Apex Built For One[Amaranta, Safira]

AMARANTA VALERIA | BURNING LIONESS
What else did this realm offer her at this point? Of all the various questions she posed, this one proved far more reoccurring than the others. There was this arena, a location she now stood in the middle of as she gazed at the barren sky.
However, it seemed to be an exercise in futility since no opponent worth their weight in gold commonly occupied her presence here, to say nothing of the destruction it experienced every time she reconstructed it from scratch. She might as well be rebuilding a sandcastle at this point.
And yet, here she was, persistent as always. Of course, this time she brought company. There were a few arrancars who were infatuated with the Lioness and offered to assist her free of charge. Whatever. It meant she didn't have to engage in this tireless manual labor as she observed them in thoughtful silence.

SAFIRA | SEVEN HEADS
Everything shrunk away from her when she ventured out, or they died very quickly when they approached her. That is what brought her here, a powerful reiatsu that didn't shrink away when she approached. She didn't give it a lot of time though as she launched towards it at breakneck speeds and hovered over the arena. She had yet to restrain herself by sealing her hollow powers since she was reborn, in the coming battles she wanted to be as familiar as she could be with her new form. Anything less would be foolish.
"Oh? What's this lovely little thing?"
She observed from above as she used Assiah to hold herself above the ground. There was someone in it, she seemed familiar, but Safira's mind was elsewhere. It looked like a gladiator's ring and this woman inside of it must have been its champion.

AMARANTA VALERIA | BURNING LIONESS
"What do we have here?"
The bronze woman's gaze swept toward the immense source of spiritual pressure in the skies above. The nearby arrancar suddenly fell to the ground, clearly intimidated and overwhelmed with fear. Heedless was befitting her natural disposition, Amaranta crossed her arms as she called out to the woman with a grin. There was perhaps some small familiarity with the woman, but as far as she was concerned since she couldn't pinpoint it, it probably wasn't something worth retaining in memory. Of course, with her interest piqued as it was now, she certainly had every intention of unraveling the woman's purpose in being here.
"Enjoying the view, Lady? Don't be a stranger. What with all this spiritual pressure weighing down on us, I must admit you've caught my eye. What brings you here?"

SAFIRA | SEVEN HEADS
Enjoying the view? No, not exactly, she thought she might enjoy it a bit more with some adjustments and so Safira raised her hand to conjure her sigil that formed one of her seven heads to fire off a beam of light at the woman and her ring. It was a simple attack but it carried no small amount of force that could quickly demolish the shoddy work.
She needed an excuse to test these powers and provoking this woman was a good start. How easy would she fall and what was the extent of her own capabilities. All questions that she sought the answers to which required a path to be walked. Why wait for the other woman to walk it for her.
"Hmm? Doeg, did that thing address me?"
She spoke to the draconic head that remained next to her rather than to Amaranta. A rhetorical question for herself, who already knew the answer, but stating it out lout brought a faint smile to her lips. It was the right of the strong to determine the fates of the weak. Was it not? If this woman disagreed then it was up to her to persuade her.
