Personality:
While being an android, Keten also has emotions, however, they are artificial and malfunctioned. On each of his arms he has a red, blue, and green circle formation which hold his personalities in them, however, the wiring inside his body makes them all connected to all his nerves, making it near impossible to break his emotions, and thus, the symbols are just symbolic of his emotions.

The red one represents his Anger, Hatred, Regret, among other aggressive feelings. This chip allows him to grow angry at people, however, his programming has malfunctioned, so when he is angry, he becomes almost murderous, and kills anyone who stands in his way, this is of course, only happening if he loses his temper, and when he does, it is impossible to tell, because his face will always have a facial expression of a blank stare, or possibly a smile.

The Green represents his happiness, among other good feelings, which have also malfunctioned into making him believe that the world is just a game, making him enjoy everything, including killing, and playing with peoples thoughts. He believes that God, or whoever is in the afterlife, is the player, and everything else is just a Pon attempting to make it to the end, which the end would be the afterlife, meaning he would feel happy to exterminate people, to send them to the end of the game.

The blue represents his sadness, as well as his intelligence. His sadness has malfunctioned however, making him only feel sad in extreme cases, and the rest being transfered into intelligence, making him able to crack codes with ease, as well as determine if a person is lying or not based on their responses or body movements. His IQ is far off the charts, allowing him to answer any question that has a possible answer, meaning he can't tell others what the meaning of life is. He cannot be tricked by tricky questions either.

Appearance:


Keten has short white hair reaching down to his eyes in the bangs, and goes around in a messy bowl shape. His eyes are different colours, his left eye being green, whilst his right eye is yellowish brown. He wears a red short sleeved shirt with an open collar, being held together by 2 string. He also wears a vest coat overtop, a darker red in colour with 5 silver buttons going down the middle. It has a flipped colour at the top, and a pocket on each breast area. Keten also wears Leather pants, which fade to a lighter and lighter blue as they go down, being black at the top. He also wears a grey belt with a silver buckel.

Keten's skin has a fairly pale, yet, almost grey look to it. On each of his arms, there are 3 circle designs, a green, a blue, and a red one. These have a cross design in the middle of each. What these things are are his personality codes.

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance:
No Changes are made to his appearance unless he uses his abilities, which will be explained in the ability section.

Power Development Stage 1 Abilities:

Eye's: His eyes have a variety of abilities, allowing him to crack codes, hack computers, and determine if someone is lying, just by looking at the desired location. Inside each of his eyes, his green eye determines body movements, and his brown eye matches them to the appropriate hypothesis, which would be lying, or telling the truth. In a computer case, his green eye would look at one number, then his brown eye would determine whether it fits or not by running a test program in a matter of seconds, making him able to hack into any computer in a mere 10 seconds at most.

Wiring: Keten can activate this at any time. What this does is opens up sections of his body, which appear to be circle shapes which appear anywhere on his body at any point, and can open up, releasing a variety of strong, steel wires, which could not easily be cut by even a zanpakuto. He has the capability of sending out red, blue, green, black, and white wires, and a total of at most 20 wires out of 1 hole, and has the capability of opening 3 holes at a time. These wires can stretch up to 10 metres in length, and are controlled, meaning they can move to Ketens will, including floating in the air. These wires are incapable of cutting anything, however, they do have the capability of whipping, and since they are made of steel, would cause cuts if hit, however, at most it would be a gash.

Robotic Body: Keten can shift the appearance of certain parts of his body, for example, he could turn his hands into full opporational drills, or blades, or even guns. His body is completely metal, so a zanpakuto would have a hard time hurting him, even on direct contact, however, anyone with a higher tier would be able to cut him normally, but those with the same tier or lower, would have a difficult time cutting him, with a hard swing, the most it would do is a gash, and that would be on direct contact. Ketens has a floatation device installed inside of him, allowing him to propell himself off the ground, and float in the air at any moment. The body parts he can shift the appearances of are his arms, legs, and head. He has the capability to transform them at anytime into fully opporational drills, blades that vairy in length and size, but only seem to be able to reach the length of 5 feet, and a variety of guns, however, the guns do not look like guns, they appear to be small holes he opens from his fingertips, which allows him to fire out bullets which seem to be materialized out of nothing, after hitting something, the bullets seem to melt and dissolve. He has the capability of firing as many bullets as he wants, but he can only fire 1 bullet every 8 seconds. The bullets have the capability of piercing a arrancar of the same tiers hierro, however, it would not pierce entirely, leaving only a small wound on the body. In cases of those without armor, it would be more deadly, acting like an actual gun shot, the difference though is that there is no bullet left afterwards, meaning theres "no" chance of poison from iron or powder.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance:
Both of Keten's eyes become glowing red, and his shirt and vest coat are ripped to pieces by the shere power that comes from his body. Keten is surrounded by a electrical current, making electricity visible around him, making small sparks around his body. His body also becomes pitch black, and his hair becomes blue. His arms are also surrounded in steel wires, vairying in colours of red, white, black, blue, and green.

