Warm Up! [EVENT ON HOLD TIL EQUIS GETS BACK]
Thu Jul 08, 2010 9:25 pm
It was just another day in the human world, everything was ok in the city there was no sign of hollows nearby the city or inside of it but still a few shinigami where patrolling around just incase....
Back in Soul Society
The second division barracks as always where quite the busy place, the shinigami here where running back and forth making their way to whatever place they needed to be whether that be a mission or to just deliver paper work or status reports. "Good morning Vice Captain!" a young voice would call out, his response was the signature two finger salute given by only one person, the silver haired menace Balmung Striver his longer silver hair flowed down to his mid back. Being placed in the style of a row of lazy spikes that ran down from the top of his head to his mid back, he was walking down the halls of the second division barracks making his way to the Senkai Gate he was heading to the human world. He needed to get some training done, specially after the humiliating defeat he suffered at the hands of the nameless captain Balmung walked with a straight look on his face but in the back of his head it bothered him slightly that he had been defeated so easily by that man.
Finally arriving Balmung would simply open one of the many Senkai Gates, in doing so he stepped into the light, the shining light casting a shadow over his body as it closed behind him. He was now leaving Soul Society, and heading to the human world and he knew exactly where he was going a perfect place for some training....
Human World
All seemed silent in the plains today, not a soul in sight just plains of tall grass as far as the eye could see everything seemed normal the plains where surrounded by lush vegetation and wild animals that roamed free. Suddenly a senkai gate appeared, the black doors slid themselves open inside the bright light cast a shadow over the lone figure that stood there the shadow stepped out into the light, the moon above providing enough light to show him clearly. It was Balmung, and this was his training ground for today under the moons light his silver hair gave off a radiant glow, and his light hazel eyes reflected the light from the moon making them look all the more gentle. The man stood in mid air as if standing on solid ground, his eyes scanning the area he knew they where here and he also knew it would be but a matter of time before they emerged to come and feast on him.
Balmung gently began to descent to the ground the senkai gate behind him slowly dissolving, when he landed his feet made a light thud, his hair returned to its normal relaxed manner, and he placed his hands down at his side. It was time to bait his training partners, slowly his reiatsu began to rise, as it did the blue outline began to form around him as it became visible in doing so the seemingly silent wilderness around him came alive with the moans of the condemned souls. The souls that where known as hollows, Balmung could sense them around him, they where becoming rowdy and violent as they made their way towards him. The hollows swarmed out of the shadows of the trees roaring as they charged at Balmung, the shinigami stood there calmly looking on at his adversaries he reached up for his zanpaktou's sheath then gripped the hilt firmly. As the hollows got closer Balmung drew his zanpaktou, taking a step forward he would suddenly dash in a blur of speed using Flash Step he would appear in front of one of the hollows thrusting at its mask killing the hollow swiftly. He would then move on to another as the hollow pounced at him he would side step slashing it across the mask killing it as well.
Moments Later
Balmung would stand feeling a bit gassed taking in deep breaths through his nose, his chest was pushing out more then normal due to the deep breaths he was taking. But as time past Balmung closed his eyes going in a meditative state, calming himself and controlling his breathing in no time his breathing rhythm was back to normal. He opened his eyes looking around at the empty plain again this was not what he expected, the hollows proved to be too weak. Balmung let out a sigh of disappointed this was not what he expected he knew of the hive of hollows that usually swarmed this place but perhaps it was expecting too much for some sort of alpha hollow to emerge. Maybe he wasn't going to get the training he wanted here....

.:Nikilo Flamme:.
