QUINCY TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

A practical race, the quincy have a vast repetoire of tools that can make up a personal aresenal. This thread will document and keep record of tools for the quincy. Keep in mind that these are designed to be universal tools accessible to quincy so avoid submitting your character's unique equipment for this list unless they intend for the tool to be available to all quincy.

List of Equipment

Kreuzen [Cross]: A quincy cross is the medium in which a spirit weapon is formed, they are universally required in order to create one without exceptional circumstances. They do not possess any unique characteristics otherwise besides on their design.

Leiden Hant [Suffering Grip; Sanrei Glove]: Most commonly seen as a glove, the Leiden Hant can take a personalised form though depending on the quincy. The function of the tool is to repel reishi and force a quincy to develop their reishi abilities, this training is the prerequisite for a quincy to learn the Quincy: Letzt Stil. While most commonly used for the sake of the transformation, an experienced quincy is more than capable of demonstrating unique applications of this tool outside of the transformation.

It can double as a quincy cross and once the training is complete the quincy will usually be able to manifest an advanced spirit weapon which has a physical form rather than being an energy based construct.

Silberröhre [Silver Tubes; Gintou]: A catalyst often used by quincy, they are crafted using soul-synthesised silver which makes them ideal for storing reiryoku and having spells sealed into them. They come in a myriad of shapes depending on the region and tribe that the quincy comes from but their functionality is generally universal.

Seele Schneider [Soul Cutter]: A tool which functions as a melee weapon and a projectile. The Seele Schneider is a powerful tool that tears apart reishi that it cuts, the loose particles can then be absorbed by the quincy to bolster their reserves. It is used in multiple ways ranging from a catalyst for quincy spellcraft to a practical weapon.
