Showman and Showstopper[Kenichi, Arianda]

If anyone had told Arianda about a year or two ago that she would go on a date with a guy, or a guy in general really, that she had just met, she would have called you a dumbass, laughed at you, and potentially shut her door in your face. Instead, here Arianda was getting herself ready for a date with Kenichi. She had tended to all her normal ablutions that morning, including those to keep some of her aspects in check; but most of which she was doing right now was simply with the whole intention to spruce herself up for the date.

What honestly took Arianda the longest was clothing... what would she choose for the date? Nothing too fancy, perhaps... but nothing too plain. She needed a perfect median. Slacks... a dress shirt... maybe some high heels? No no.. Too lesbian. Arianda probably banged her head against this issue for the greater part of an hour as she tried her best to find an outfit that would work!

In the end, Arianda had decided on something casual, yet still very appealing. High top sneakers, with the comfiest of insoles, dark blue jeans, A black shirt, and on top of it all a red and black jacket that didn't seem quite like it was made from any leather on earth; just one of the few souvenirs Ari has of demon world. With all of that done, and her trusty scissors tucked into a front pocket which, yes they had been expanded because normal pockets for women SUCK! Finally ready, and only touching herself up a tiny bit, Arianda heard Kenichi knock on the door; and also felt his energy outside. Frankly speaking, Kenichi wasn't waiting at the door for long.

It took about a second after Kenichi's second knock for Arianda to appear at the door; which had been pulled wide open and Arianda had swiftly hugged Kenichi. Even if it was obvious she had likely moved around the house at great speeds when she heard the knock, Arianda didn't look the slightest bit disheveled. Frankly speaking, Kenichi might find this attire a bit more alluring in comparison to what she was wearing when they first met; but it was certain that she did the look justice enough. With a gentle peck to Kenichi's cheek, Arianda grinned and yoinked a key-fab off the nearby counter next to the door and gently ushered Kenichi out as she closed the door behind them and locked it up tight. After a second, she spotted Kenichi's motorcycle and her eyes positively sparkled!

"It's sooo good to see you, Kenichi buut... one moment~"

The demon dragged Kenichi with obvious enthusiasm to the man's motorcycle, grinning as she admired the machine with both eye and hand; running a hand over the handlebars, seat, and briefly over the ignition before she relaxed herself. Even if Vanyel did give Arianda many lessons on how to ride a motorcycle, and Arianda had taken to it well, Kenichi knew the best way to get to where they would be eating their dinner; and she figured that maybe she could ask to drive back to her home. After gently taking a seat on Kenichi's bike, grinning at him as she purred devilishly, the demon beckoned him forward and gave him a warm wink.

"Don't keep a girl waiting, hun~ Lay a kiss on me if you really want, because I can already tell you're going to treat me to a great time, Ken-i-chi~"

Kenichi was quite bold, that was certain. However, he seemed honest and true too. The fact that he was honest and true certainly sweetened the deal a bit. It took a bit for a man to work his way into her heart. So far, the only successful one was technically Henrex; but he always ended up being far more like a brother than anything else. The demon let out a tiny purr of a sigh as a Kenichi kissed her cheek; her skin tingling at the contact of his warm lips. Really… He was much too cute, Arianda was worried he would have an easier time with wooing her. Then again… Perhaps it wasn’t about an easier time, but compatibility? Regardless, Arianda was already enjoying herself. Especially with how he reacted to how she said his name.

Arianda was actually quite glad that Kenichi hadn’t just gone straight for a kiss when Ari said he could; he wanted to earn that particular prize and honor. The demon couldn’t help but giggle as she returned the kiss on the cheek, purring the tiniest amount before she took the helmet offered to her, properly sliding onto the bike behind Kenichi. She put the helmet on, fastened it’s chin strap securely, and then grinned some, her feet placed upon the proper areas for her feet; which were luckily out of Kenichi’s way.

After Arianda adjusted herself one final time, Kenichi would feel Arianda’s body against his back as she snaked her arms around his waist and held him snug. Albeit, the snug hold was brief because helmets kinda make it hard to do so. Which was why Arianda briefly gave him that contact before she pulled away a small amount; but she still held on quite tight as the motorcycle rumbled to life beneath them. The demon soon grinned at Kenichi, even if he couldn’t see it, and called back to him.

“Maybe I’ll whisper it to you before you kiss me goodnight~! I’m ready, Kenichi, let’s get going!”

It was a truly nice drive. Kenichi held tight, but not uncomfortably so, the shining lights of the city to view, and various other things to enjoy... Arianda so far was completely enjoying herself. And, during the time Kenichi sped up on the freeway, Arianda giggled some, squeezing Kenichi gently as the zipped along the highway. Perhaps not faster than Ari herself could run... but part of herself looked forward to driving home if Kenichi let her; after all, she knew the way.