Platin Herz
Nikilo Flamme, owner of Platin Herz and alchemyst extraordinaire, was closing up for the day. Early. This was rare for the Null, seeing as his money/science obsession was quite intense these days. He even had plans to permanently fuse or incorporate a Hollow's soul inside of his body in order to gain strength. As he finished checking inventory, his bare feet stopped thudding along the dust-covered wooden floor leaving his body in front of where he started. His desk. Placing the clip board he carried in black, oil-covered hands on the smooth surface, he smiled slightly, his lips curving up ever so gently to cause dimples in his cheeks. Everything was accounted for, and he could go. Padding along the floor to the back door, he input the correct key code and entered the contrasting room as soon as the heavy steel door was able to be swung open. The hinges did not creak, for they were always kept in perfect condition. Stepping into a harshly lit, white-tiled, nearly-bare room that seemed to absorb color and only allow white, he slammed the door shut behind him. Boom. Echo. Echo. Echo.
Turning to his left, he found a large, extravagant sink. Placing his foot on the pedal that sat at the bottom, hidden inside of a groove cut from the porcelain, the cold metal grooves aligned with his warm flesh as he pressed down. Instantly, water set to Nikilo's favorite temperature began gushing from the sink's gleaming stainless steel faucet. As he scrubbed the daily dirt and gunk from his hands, the water turned black and swirled down the drain, tarnishing the white sink for only a brief moment. Humming to himself, he checked his reflection in the large mirror above said perfect sink. His hair was still, oddly enough, a perfect mess with large black spikes swaying naturally to the left and the occasional one going to the right. His cold, blue eyes reflected off the glass over the dark black bags under the eyes, giving him an odd look. Finally, his hands were clean. Taking his foot off the pedal, the water immediately stopped. Placing his heel firmly on the tiled floor, he pivoted off of it and turned to the right wall beside the sink. There was positioned on said wall a towel rack, with several towels on it. Choosing one, he began methodically drying off first his left palm, then inside his fingers, then fingers, then the outside of his hand. When finished, he applied the same procedure to his right. Cracking his neck, he dropped the towel and turned to a second back door at the other end of the room. Padding along swiftly, he grabbed a small sack from a bench in the middle of the room absent-mindedly, stuffing it into his left pocket.
Reaching the door, he input another keycode into the keypad to the right of the door knob. As the door swooshed open automatically this time, Nikilo chose a helmet from a hook beside the door. Carrying it under his arm, he entered the garage. It was dimly lit, a precaution to keep certain paint jobs under pristine condition. This was mainly Jamie's area though, Nikilo knew nothing about most vehicles. Except for his Monolith Cycle, that was. As he crossed several cross sections of vehicles, he found said monolith cycle. It stood to be roughly three feet tall and four feet lengthwise. It was a gold-colored basic motorcycle body, except for the wheels. Or rather, lack thereof. Instead of wheels, two black rectangular materials, flat as could be, were positioned there instead. Spinning the gold helmet in his hand, he brought it in one swish moment onto his head at the appropriate time during the spin. Lifting one leg and sliding it over the seat, he sat comfortably on the 'cycle with his hands on the handle bars. Taking off his left hand, he slid it into his pocket and pulled out a (gold) key, which was quickly inserted into the ignition and turned right. Placing his hand back on the handle bar, he began pumping rieatsu into the grips. Instantly, the motorcycle roared to life. Hovering slightly, he held in a pedal that his foot was placed on, and lifted even higher. Turning the bike, he twisted the accelerator and shot out of the opening door into the sunlight. Nodding swiftly, the shield fell from the helmet over his eyes. Thank the goddess for tinting.
The Plains
Soon, the boy (or man, depending on if you were judging by his appearance or age) had arrived at the planes. He loved coming to the plains to train. They were almost always abundant with hollows. Parking on a hill, he removed the key and slid it into the same pocket he pulled it out of before removing the helmet and placing it on the handle-bar's edge before sliding a finger (which was covered in Null-brand reiatsu juice) over a sigil on what would have normally been a gas tank. Immediately, the sigil began glowing. "Burst." He whispered, and removed his hand quickly. Immediately, the motorcycle and helmet became encased with electricity, firing off at nearly 100,000 volts. Determined that it was safe, he turned around and began walking down the hill.
