As Head Guru of the Tech Freaks in Force Feedback, Giygas may need a higher tier in order to help out the organization more. He has also obtained many new equipment to help him in fights, among other things. - Any Extra Notes: Giygas is constantly creating new equipment to help out the Force Feedback organization, as well as himself.

Denied for now since those items would not give you such a power up. Sure, you got the Cyber Brain, but that wouldn't increase your tier level
