What Makes You Good Staff:
I'm willing to get what needs doing done. I have a fair understanding of Balance and Mechanics, and I think my time on staff has spoken for itself when it comes to my dedication to professionalism when it comes to operating as staff over a playerbase. More than that, I know how to utilize my peers. Staffwork is a team effort.

Additional Comments: Due to personal reasons I previously had stepped down as Site Assistant, I've had my time to get things straightened out and would like not only to return to my post, but also move up and expand my responsibilities.

Staff Experience: I was an admin-level from 2009 to 2010 on Untold Stories, admin here from 2010-2012, and worked up to admin again from 2017-2018. In the between times, I've been at admin-level on far smaller sites and so have experience with the admin panel and moderator tools. I helped implement the original versions of many of the systems here.

RolePlay Experience: I was here in the before times—I'm one of the four candidates for Ancient Member on the site. 15 years of my life have been spent in this hobby, and the most important development-wise have been here.

What Makes You Good Staff: I feel like I provide a unique perspective as someone who has heavy experience in early PH, middle PH, and current PH with long breaks in between. I have a reputation with older members and can help assist in easing them in—as we have had an uptick in some of the older members returning.

Also, I want the site to succeed. Even when I left before, I never once wanted PH to actually fail (the only thing close is that there sure were times I was envious of the membercount). I am able to set aside any personal grudges or feelings when it comes to executing my duties as a member of the staff team—the blade of justice is unisex and has no personal bias. I know I'd have some training, but I think most of that is going to be meshing well with the current staff team and not mechanical.

Additional Comments: Like death and taxes, this was inevitable.

RolePlay Experience: I have over 3k posts on site and have been part of many other forum RPs in the last decade where I have about the same amount or more.

What Makes You Good Staff: I am extremely present and active on site, understand the skill and S.C. system well, and I have the time and desire to do the work... I'm motivated. I love PH and have a desire to see this place continue to succeed and work efficiently. If I can try this again and be a part of the team, I'd like to.

Additional Comments: Already discussed certain stipulations about coming back with Rawk and Gamma. No repeats will occur. I've gotten through the bad of the start of this year, so I'm ready to return.

I have the experience to work at any level of the staff pyramid, able to assist in any matters where required.

Additional Comments:
I stepped away from the team when I realised that my IRL situation was not conducive to also providing adequate service as an Admin. That situation has since progressed, and I feel comfortable dipping my toe in the water again, though not leaping straight into the deep end.

At the end of the day, I remain passionate about the site and have continued to work with Staff even during my absence to deliver site-relevant threads and lore. I have the time and the energy to give something back to the community, which is what brought me here again, so I figured I would throw my hat in the ring.
