Reasons For Upgrading: To be honest I find it ridiculous that the power difference between novena espada and octavia espada is one whole tier. I even got Ryuu's opinion and he agreed that the difference between 9th and 8th espada shouldn't be that high. So, I'm requesting to get at least closer to the rank of which the 8th espada is tier'd (1-3+).
Any Extra Notes: It is an approved app of 2-3, and approved 9th espada spot for a few weeks now.
