Effects:
The cero is charged in the casters hand and black electricity jolts up their arm to their shoulder. Then, begins to circle their arm as a small sphere appears in their hand. Next, the blast is launched with a cone sweep appearance. Upon connection, the cero does not explode as all the others do. instead, black flames erupt onto whatever it hits causing it to burst into fire. these fires are black in colour and, if touching another flammable object, will immediately set it alight regardless of its condition. Stupid combustion however will not be tolerated to those that are attempting to set fire to oceans or swimming pools.
Notes:
This shoots to a maximum of 30 metres before disappearing and so must be used effectively. It can be used to hit a whole army of attackers in a single shot because of its wide range with a diameter of 10 metres. Its instant combustion feature makes hitting bunched up targets a wonder as they will all just burn one after the other.

Im gonna archive this for two reasons. One, this hasn't been rechecked in AGES. Second, I want to revamp it entirely.
