The Super drug comes in a small can that is to be ingested by the user, simply by drinking a small amount causes significant effects. If you drink one sip you will be able to experience a noticeable burst in reitsu. For three post you will be above the current tier you are at. However, if you drink the whole can in one go, you will be able to go to the heights of your power for two post's. Meaning, you'll be able to go up a whole tier level. (If yo were a 2-1, you'd become a 1-1. If you were a 0-5, you'd become a 0-1 and etc)

But, every drug has side effects. If you abuse this drink too much, your powers can become VERY unstable to the point where using them can be a danger to yourself and others around you. If you drink the whole can, though, you will not be able to use your powers correctly for nearly two months. (That in real time, as well. Info: Shiro Shugā is a drug that can be used to accelerate an any person powers. It is shown to be in a form of a fine powder that is ingested by the user, simply licking a small amount causes significant effect. For 5 tiers it will boost it up to 4-1 tier, for 4 tiers it will boost it to 3-1, for 2 tiers it will boost their power to 1-3, for 1 tiers it will boost it to 0-5 at the max and for most 0 tier users it will only go up one level with enhanced skill sets. The effects can last for ten post until the user's high is worn down. After that, they cannot ingest it for another twenty post unless they risk over dosing and dying. Abusing this drug too much has also been linked to mental disorders, hallucination, weakening of the body when not using the drug and terrible relapse after becoming addicted to it.
