Memories..

It had been many years since Kurai had come out of the wood work. It was kind of annoying. He usualy just left people to their own devices. He hated caring too much about people, although he did like to watch people suffer. It wasn't like he was evil or anything just that he liked seeing the ugly side of people. He doesn't do anything to bring it out or cause disasters just to see people at their worse. He's not a kind person but he also isn't completely evil. He was an existence of apathy. He doesn't really like involving himself with other people and this was mostly because of things came from the past events.

Kurai made his way to the graveyard. It was dark and danky. There were some child spirits playing. Kurai went over to them and did the ritual to send them on their way. He has a habit of doing these things. He doesnt mind. It was one of the things that Kurai actually hapened to like while doing his job in soul society. Kurai j\use to be a captain in the Soul Society although so far he hasn't found a way to increase his power from 1-1+ to the 0 tier. Ever since he had his ass handed to him by the half wit Iramasha he was looking for a way to surpass his current level. He was powerful but not enough.

He sensed someone elses reiatsu in the area and turned. "It's a little late for a girl to be hanging around a grave yard isn't it?"

A boy? Kurai thought to himself. That was nowhere near correct. Kurai himself being well into the thousands and his appearance being that of someone in their early twenties. Granted he didn't look old but in on way did he have the appearance of a boy. But he let it pass. He had spoken unplolitely to her first and the fact that she took it in stride impressed him. Most people tended to be come angry at the way he spoke to them. Kurai has the bad habit of speaking in a way that makes him look superior to everyone and in many cases he was. He was alot more wary around those he acknowledged as powerful but for those not as strong as himself he tended to get a little away with himself. IN any case he let the comment pass by.

"I have no reason to be here in all honesty. I drift around from place to place and not really finding one I really like. This is just one of my many stops along the way." Kurai gave an ambiguous answer in return. He had once been part of the Vizard Corp and before that a captain in the gotei, however he didn't really like either, therefore he left. At the moment he is a rogue vizard doing some random duties for the Soul Society and just living out his days. He kind of liked the way things were now. He answered to no one and did his own thing. He like being his own boss. You could say he is an alpha type of person. He doesn't like taking orders but loves to tell others what to do. An Alpha dog.

Kurai sat on a grave stone and looked at the girl with a puzzled expression. He noticed that she was a vizard. There was no doubting that. He reiatsu being a mixture of shinigami and hollow. She seemed strong, not powerful but strong. Considering Kurai's own ability and that of the people he tended to associate with she was not a match at all. But in the grand scheme she was strong in her own right. He guessed that if she tried she might be able to get stronger. She already seemed to be close to captain rank anyway. Kurai stared at her with his bright violet eyes while he took her measure. "OK then I think I got a good measure of somethings but tell me, why is a strong vizard like yourself wandering around and not even bothering doing simmple dties like sending souls off. You don't seem to be part of any organization therefore you must be on your own, why?"
