Why You Should Join: For starters, Roman is a Quincy, specializing in long ranged combat. This, of course, includes taking out an enemy before they are able to reach you. Furthermore, he uses a "trick shot" style of shooting, meaning that he can catch an opponent off guard and take full advantage of weaknesses and openings. Finally, Roman is highly intelligent, and is able to formulate multiple battle tactics under duress. Overall, Roman is perfect for covert missions.
How Active Are You: I'm on every day.
Notes: Being a Quincy, Roman is pro human, and while he doesn't hate them, thinks that Shinigami shouldn't be completely in charge of Earth. Of course, he is willing to allow them to still preform konso's, but he does not like that they seem to be in control of everything. As for hollows and demons...well that much is obvious.

Why You Should Join: As a soldier, Himaya has a lots of skills and also an armed human.Mostly his strength is from his weapons and able to defend the leader and the other soldiers.Also Himaya is fast and not easily spotted when stealth.He is a gun expert, so he won't easily fail and able to protect the leader perfectly and also the other soldiers.
