A Symphony of Crashing Waves [Catherine, Akira?]

...Finally.
It'd taken a day longer than she felt happy with, but the boat finally came to a stop well away from land. A calm rest at sea ushered her off the controls and down into the cabin, making a quick spot of tea as she rubbed an eye, opening up her case of syringes as she let the leaves rest to brew. Sure hoped it was worth the trouble dragging this sorry ass onto her ship and patching him up...
A press of the tip of her boot on a particular section of the cabin's floor led to a door opening, traveling down that narrow hatch and onto the lower deck, the cold cramped space holding something "alive" for once.
"Sure as hell hope ya had a good rest, Mr. Deserter," Her sarcastic tone would reverberate in the small space, calmly sealing the hatch above her. Ordinarily this was a room where she stored sensitive objects or papers, and her groceries of course, but today it was a guy fully immobilized on the steel table she'd ordinarily butcher meat on, talismans tagging his body.
"Don't recommend wiggling too much, i'd sooner get to chatting than trying to escape."
Calmly walking to a drawer to fish something out, she'd give a side glance, "For starters, who am I talking to right now?"

AKIRA TAIRITSU
Pain….
Unfathomable amount of pain….
Bone felt fractured, limbs barely able to move as he found himself trapped on a table. It did not feel good, though a swaying motion of the inner chamber gave way some form of movement? Cloudy at best. There was the realization that his body held constraints that did not grant him freedom from the cold table he was on. Only for his attention to move to Catherine?! Ugh. When did he get here? DId she poison him and break his fucking body so he could not leave?
Breathe….
It was not a good situation, but a brow slowly perked as Catherine mentioned who she was talking too? Was she…Blind? Mind control? Too many thoughts raced through his head.
."A…k…iraa…..”
Something had occurred to make her think she was talking to another but what?

Yeah he seemed real fucked up from that whole parade he did. Pulling out what looked to be a long plastic packet, she'd tear the top off and pour half into a cup each, stirring it with a spoon briefly before taking a sip. Wondrous hydration, they'd probably be here for a while. The second glass meant for him would get.. A silly straw put in; it was the only straw she had lying around, she couldn't even remember where she got it from, maybe a work party or something?
"Kay, i'm gonna assume that's correct and release your upper body so you can sit up and drink something. Don't flail."
Carefully, she'd approach the man held down on the table, gingerly peeling the immobilizing slips off his arms, chest, and head. Couldn't risk any of them ripping; she didn't know how to make more of them yet, and they were pretty useful with keeping rowdy subjects pinned down.
"Not poisoned." She'd show him the glass she was about to give him, swish it a bit, and then take a noticeably large sip, swallowing it after, "Just hydration powder. Anyway, care to explain why you were romping about in China with a mask like a lunatic?"
