» Why: Hono has stepped up her training from since she started her job in the Gotei. Forming a rivalry with Elyss, this has caused her to train double time, her motto has became, "If others are tens times stronger I have to train twice as hard!" Hono has been training her ass off for a good 4-5 months. Her biggest accomplishment was getting some training from Murasaki herself. Learning better blade work and how to deepen the connection with her Zanpakuto spirit. She has... "fought" Elyss quite a few times (getting clapped in the process). She was also evaluated by Makoto Arima, where she really showed her grit.
