Re: Forced into Action [SAJIN/LYZA]

Lyza | Exhausted Millennia
Contemplative silence befell the two one more as Lyza began to consider her options. Her blood boiled for action... or perhaps that was Taiyo-shin trying to push her in a certain direction. Regardless, it seemed the time for idleness had passed. Inaction was now unacceptable, and all that was left was to strengthen one's resolve.
"I would not make the best sparring partner, I'm afraid." She said after a minute or so of silence. "I'm terribly out of shape, to the point my body is frail and useless. My reactions are so dulled that I doubt I could react to even the most amateurish of Shunpo users. All I have is my skill in kido, and I am traditionally a healer, not a fighter. Not to mention my Zanpakutou..." Is an unpleasant bitch, she thought to herself. "...yet if you would still be so gracious as to offer your assistance as my training partner, I'd be eternally grateful."
Turning back towards Sajin to look him dead in the eye, her usually dead look replaced with one of proper determination for the first time in many years. Lyza was giving him this one last out or else he'd likely not get his own training done, if that was what he planned on accomplishing during this period of downtime.

Sajin's stoic demeanor got the slightest of amused chuckles and broke the witch's stoic demeanor ever so slightly, her lips curling ever so slightly into a bemused grin. "If only the rest of the Gotei was as reasonable as you. Would have made my job much easier..." And maybe she would have actually been inclined to step up and do more than just office work. 'Hindsight is always 20/20' had never been more applicable.
"Pick a time and place and I'll be there. I have some things I must attend to today and tomorrow but I'll be free after that, even if I have to make the time myself." Whatever that would mean was up to fate. Whether or not she found herself in unfavorable circumstances in that hospital, or the Koizumi estate if she had the time to visit them as well. The potential was there, but she'd have to wait and see.
