White Girl Wasted [Vee/Candice]

Immediately, Vee cut out the serious walking, visibly disappointed she didn't catch onto Candi's advice well, "..Convince myself, huh?"

Even if the woman had displayed her own sense of imperfection just earlier, Vee couldn't help but admire her so either way. She got up and over it quick, and now she's spending time with her? She couldn't help that she felt at least a little seen, even though this was probably some... Drama ploy or something. She was still a pretty impressive beautiful woman in all ways she felt currently wasn't, so maybe it wouldn't hurt to stick around her for some fun...

"Okay..." She'd nod at the cocktail idea... Even if she wasn't fully sure of what a cocktail consisted of.

"I said don't worry about it."

That smile turned just a little more menacing, almost like Candice was annoyed that Vee had to repeat what she said, and then it was back to normal in another instant. Just like the two sides of a coin, that darker side was only a moment away.

"Oh look, here we are."

And there they were, a small strip of assorted bars that were still somewhat lively to say it was the middle of the afternoon. Leading the way, as she was want to do, Candi headed for one almost at random and practically barged inside. The doorman spared but a single glance her way before choosing to stand aside, and soon she was heading for the bar.

"O..okay..."

Vee stiffened at that menacing feeling her smile gave her. Did she say or do something wrong? God this woman was so hard to read...

Even so, her anxiety was quickly quelled when they came up to the strip of bars, enamored with the liveliness. Is this why people drank? It looked pretty fun.. Maybe a bit overwhelming, but it definitely caught her eye. Even if Candice was kind of weird to her, she couldn't help but admire how confidently she walked; she secretly kind of envied her as they went along, subconsciously trying to match her pace as the two entered and approached the bar,

"So what kind of drink do you normally get?" She'd finally speak up, "I.. I don't really know anything about any of these drinks.. Got any suggestions?"

"Two Pornstar Martinis.. No wait, make it four. And take them to that table there."

The fact that Candi had just squeezed straight to the bar with little regard for queuing was certainly lost on her. She was ordering now. They were not the people who waited for their turn. She just flashed her card and they came running, like loyal little lapdogs. Turning back to Vee, having very pointedly ignored her question before placing their order, she flashed a wolfish grin.

"You drink these. And if someone else is paying then you order two."

Then she began to guide the woman over to a little booth, a small table and high seats at which they could sit and tower over those that milled around them.