After several minutes of walking, he arrived just in time to see Balmung deliver the death blow to the last hollow. Noting that he made short work of those hollow, he pulled out his monolith and unfolded it from his pocket. Throwing it onto the air, he hopped on the black square and began floating. Zooming in over the flowing grass, he smiled at nature before looking at the sun, and immediately grimacing again. Right, the sun... He really needed to invest in sunglasses or something. Finally, he arrived near the Shinigami. "Hello thar! My name is Nikilo Flamme! I saw you training and decided that perhaps I could help you." And with that thick german accent permeating the surrounding air, he pulled out the bag he had grabbed earlier in his shop. Untying the satin rope, he reached inside of the velvet sack and pulled out what looked like a mint candy. "Have you ever seen one of these before? This is Hollow bait. When I crush it, Hollows smell it and just can't resist the lure, so they come running. One piece has enough power to bring along a Gillain." He explained, before bouncing the bag in his hand. Placing the mint-candy-esque disk back into the bag, he weighed it approximately. "I have about one hundred and thirty seven." A smirk donned on his face.

The giant of a man stood there at six feet five inches, his powerfully built body towering over almost all of the hollow he had easily slain, Balmung stood there all alone now the silence around him interrupted only by the sound of a rustling bush, credited to the gust of wind or a wild animal running about. It was in these silent moments that Balmung couldn't help but go into a state of deep thought, though on the outside he seemed calm and collected this man had many worries in his life. One in particular, went by the name of Takashi the same man that had tried countless time to posses him turning him into a mindless soldier. "Human? Emotion? That is nonsense Balmung you are a creature of war, you where born to lay chaos to this world...." those words echoed in Balmung's head, in his mind he pictured Takashi standing there with his sly grin and his pipe in hand. That man that had fooled Balmung he had taken advantage of a young shinigami in search of power, and thus used him for his own gain or at least made an attempt. In Balmung's eyes the incident that took place just sixty years ago, was not a fluke, Takashi had not vanished or been slain he had purposely hid himself from the watchful eye of the world. Balmung always knew there was something about Takashi, something that made him believe that his former sensei would soon defect and so it did happen.
Balmung remembers the day that he found out the truth about what Takashi had become, that which is called a Vaizard. "Vaizard....is that the power he always spoke about?" the question was asked in a low tone, but a whisper only Balmung would be able to hear himself speak. He wondered if that is truly the power Takashi searched out with such an obsession that he had gone as far as to slay his own father at a young age, but soon Balmung would he torn from his thoughts. He would blink a few times before turning in the direction of the new and unknown voice, he was surprised this one had manners in the past people had refused to give name, or just didn't bother with an introduction all together. Balmung nodded his head at the man in acknowledgement "I am Balmung Striver" he would reply to the man introducing himself in return his deep voice speaking in a respectful tone. He would listen to the man speak as his light hazel eyes stared at him from behind a few loose silver strands of hair, he raised an eyebrow when the man revealed what he was carrying in that bag of his.
A gillian? That would certainly make things interesting and the number of said items that he carried was quite impressive clearly this was not the first time this man had done a thing such as this. The tall and muscular shinigami would merely smirk back as a low and deep chuckle escaped his lips "I see...." he would say for a second as he paused looking back ahead of him at the empty plain. Raising his zanpaktou up he would rest it by the blunt side on his right shoulder holding the hilt in his right hand with a firm grip. "Well then, Nikilo why are we standing around waiting? Let's begin this crash course, shall we?" he would ask his eyes rolling to his side as he looked back at the man waiting for him to do something now.

.:Nikilo Flamme:.