One charged ride later, Arianda let out a soft purr as she watched Kenichi rise from the back, an eyebrow raised as she slowly undid the chin-strap, and pulled her helmet off; doing a bit too typical head shake. Hair aligning perfectly, as if it had never been squished tightly by a helmet, the demon smiled warmly and carefully set the helmet down in front of her; slipping off the bike with a tiny display of flexibility by swinging her right leg clear over both handle bars, helmets, and over the side of the bike. She soon stood, humming as she took in her surroundings. It was obvious someone had done their research, she looked at Kenichi with a raised eyebrow before she chuckled softly and took his hand within her own; their fingers interlacing as she stuck close to Kenichi. She wrapped her other arm around Kenichi's arm as she held his hand, humming pleasantly as he guided them into Ari's favorite restaurant.

"Then let it begin, Kenichi~ Show this lovely lady a good time, won't you~?"

Arianda purred playfully before she let herself be led inside by Kenichi, basking in the simplicity of their contact... the simplicity of just being on a date. She couldn't help but giggle within her own head as she thought about the situation as she clung to Kenichi. Really... She had changed, huh? Certainly not for the worst, but she was glad to know that this change was for the better. After all, she still loved women, men just happened to be included now... or perhaps Kenichi was just the luckiest man in the world to have captured this demon's heart~? Whatever the case, Arianda hummed as she let Kenichi guide them, awaiting a wonderful night from her darling new boyfriend.

My my, someone was confident~! Arianda couldn’t help but smile warmly at Kenichi’s confidence. Albeit, Kenichi did have some advantage. After all, Arianda hadn’t been on very many dates in her life; but she had enough know how. Regardless, Kenichi has nothing immense to surpass; but he definitely still needed to do his best to satisfy Ari. After all, a goodnight kiss was on the line!

Arianda hummed and looked around the restaurant that was her favorite in the area. It was basically empty, decorated to what seemed to be in Ari’s tastes, and left empty just for them and the staff. Ari hummed still, deciding she would have to tip the staff largely for agreeing to clear out the restaurant just for them two. It certainly made Ari feel extra special, and that alone was enough to give Kenichi some extra points.

Pretending not to hear Kenichi’s whispered conversation with the waitress, who Ari gave a warm smile of recognition before she took Kenichi’s arm and allowed him to guide her to their table; where she was seated with Kenichi’s gentlemanly assistance. A small peck on the cheek as thanks before Arianda took the menu from the waitress, thanking the woman kindly. In the moments following, she focused on her menu quite intensely, deciding on a steak dinner; a ribeye seasoned and seared to perfection. Along with vegetables, naturally, and a baked potato loaded to the max. After her order was set and ordered, Arianda thanked the waitress again and turned her attention to Kenichi; and listened to his words.

The rascal~ Renting out the entire restaurant just for her, and genuinely doing all he could just for *her*. Goodness… A first date like this, Ari was bound to become smitten as well. He was making her feel so… special. Now that was something Ari was not used to, and she loved it. She didn’t wish to be pampered or taken care of, she could do both for herself easily; but to feel special? Shit… Kenichi really was doing all he could for Ari, huh? And she held a great deal of adoration for him just for that alone… Sometimes it was the simplest things that made you fall for a man, and this was one of them. She was just kinda… looking at Kenichi fondly, perhaps lovingly, her cheek against her hand. Then, she turned her full attention to his question, pondering it quietly.

“Well… Aside from occasionally patrolling around certain sections of the Earth, trying to help those I can, I normally relax at home; and I work out of course. Every day. Maybe we can train together soon, and you can see what I mean~ Aside from that, just trying to live my life~ And keep my home, Earth, safe. What about you, Kenichi~? What does this spectacular Martial Artist before me do day by day~?”

Arianda smiled at Kenichi warmly, nodding in response to his desire to spar with her as well. Really, he was charming enough, but he seemed... Hmmm... quite dedicated to what might await at the end of this night; a kiss of course. Get your damn mind out of the gutter. Afterwards, Arianda listened to what Kenichi said without interrupting him, nodding here and there so that he knew she was listening to him. Afterwards, the demon hummed pleasantly as she thought on what he said. Simple? Perhaps for him that was simple with his life. She giggled softly, shaking her head gently.

"Give yourself a bit of credit, Kenichi~! That kinda stuff isn't what I would call simple; nor would I call you simple either. You're a unique man, Kenichi, like all people are; we're all unique in some way. Know what I mean~?"

Arianda smiled as she took a drink from the drink she had been provided. Luckily, she was such a regular at this particular restaurant that she needn't even order her drink. She really did have to tip the entire restaurant hugely whenever Kenichi wasn't looking. However, for the time being, Arianda turned her mind towards Kenichi's work; for whom did he work for, and who was this man he considered to be a best friend?

"So, Kenichi, who do you work for? And who is this man you consider a best friend? If you don't mind my curiosity at least. In return, you can ask what you wish~"