Power Development Stage 2 Abilities:

Eye Upgrade: His new red eyes have the capability of doing everything his other eyes did, however, they are now a deadly weapon which can fire out laser blasts with equal power of a Byakkurai. These blasts are red in colour and move at a little under the speed of a bala. He can fire 2 of these at once, 1 from each eye.

Metal Absorption: In his new form, this is probably his most feared ability. His teeth become absolutely sharp, and near impossible to break, allowing him to eat any form of metal, even a zanpakuto can be easily bitten into and eaten. This is not just his body, but the holes around his body as well. He also gains the capability of opening his chest with a large hole, 6 inches in radius, and is surrounded with teeth which can eat just like his teeth in his mouth do. The metal objects he absorbs can be summoned from any part of his body and can be used by him in anyway, whether its shooting them out at his opponents, or equipting them and using them against the enemy. When they appear, they seem to melt out of his body. The weapons he creates from the things he has devoured have no powers or abilities, however, they are exactly the same strength as they were before being devoured, meaning a zanpakuto would be the same strength as it was before.


Background:

As a human, he was born as a normal baby, no powers, no abilities that a normal human wouldn't have, except for his high IQ and ability to see spiritual beings. His mother and father took good care of him, however, at a young age, his mother died from cancer, leaving him with his father from then on. His mother told him to always do his best to achieve his goals, and not to die until it truly was his time, and he would know when his time was. The boy was very scarred from his mothers death and took her last words to the extreme by being careful, and growing stronger.

His father was a good man, worked hard, helped others when they needed it, and took care of his son. Keten's original name was forgotten when he was turned into an android. At one fateful day, the boy being 16 years old now, while crossing the street to get to school, he was hit by a car and smashed into a wall, breaking his spin, and causing him to be crippled, oil pouring into his body as he remained speechless and almost lifeless. His father asked that they save his son, however, the boy now had cancer due to the oil going into his body, and his immune system being busted do to his broken spine.

The boy knew it wasn't his time yet, so he told the doctors to use him as an experiment for whatever they could do to him, rebuild him in anyway they wanted, and use him to further the technology of the world. The doctors told the boy it would take alot of money, however, the boy told them that he didn't care if he died, he just wanted to live if he could, and this was the only way. The doctors and scientists agreed and began to oporate, replacing his skin, muscle, brain, everything. While he was technically dead, the boy awoke from his slumber after the many experiments were done on him. They decided to give him the name K.E.T.E.N, code name: Keten, which stood for Kinetic, Environmental, Technological, Ethical, Network. He was given this name due to the memory chips, and personality chips installed, allowing him to still love, feel happy, sad, angry, all emotions. This was a real award winner, because no one had ever been able to build on like him before.

The boy was now rebuilt as an android, and was given programs to help mankind. He had memory chips installed and personality chips as well, so that he could remember and feel the same as he could before. This means that he remembers his previous life and everyone in it, as well as feels towards them as he used to, however, they changed his name to his new name, and had him forget his old one. One fateful day once again, as he was helping a scientist move things from his house, as he was programmed to help, he was once again, hit by a car, this time, he was barely damaged at all, however, something in his wiring had malfunctioned when he flung his head back and hit the back of his head against a wall, and caused a series of problems making him more murderous and crazy. He then quit his job, working for the scientists and doctors, and began a life of hurt. Of course the scientists didn't wish for him to leave, however, this just fueled Ketens ideas of, everything being just a game, and that they were just mere pawns when he wanted to be the odd one out. He told the scientists and doctors this before he resigned, and even they were confused by it.

Comments/Notes:I deny this app for the following reasons:
For the history, it is quite confusing that Keten still lives on as an android, even though his entire body has been artificed, replacing all natural organs. Does he retain any memory from the past? Is his spirit still contained within the android? Please explain that

The powers are too vague, and are potentially God Mode. First off, the wires. Could you please describe what EXACTLY they cannot slice through? To slice through steel is enough, but to slice through a Zanpaukto is very iffy, ESPECIALLY if the zanpaukto belongs to a 0 tier. Please explain the limits of the slicing capability of the wires. They better not be able to clise a zanpaukto in bankai, EVEN if the opponent is of equal tier to Keten.
As for the weapon formation powers, describe EVERYTHING that he can make, guns, drills, blades, and all. Describe the length of time it takes to complete a transformation from one weapon to the other. Explain the fire rate and piercing strength of each weapon, as well as ammo and limits. Describe the size of the weapons. MORE DEATAIL PLEASE.
Lastly, the metal eating ability is too close to eating other people to gain their powers, not to mention this is VERY unfitting for an android. He SHOULDN'T be able to use whatever Zanpaukto or similar weapon to its fullest extent. Even a portion of its second form is a big no for the character to start out with. You must explain exactly how he can utilize the abilities of the weapons he eats, regardless that he's a machine if you want that idea to be approved. Either remove that ability completely, or heavily limit what abilities he can use for the weapon, and what he cannot do with them. Be sure to include the description