A curl reached Nikilo's lips upon hearing Balmung's words. Good. Time for something fun. Shaking his right sleeve, the necklace that was loosely wrapped around his bicep fell, a medallion attached to the silver chain landing neatly in Nikilo's hand. The medallion was a perfect circle, about the size of a twonie, the same middle circle and all. In between the two circles was the image of a 9 pointed black sun, and in the middle of the second circle was a black cross. Everything else was white. Raising that arm, he tossed the bag into the air. It flew up quite high. Concentrating on the medallion, a bow sprung from it. A quincy bow, to be exact. This bow was six feet tall, shaped like two rectangles with a thin cylinder for the handle, and had on it two octagons, one for the top and one for the bottom. The bow was littered with alchemic symbols, a spidery gold in nearly direct contrast to the back of the bow. Using his now-free hand, he pulled the spirit cord that was attached to it and fired a small black arrow at the bag, making the entire containing device and it's contents explode in a shower of silver-blue sparkles.
Soon, the hollows would come. Nikilo was determined to be ready for such an event. "It's Morphin' time~" He breathed, and the seal on his clothing activated. From the fabric bubbled a metal that grew over him and changed. After several minutes of the metal shifting over him and shaping itself, he had a suit of armor on that would rival the knights of olden time. His head was even covered in a glorious helm, the top of which had two glorious horns protruding from it. Still holding the bow in his hand, he de-activated and allowed for the metal on his arm to continue down and cover his hand in an excellent glove. Knowing he would need at least some form of weapon, he slid his hand inside of the "sleeve" of the armor and pulled something from his belt before sliding it down the metal. Concentrating, the glove seemed to digitalize away slightly, allowing for Nikilo to slide what was in his hand out of the tube and into his other hand. Allowing for the metal to regrow, he was once again covered in excellent armor. Holding the hilt in his hand, for that was what it was, a silver hilt with a few alchemic designs and a wooden handle, transformed. It had gained a blade, nearly three feet long, in the shape of a claymore's blade, but glowing and black.
And then the hollow arrived. Several garganta opened as the hollow already on earth swarmed towards Nikilo and Balmung. From the garganta came nearly 100 gillian, and on earth there were over 10,000 hollow already accumulated. "Burst~ Nikilo spoke, his thick german accent doubling from inside of the protective gear. Immediately, his armor burst to life with electricity, crackling with over 100,000 volts. Turning to the nearest hollow, he leaped into the air, slashing and hacking away with his sword, killing quite a few in only a short amount of time. As he continued his barrage, one tried to reach out and grab him. It's hand made contact with his armor, and immediately the beast exploded from the electricity. Turning to the nearest gillian's, whom had circled around Nikilo, roughly six cero's charged. Leaping high, he waited for the blasts to near him before climbing even higher into the air, using hirenkyaku. The Cero's collided, exploding and damaging the Menos Grande that had created it. Landing lightly on his armored foot, he began hacking and slashing again, pivoting swiftly on one foot to minimize movement but maximize strength. He even showed proficiency with his sword, twisting the blade into the wind as it flew, in order to cut through the air instead of being tarnished by it.
"This enough for you, Balmung?" He called cheekily to the man, before letting several more giant hollow grab him and get fried. Continuing his onslaught, he laughed in glee and pleasure. Perhaps Nikilo Flamme wasn't alright in the head. Or perhaps he was the only one who was~

Balmung stood there waiting for the man to do what he was going to do he expected at most a few of those baits be used but the actions that followed the man would be using all of the bait in the bag. Balmung would look as the Quincy man did what he did releasing all that bait he was not expecting such an action to be taken, once the bait was released Balmung knew there was no turning back this was it. He wasn't going to back down now he raised his zanpaktou up pointing directly ahead of him as he spoked the following phrase, "Rise and Destroy...Seiryoku" with that said a wild burst of reiatsu would engulf Balmung's body. It would conceal him view inside his zanpaktou was going through a radical transformation, the katana like zanpaktou transformed into a long cleaver the blade alone measuring forty four inches in length, the handle being at thirteen. The reiatsu around Balmung would disperse at the swing of the massive obsidian black cleaver, he would hold it out at his side seemingly without much effort, his arm muscles tensed up by the weight of the weapon. Balmung would begin to hear them, the cries of the hollows they where getting close his light hazel eyes observed as the many garganta where torn open before him and the Quincy. He would bring the cleaver up to his shoulder resting it by the blunt side on his right shoulder as he looked on quietly a serious expression on his face. So many of them, some where crawling out of the forest while others where pouring out of the garganta it was a hellish sight indeed all these hollow and just two of them.
