entirely of the building the boy looked to the left and then to the right. Walking over to the right he was soon to walk within the fields the school had which were pretty big, within the near back lay a forest of trees but it wasn't the day to go anywhere near that. Stopping within the place he stood now near the back of the school with now windows for the people within classes to wonder why someone was outside and not in classes Kenji could sense the spiritual pressure that belonged to a hollow had disappeared and the other one? Well that was somewhere around here, his instincts told him that.

Ravana Ichiro~Ex-Captain Vizard~1-1+
As the body of the hollow began to disappear, Ravana brought his hands together and dusted them off, showing that the hollow was way to easy. It wasn't as if he were actually expecting the hollow to have been strong, but he hadn't even needed to draw his Zanpakuto. Of course, Ravana couldn't really complain, the less strong hollows that made it into the city the better, but it still felt boring to beat such a weak hollow. This then lead to the question of how such a weak hollow had made it past all of the town's security. Although he was a Colonel of the Vizard Corps, Ravana was still an official ally of the Gotei 13, so he knew that he'd have to bring this up with them. Still, he knew that they wouldn't be all to pleased to hear from a Vizard that their defenses were lacking. Before his thoughts began to wonder further on this topic, Ravana noticed a figure out of the corner of his eye. Oddly enough, he hadn't sensed this person before he saw them, but after taking a second look, it was probably because the figure was a human. But, wait, there was something off about this human. After taking a closer look at them and scanning them with his full attention, Ravana concluded that it was actually a spiritual being, most likely a Shinigami, in a gigai.
This, of course, peaked Ravana's curiosity. In this day and age, every human knew of the existence of spiritual beings, and had accepted the fact that the Shinigami now openly protected them. Letting his curiosity get the better of him, Ravana used shunpo to land on the ground, and then walked over to where the being in the gigai was. "You know, most humans usually don't go running towards an attacking hollow" Ravana said as he approached him, his tone having more of a hint of curiosity to it than anything else. "Then again, you're not just a human, right?" Ravana added. "Yes, that's right, I can tell that you're in a gigai kid, but, why?" Ravana asked as he stopped walking, now close enough to the person to hold a conversation. It might not have been any of his business, but the situation was odd enough for him to wonder what was up. Of course, the answer could have been as simple as he just wanted to, but Ravana couldn't just assume that that would be correct.

"I will stand by you, even if I die."
[~E N T E R P O S T~]
The boy looked around a few seconds more before whomever he was searching for came to him instead. Harsh feet planted on the soft ground was heard from a nearby distance. Looking over towards said distance Kenji raised his eyebrows.
"Who's there?"
He asked out seconds away from going in to a fighting stance. This was stopped from happening when someone showed themselves, walking over towards Kenji.
"You know, most humans usually don't go running towards an attacking hollow"
That curious tone...The way he suspected it within seconds of just meeting. Kenji's eyes widened slightly for two split seconds. He was about to deny everything that was to be said by this man before he suspected yet another thing, not being a human..."Then again, you're not just a human, right?"
"I-I...." He began, easily overpowered by yet another suspicion drawn by him, his mind was playing with him, wondering how the hell he knew about this, what the heck was going on!
"Yes, that's right, I can tell that you're in a gigai kid, but, why?"
Feeling as if his heart missed a beat the boy stood backwards not allowing this new one to take a step closer. Was it too late to deny anything? It was worth a shot...Perhaps this man would buy anything that was said from him. But what made him so suspicious that he had to say it?
"I-I don't know what you're talking about."
Kenji's tone had a lot of worry to it, it was almost as if he was giving away that his was a shinigami by the tone in his voice. Although he was worried at this of course he'd stutter. Should he run? Should he deny more or come out clean, or perhaps attack..? What'd to do!
