» Name Of Spell: Schatten (Shadow)
» Level: Advanced
» Type: Utility
» Effects:

This spell is a high-level Quincy ability which allows transportation between realms, even allowing one to disappear into the inner world of a willing individual. Unlike other methods of transportation which generally produce a portal or opening through which one can enter or exit, this technique can not only cause rifts of shadow to allow the passage of others, but can be directly cast on a target in order to instantly cause their spiritual pressure to vanish. The target's body will seem to linger and fade into shadow, but in fact the person has already shifted out of the realm as soon as their spiritual energy vanishes.
While this ability has many unique qualifies that benefit quincy, it does however have the limitation of needing the presence of shadows to operate and as such it is possible to create an environment completely devoid of shadows in which this ability will be unable to operate.

» Name Of Spell: Schatten: Tor Der Sonne (Shadow: Gate of the Sun)
» Level: Elite
» Type: Utility
» Effects:

A variation of Schatten, this Spell allows a quincy to create special plates made from soul silver imbued with the Schatten spell. These Disks can be linked together in order to create a network between them, allowing Quincy with even Beginner Spellcraft to use the ability to transmit from one Gate to another within the same network. These Plates can also be used as anchoring points for Structures built within the shadows of a specific location provided that there is sufficient reishi in the area. This network is not limited to operating within a single realm and can allow even low level quincies to easily move between realms without being able to use Shcatten themselves, though the creation of these Plates requires more skill than normal.

» Name Of Spell: Ransōtengai (Heavenly Wild Puppet)
» Level: Master
» Type: Utility
» Effects:

An incredibly advanced Quincy technique in which thin strands of reishi are strung throughout the entirety of the quincy's own body, thus allowing them to maintain function even if their body is no longer in a condition to operate. This technique was devised to allow even elderly or disabled quincy to fight in battle. Utilizing this technique, a Quincy can maintain the function of their body so long as their brain is intact ignoring all manner of bodily harm and even ignoring grave injuries such as a dislocated or snapped neck as the reishi strings need only a direct connection to the brain to control their body and continue forcing their heart to beat and their lungs to operate.
This technique is incredibly rare thanks to the level of skill necessary to perform it.

Schatten & Schatten: Tor Der Sonne

These skills are tricky ones to grade. As whilst they were used somewhat judiciously in the official canon, they have much less of a reason to even exist in the PH canon where TYBW did not happen - and we did not have its explanation for Old Man Zangetsu using it in the First arc. The usage of these powers is actually contrary to the widespread beliefs of the majority of Quincy on site, who have no wish to protect anywhere beyond Earth let alone invade other planes. Additionally, they would require a level of Spellcraft knowledge and general aptitude far higher than listed.

Schatten should move to Master for the fact of just what it does and the overall nature of it, and Schatten: Tor Der Sonne should realistically be as well if not in Grand Master as a means of setting up a cross-realm network of portals and the "shadow dimension" with only little preparation.

Ransōtengai (Heavenly Wild Puppet)

This is already in the Quincy race specs at Advanced Level. If you want to use the technique in a unique or different manner then it would be a character-specific upgrade, as it is right now this does not need approval.

Overall

These spells are generally pretty ubiquitous, rather than specific to a given character or situation. You realistically don't even need to submit Ransotengai considering that people can get the gist of what it does off the wiki and any additional alterations would be determined based on an individual's application.

Schatten however would certainly not be something universally used among PH Quincy for the fact that there are no actual cases of it being used to this scale. Yhwach was killed by Yamamoto, the Schatten Bereich was never established and the Vandenreich never continued to exist in that manner as far as the timeline is concerned due to the fact that the timeline was established before TYBW was released and deviated from Bleach Canon.

Fair enough, given this grading I'll drop the apping for the time being until such a time as it would be more releven to introduce to the site.