Truly this would be an interesting night, suddenly Balmung's attention would be caught by the boys actions his arms began to spark with electricity he looked back at him his appearance having changed. He had never met a quincy quite like this, the boy was quick to jump to the action as was Balmung he ran the other way heading for his own group of hollow. The beast roared and cried as they charged at Balmung the giant of a shinigami raised his massive cleaver that rivaled the size of the boys claymore if not bigger. He would swing down the heavy obsidian black blade crashing into the ground sinking into it slightly, a burst of concussive energy being released in the form of a wave. The hollows where struck and knocked away into the air some crashed into others, one was impaled by the horns of another hollow Balmung would dash into the middle of the group and spin on his tip toes. Holding the cleaver out he would slice and decapitate any hollow within the cleavers deadly reach, afterwards he would notice a menos grande glaring down at him. He giant hollow opened its mouth charging a blood red cero as it prepared to launch it at Balmung, the shinigami stood looking back at Menos Grande. When the hollow fired the cero Balmung would jump up using Flash Step avoiding the blast, but it killed off all the hollows that where around Balmung.
He stood in the air then dashed at the Menos grande when he was close swinging at its mask with his cleaver slicing up the hollows face, he would use Flash Step to appear above the hollow then coming down with a might thrust into the top of its head. His cleaves blade sank into the head, Balmung would quickly jump off as another cero was launched at him this one hitting the menos grande he had been on landing on the ground Balmung continued to cleave at the hollows. Killing the weaker ones with great ease, he would cleave one in half then turn at the Quincy boy giving him a thumbs up "Rather enjoyable!" he would respond as he ducked avoiding a pouncing hollow. Then slicing the beast in half while it was still in mid-air, killing it rather easily. Balmung would continue to fight on lessening the number of hollow though he knew that both of them had their limits. If one of them got tired out of all this fighting it could end up, they where weak but in numbers these hollow where a threat.

.:Nikilo Flamme:.
Nikilo completely ignored the Shinigami as he continued his onslaught. His black blade whizzed through the air as he continued fighting. It was useless, though. The more he killed, the more showed up. It was as if he made a horrible, horrible mistake. Ryuga...I'm sorry for needing to kill so many of your brothers. He thought to his inner hollow, whom replied casually. Yeah, because I give a shit. Just go into Ice form and pwn these noobs. Grinning, his smile was hidden inside of his armor. Spinning quickly with his sword, he deactivated his armor. This was his moment of weakness. As the armor disappeared, he switched his sword off, and slid the hilt into his pocket. Activating Ice form, many hollows neared him and covered him from view, like a massive dog pile.
Suddenly, all of the hollows flew off of Nikilo, being trajectorized by a pillar of ice each. Then they exploded in a flurry of ice. Standing where Nikilo used to be was someone akin to Nikilo. His icy eyes were now a solid blue. The cross symbol on his chest, revealed by his t-shirt, was now also an icy blue. From his ankles to his knee's were ice-cold blue shin-guard like pieces of armor. The same armor was on his arms, from wrist to elbow and elbow to shoulder. With every breath, he exuded mist from his mouth. If anyone were to touch him right now, they would get a nasty chill, seeing as his body temperature was at a chilling -20 degree. Hollow once again attempted to overwhelm him. Twirling, he held up his hands, palm's up, with his wrists side-by-side, and sprayed a blast of ice, which caused a ring of ice to appear around him. Using Hirenkyaku, he zoomed straight up into the air, creating a pillar of ice under him to stand on. Looking down on the hollow, he grinned. Pathetic scum.
