It’s In My Nature
A significant shift from her original area-affecting Fullbring, it had been brought back to square one and having to be cultivated from there. Rather than expanding from her body to flood a room, it instead takes the form of a flowing current that can either persist on her body, extend to something she’s holding, or reach out as a means of smothering her opponent in it’s oppressive grasp in a controlled stream. If coating her body or a weapon, the boost percentage applies to what it flows over, the water acting as a modifier for her abilities.
Opponents that she does not trust are afflicted by a slowing effect, as if their body and ability to attack is gradually weighted by her strikes (+10% per post struck; maxes out at 100% reduction in speed).
Scorpion’s Tail
With the swipe of a weapon or limb, Catherine can send out a shockwave of water to slice an opponent, the maximum size and scope of this shockwave dependant on her Soul.
I. Supporting Material

» Summary:
IC Explanation: After having killed her grandfather and being forced to have some self reflection over time versus simply shelving away her true emotions, she had a complete shift in mentality; her past trauma isn’t the biggest fish in her life anymore, and she’s had to realize that. Among realizations, she came to a personal conclusion, a truth - she wasn’t an innocent girl pinned to that bed, a sickly child brought in, a struggling underdog; rather, she was the orchestrator of her own misery - that she had the power to usurp her circumstances, that she simply didn’t see it for all this time.
Rather than working against the odds, she was the odds to be worked against. The scars marring her body were not of ruthless predators descending upon her, but rather hapless victims at her feet, deaths by her hand and her decision. She knew she couldn’t trust her own eyes, but she was fine not trusting anything, not so easily after all. That’s how life is.
OOC Explanation: Her original Fullbring is pretty much impossible to apply to most instances, I had to learn this the hard way by never having a real instance where she could utilize it most times IC, so that made what I had, on the onset, be a major aspect of her character end up sidelined pretty hard. This more active mode would enable me to actually have her Fullbring in the picture more often, plus am trying to be considerate of Soul as a stat now.
Not to mention her FB was always meant to be pretty immature and underdeveloped as she had stagnated as person when it came to her own personal developments for the longest while, put all of that on the backburner.
