Thanatos Centro. The sands around this gothic styled village were as white as ever as the pale moon shone across the endless desert. A gargantua opened on the roof of one of the buildings to reveal two girls, one walking and the other in her arms. The one standing was known as Miku Zatsune or her codename 'Midknight' which everyone usually made reference to rather than her usual name. in her hands was miyuki of which Midknight had actually kidnapped from the living world. the arrancar that was there watched as she walked off with the sleeping girl in her hands and did nothing to stop her. This was probably because Miku was that threatening to him.
Miku walked to the edge of the building and stepped off, falling down to street level and landing perfectly by bending her knee's. She then stood up in the dark street and looked at the girl. "tch...I need to find somewhere to put her..." Miku then walked over to the other side of the street and put Miyuku on the floor sitting up against the wall. Miku then turned her back to her a looked around. "That man didn't decide to follow me.... thats good... now what to do with the girl...?"

Minutes could of passed or possibly a few hours since Miyuki Santoru had passed out, she tall as the average height for teenagers aged sixteen. The girl had long waist-lengthed pink hair where the fringe was brushed back with heir headphones. Dark stars were printed on each ear piece of the headphones while the edge of them were fluffed up with fake fur. The hair blew in the breeze upon arrival of a now unknown location of the girl, although she wasn't yet awake to see anything.
The girl was incredibly light, even with the weird combinations of food such as ice-cream with ramen or pasta with porridge. Yuck. But to her it was delicious, she wouldn't often eat normal foods to be honest.
After a few more minutes of being carried the girl was layed against a wall, another breeze brushed across her face, carrying her hair for a second before it flowed back down. The girl winced, moving for a second.
"...... with the girl.....?""
These were the first sounds that entered her mind as she awoke before yet another breeze brushed her which made her more use to her surroundings. The girl opened her eyes, awaiting for her vision to clear and focus before she looked up, blinking. This location was new to her and she had of little memory of the fight before she passed out. But she didn remember Miku quite clearly.
"M-miku...?" She asked, her voice dry at first from just awakening. She looked up to the right of her at the back of what she called, a 'friend'.

Miku was a little surprised that Miyuki would wake up so quickly. The number of times she fainted earlier made Miku wonder if she was ever actually going to wake up when they arrived here. Realising that miyuki had awoken, miku quickly rushed forwards and knelt down beside her. "Miyuki? How are you feeling?" Miku needed to figure out if Miyuki was alright. if she had caught some crazy illness from coming to the desert Miku wouldn't forgive herself.
"I know you must have a lot of questions, but please wait..." Miku stood up and turned around. It seemed as though she was being very cautious about what she was doing. no Arrancar was in sight which was a good sign. "We need to get to my house quickly before somebody spots me with you... Are you able to walk?"

Now that her senses had come back to her she could feel something soft touching her hand, looking down as she noticed sand, in fact, the whole place, as far as she cold see was filled with sand.
Was this a dream? No it was too...strange for that...Perhaps a nightmare? SHe couldn't tell, the sky was black so it had to be night...but it was always night here, something she didn't know. But something else seemed different, she didn't feel herself.
"Where am I..M-miku-chan..."
The girl managed to ask before her face slowly went pale, filling with sweat as she began shaking, not with fear or from being cold but she suddenly felt weak. She did have loads of questions which was true but what did she have to wait for...even that, she couldn't ask any right now. She could barely move let alone breath. Clenching her fists in pain before they filled with sand.
"We need to get to my house quickly before somebody spots me with you... Are you able to walk?"
This made her head fill with even more questions, what did she mean if someone spotted Miku with herself? None of it really added up at the moment, but she nodded to being able to walk. Although she could barely move, she didn't want to be a pain for anyone, especially Miku. Forcing herself to her feet, using the wall as support she soon stayed balance before her knees shook. Her breathing increasing, she knew she wasn't allergic to anything, not the sand, nothing as she was aware of. So why was she feeling this way?
Within seconds of taking the first step she fell forwards to the sand, a soft thump heard as she hit the sand softly. Atleast it wasn't a hard stoned floor or anything. She felt as if gravity had turned against her, but apart of feeling not herself, she was also gaining a very high temperature.

Miku was pleased that she was able to walk but as soon as Miyuki tried, she collapsed again. "What?.... shit..." Miku really wasn't in the mood for something like this and needed to get the hell out quickly before some random Arrancar decided to take a peak and blow her entire cover. "Miyuki... why are you so weak? You feel cold as hell..." Miku bent down and held Miyuki's arms whilst saying that. Then seeing no other option, Miku lifted her up and onto her arms again like before.
"Ok... We need to go this way" Miku used her Sonido ability to move herself and Miyuki through the air to the top of a building Miku spotted a few hundred yards away. Upon landing, Miku crouched and checked all around her. Again, nobody was in sight except for a few walking the street's below but they were no bother. Miku then shuffled to the right where a window in the roof could be seen. Tapping on it, Miku waited for someone to reply. A few moments later and the window swung open revealing a deep and thuggish voice. "Get in"
Miku then jumped up and through the open window before landing on the ground perfectly again. The window shut behind her with the wind she created as she fell in and the candle in the room went out as she hit the ground. The deep voice could be heard again. "Careful fool... now I need to light it again... wait there." The voice came from a corner in the room where the candle was. It was victorian looking and all made of wood with bits of stone. The owner of the thuggish voice appeared to stand up and walk out of the room but only a shadow of a 10ft tall beast could be seen. Miku put Miyuki down on the floor and up against the wall again like she did earlier before standing up and rushing off with the man. "Hey, i need to ask you something..." Then both were out the door.