Unfolding his Monolith from his back pocket, he tossed it in the air and jumped on it, floating in mid-air. Racing across the battle field, he froze as many Hollow as he could with his powers, spraying ice walls down on them from the sky. "SHATTER THEM, BALMUNG!" He roared to the shinigami, continuing his icy sabotage.

It was a quite normal day in Minatumi Harbor. The occasional Hollow attack, sure. But apart from that, normal. In a bar in one of the sideways, someone who didn't look like someone working on a ship nipped on his beer. The stuff was warm and tasted like goat piss. With a grunt, the tall man cringed his face. This was one of the reasons why he didn't leave Karakura City often, they imported beer from germany. No normal person could drink this stuff.
Would you rather sit around and rot in Karakura? A voice in his head asked. Other persons would think they are crazy. But for the guy sitting there, it was completely normal to have this voice in his head, he didn't even remember the time before that clearly. The name of this spirit inside of him was Shironeko - often appearing as a gigantic, white cat with wings outside of his mind, as a transparent projection, unable to interact with the world around her. Which didn't mean she couldn't talk your ear off, or annoy you to death. And somehow, the man could even pet the spirit cat outside of his soul, maybe because of their connection.
//Well, good point there, Shiro.// Still, the beer was to bad, nobody could stay here for long. Throwing some coins on the desk, he stood up and silently left the bar - his long, black hair flowing behind him. With the cross on his shirt, one could think he was one of those last remaining christians, but of course, he was not. In fact, he didn't believe in any god or devil - no power was without limits, so a god couldn't exist. This man with an attitude to go crazy over and a confidence bigger than Vereors lust for rape was noone other than Johnathan Walker - a Ziamichi-Quincy, and one of the strongest of his kind. If not even THE strongest, since he possessed the power to make dreams reality.
Just as Johnathan had left the bar, he stopped with a slight shock on his normally slightly smiling face. Slower than usual, he reached into his poket, took out a smoke and lighted it up. Taking a deep breath of the smoke, Shironeko materalized besides him - even she looked troubled. And that was quite hard for a white cat with wings. As both where leaving the sideway and going back over the main road leading to the real port, humans could of course see her - but everyone knew about Hollows and the like in these times.
"As what would you categorize what we just felt, John?" Shironeko asked with a curious and slightly mocking undertone. The Quincy grinned and replied, sounding faked intellectual on purpose.
"Not really Reiatsu, but more of a feeling. A feeling as if... all humans, no, all existance just got up and screamed out: OH SHIT. In other words... work for us." Suddenly, both disappeared from the street, heading towards the two sources of Reiatsu in the area, and also the source of this ominous feeling. And if the Quincy wasn't mistaken, one of these sources wasa 'friend' of sorts - Nikilo Flamme, one of these strange Nulls. Some mutant Quincies, if you would ask Johnathan. He had been immune to the Transmutation, or however this sickness had been called, of course, since he was a Ziamichi. Finishing smoking his cigarette on the way, he simply dropped it on the graslands as he arrived. His mouth would've stood a bit open, would that not look so extremely stupid.
This was not a Garganta. Or many Garganta, for that matter. It was more like as if the giant mass of Hollows that was swarming these plains, with their simple appearance, Reiatsu and destructive will, accompanied by Gillian-Menos, had ripped apart the thin veil that seperated the real world and Hueco Mundo COMPLETELY. It was no news that this veil had been weakened over the last centuries, but this was a new icing on the shitcake. Johnathan did not know what Hell looked like. But it's entrace couldn't look much worse than THIS.
