Item Name: Reiatsu Suppression Ribbon

Item Description: This ribbon supresses the amount of reiatsu in Rena's body to help her be able to control her output. This keeps her illness from being lethal. It reduces her reiatsu by 50% though it does not stop her from raising her reiatsu on her own. This is what makes her get tired more easily as its dangerous to her health to remove the ribbon entirely since it'll release all the built up reiatsu and continue to pour it out. if the ribbon is removed she only has 7 posts before she'll be completely worn out from the output. THanks to her naturally high physical strength.. this doesn't affect her combative skills that much.
Obtained From: 12th division of the gotei 13 court guard squads as a reward for helping them in the past.

Please specify exactly how much reiatsu is suppressed, in terms of percentage.