Sweat had built up on her pale face the time they arrived, even the harsh breezes didn't make her any better. As she was sat down against another wall Miyuki partially regained consciousness, opening her eyes slightly as she looked around the room with a blurred vision.
She had no idea what was going on or what was going to happen and that question still came to mind, where was she? And where had her friend Miku gone. THroughout all of this she should be as scared as a fly in a spider's web but she wasn't. She was just confused.
From time to time, her vision cleared and blurred again, allowing her to say parts her surroundings and the material the room was made of. But the onyl thing that came to mind at the moment was leaving. She knew it wasn't a nightmare nor a dream but reality, and this place didn't seem at all friendly.
It took her almost five minutes just to stand and make her way weakly over to the window. If anything Miku would of left out the door, she couldn't see anyone leaving through a window but then again she didn't picture anyone arriving through the window either.
Using the window ledge as support while she tried her best to stay standing her muscles were weak, attempting to drag her to the ground. Shakily placing a hand on the window before she opened it up, looking through to see how high up she was. And right now, she couldn't get her powers to work properly, everytime she tried all that was let out was a small orb before disappearing again.

Miku stood in another part of the scary looking building which was across a creepy looking hallway from the room she left Miyuki in. In there, she was talking to the owner of the before heard voice. "Please, I need to keep her here." Miku sounded as though she was begging the voice to listen with her which didn't seem right coming from her. the voice answered her with: "I don't think even our Lady would give you such a peculiar task. Why are you even with the girl?" Miku stood back uncertain of herself. "i don't know..." the other person went silent before answering a few seconds later. "Alright I'll agree to look after her with you. Just don't let her get in my way."
"of.. of course" Miku turned around and quickly ran back into the other room. here, she found Miyuki had moved from her original position. "Miyuki!" Dashing over to where she now was, Miku held her up by her shoulders. "Are you alright?" Miku then looked at the now open window. She frowned before reaching out and closing it while still holding the girl. "Miyuki i can't let you be seen here. Please, do not attract attention to yourself. Even opening a window can give you away. i don't know what the other arrancar might do if they catch you here with us."

Hearing her name being called Miyuki soon felt light hands on her shoulders followed by that it wasn't long until she knew it was Miku. A small gust of wind came into the room as she turned her attention to seeing Miku close the window before losing all hope of escaping before looking back weakly towards her.
"I-i...it's...h...hot.."
Th girl said still shaking as sweat dropped from her face, although this was strange as one moment she was freezing cold and now her temperature was rising. The room temperature in here was average too.
Turning her attention to the ground to stop herself from feeling so dizzy water fell to the ground but it wasn't from the sweat on her pale face but tears fell from her eyes. She wasn't often seen crying and this might of been Miku's first time that she had seen Miyuki cry.
".....W...where am...I.."
She asked while her tears dropped to her boots, the more she tried thinking about what had happened back in Karakura Forest the more she forgot. She still remembered Ashlei know, nothing would make her forget that but now she had begun forgetting about the Sakura tree, she had forgotten about her friend that Miku had killed and of that arrancar aswell.

Miku looked at the girl as she weakly lay there in her arms like a death scene in a romance. What was happening to her? She wasn't like this when they first met in the forest. Sure she fell over a lot but she wasn't getting back up this time. Miku started to get quite worried. "Ultimos, does she look alright to you?" Miku turned her head to the doorway she came through and heard the other person walk in. It's shadow was still looming over it's body and when it finally got into the light of the window, looked like a monster.
What miku called 'ultimos' was a 10ft tall man in armour that could dress a mammoth. he also had a huge sword on his back and wore a red hood. his hands were about the size of miku alone. he walked over and looked at Miyuki with piercing eyes. "She's sick..." Miku looked up swiftly with an annoyed look on her face. "What do you mean?" then ultimos replied. "She is a human after all and they should not be here. She is growing sick from the reitsu around her. She isn't strong enough to live here without growing this ill. Even you should know this Zatsune-san."
Miku looked back at Miyuki and sighed. She did know about this but didn't expect it to actually occur. "Is there a way to at least stop it for now?" Ultimos took a few steps to the other side of the room where he had put down the candle earlier. "There isn't as far as I know. However I'd make sure she is looked after and tended to otherwise she may die here just be breathing." Miku held onto Miyuki tightly. She wasn't going to lose her to this after what she went through to get her. "Miyuki...."

Hearing the deep voice she had swore she had heard before, Miyuki turned her attention to see the monster, flinching suddenly as the girl had began wondering what was going to happen to her. She hadn't seen anyone so big in her life before which scared her even more, other than a hollow which could be even bigger mostly but this was different.
Hearing the words 'die' made her panic before being held in Miku's arms lightly she looked up not wanting Miku to worry, putting on a brave face as she tried her best to smile.
"I-I'm fine Miku...y...you don...t have ...to worry.. ^^"
Of course, she wasn't fine. And no one could really force a bug like this away. But to have someone else worry was something she hated. SHe didn't want to become a burden at all.
She hid her face in Miku's shoulder, clutching onto her cloth as her tears were soaked in the fabric. She didn;t want to die, not here atleast. For now, FOr once she was becoming scared. Something she rarely felt or show. She should of been scared when she saw Ashlei, but she wasn't. She should of been scared when she saw Miku but she wasn't. Yes, she had started to feel the spiritual pressure the moment she first awoke up in Hueco Mundo. But she didn't want ot be scared, Miku was her friend, she could tell she was strong but she didn't want to loose a friend to how different they were. All she could do was hang tight, she'd get better. She didn't know when or how, but she knew. She'd get better, better enough to atleast smile properly and be herself.