And in the middle of this mess... yes, Nikilo Flamme. Standing on a hill, some Hollows had already noticed the Quincy. A Menos seemingly aimed a Cero in his direction, too. The Shinigami, John did not know. And also, he didn't care for that guy. If he died, then, big deal. While the Quincy population had risen over the last centuries, there where still far more Shinigami. But it would be kinda sad if Nikilo got devoured alive by the thousands of Hollows that where literally flooding the area. Everyones Reiatsu would sooner or later run out...
Seeing as the red of the aimed Cero intensified, John sighed. Shironeko, though, giggled in his mind. She liked fighting a bit too much for his taste, but this was serious shit going down. Suddenly, the eyes of the Ziamichi flashed yellow.
We're gonna do it?
//You bet your tail we do.//
Suddenly, John stood in a completely dark place. His soul. Closing his eyes, the conciousness of the Quincy soon felt something drawing near. Opening them again, a beautiful, woman-like figure stood before him, unfolding purely white wings. Reaching out her left hand, while he reached out the right, the fingertips of both souls in one body touched. Then, both closed their eyes once again...
"Thou art I, and I am thou." Both spoke, with a voice seemingly hypnotized.
"From the sea of your soul, I emerge." The cat-angel spoke softly.
"Our hearts shall beat as one." John continued the incarnation-like speech.
"We are one."
Only the last bit of this was spoken out loud in the real world, where seemingly no time had passed. A huge burst of Reiatsu was suddenly released from Johnathans location, breaking his masking on it. Where you would've sensed a human before, it was now a force on par with a Shinigami-Captain in his good days. But more than just the Reiatsu changed.
In addition to the yellow eyes, the face of John seemed to become a bit younger, as his hair seemed to grow back. Becoming a more spiky, messy hairstyle, they changed into white, with some black stripes in them, and seemed completely natural that way. Next, his shirt on the back bulged a bit, before it was literally torn apart there, a bit of blood was spilled and flew to the ground, as two white wings, only stained with very few blood drops, unfolded themselves.
Around Johnathans body, Reishi solidifed themselves into a while, long mantle, similliar to a Shinigamis Kimono, just with a more western style. Seemingly growing around it, some red and black rose engravements appeared, as two balls of Reishi formed the weapons of choice of this Quincy...
From afar, they looked like a pair of plain handguns. On a closer look, one could see how masterfully worked they looked, a single black rose engravement growing around them.
As the enemy Cero and first Hollows where now approaching, the angel-like being disappeared from sight, zooming upwards with a flap of the wings and Hirenkyaku. These white wings increaed mobility quite well.
"I got a sad message for you, Hollows. You will all be destroyed into nothingness now... Because I am awesome." Pulling the triggers of both guns, a stream of bullets was now released, all of them looking similliar to rose petals. With one 'Rose Petal Storm', he pretty much annihilated the entire Hollow group crawling up the hill he had been standing on. Looking over to the kina freezing Nikilo, He flew in his direction, not without firing at will at everything looking even remotely like a Hollow.
"Is it only me, or did you maybe destroy the veil seperating the worlds accidentally?"

Re: Warm Up! [EVENT ON HOLD TIL EQUIS GETS BACK]

Luxord was passing through the park, attempting to enjoy the day without any other conflicts to catch him and ruin it. He was taking calm strides towards the center of the park when he suddenly saw a being appear in front of him. He could see the being's entirety and narrowed his eyes. It was not long before he drew two cards, throwing them up into the air. He narrowed his eyes as the beast charged at this moment. He leaped up into the air and grabbed the two cards by the hilt he can create within it. Within moments, he fell upon the creature which had just leaped into the air to catch him. His weapon sliced easily through the being's hide, and it dissipated into darkness.
Luxord quickly turned to see the being completely vanish, and then back towards his intended path. He shook his head as the cards slowly turned into two cards which cycled around his wrist before catching them in between his thumb and index finger. He placed them away as he continued walking, hoping not to encounter more of those beings. He shook his head at the event before he felt a massive pulse of reiatsu, coming from the direction in which he was heading. Instinctively, he dashed behind a tree, stopping there and slowly dashing through the forest and keeping himself completely hidden. It was here that he would find the creator of this pulse of reiatsu.
The burst of reiatsu was more than enough enough to draw Luxord in. He was behind a tree, staring through the split in his hair with his blue ocular. His eyes narrowed as he witnessed a man killing many of the hollows. He had never seen anything like them. He looked down at his cards in his palm as they began to glow a blue aura. He took ten cards, and walked out onto the battlefield, ready to fight. He narrowed his eyes upon meeting a large group of hollow. He threw the cards up into the air, and they all grew in size. It was not long before two of the ten fell down towards him and he grabbed the hilt. The others fell next to him and suck out of the ground with a heavy crash upon impact.
He needed to get closer to the man to ask him questions about these beings, however, the hollows completely blocked his intended path, so he had to make one. He lifted up the cards he was holding by the hilt, and swung them, though far away from his targets. The cards in the ground began to rumble before hurling out and spinning violently Their spin created a sound of what was like a buzz saw. Luxord then ran in with the eight other cards that were surrounding him for protection. A hollow leaped up in an attempt to catch him from the top. He looked down, seeing the shadow, as one of the cards shot up and cut through the monster's arm, killing it.
He turned around as he seemed to drop his cards, realizing these beings were not that strong. He shook his head and held his hand out without the cards. It was not long before the cards shot out towards the hollows, cutting through them as they got within his path. There was one card behind him, however, for protection. He was getting closer and closer, and would surely reach the man in due time. It was at this point in which Luxord saw an even larger being stomp the ground in front of him. He looked around as the smaller beings seemed to back away. He knew that this must have been the ringleader of the group. His cards however, did not stop cutting the hollows even when they were backing away, until they were all cleared.
"That's 67," Luxord said calmly before turning to the being and extending his hand and continuing, "You're 68. Bet on it."
He did not show any emotion before casting out the cards. It was not long before the cards were blocked by the being, who showed an adept thought process in the offensive. Luxord knew that this would definitely be a battle that would peak his interest. It was not long before the being, with spikes around its jaws similar to that of a beetle, seemed to began to charge up a red energy ball. Luxord brought a card in front of him, the empty face side aiming towards the being. He fired the beam of energy towards the man with a quick volley of power. The card seemed to absorb the energy. Luxord then spun around at one of the cards beneath the being's feet in which he blocked.
He then pointed his hand out, the beam of energy shooting out from his cards and into the face of the being. Luxord knew this would kill it, but would catch it off guard. He leaped onto a card, and dashed out towards the being, hovering over the ground before his blade would cut through the neck of the being, sending it dissipating into darkness as well. He smirked as he saw more hollow begin to chase at him while he was 15 feet in the air. He smirked as he rose slightly, and the cards he was currently using shot around in a quick slice, cutting through them as the blade passed. He turned again, allowing his eyes to lock onto a hollow attacking from behind. He kicked the card he was standing on and jumped at the same time.
This sent the card towards the being as it got stabbed, and the card returned, catching him before he was thrown into the carnage below. It was finished, and he crossed his arms, the cards rotating around his body as he began to fend off more and more hollow before reaching the man. He was keeping a head count and was slowly losing energy. He had killed 72 so far, and was headed onto more. By the time he had neared the man, his count had reached 93, and he was slowly catching up to the man shooting at all the hollow. He got close, only by releasing another 10 cards to aid him in the destruction of these beings. He slowed down next to the man as the 19 cards, not counting the one he was riding on, were killing the hollow that were attacking the two, giving him time to ask questions.
"I have no idea how you're doing this, but can you answer me the question in what these beings are and what are they doing here," He asked politely and calmly. He turned around in time to cast a card at a hollow that was flanking from his right, the man being on the left of him. The card easily killed the being, as the other cards continued, a count of at least 192 was beginning.
