» Why: Deed Bares Fruit, even in the simplest of moves. While her spar with the Heart-lost man was a short one, her and Henrex were high energy and struck with righteous impact as they did so, giving a decent workout to her Dantian, though hardly anything of true note.

A second lack of true note was her 'fight' with Kenichi. Shocking most people, getting your ass throughily kicked in a single move does actually help your Dantian improve, almost as if a survival mechanism to not get your ass kicked next time. Though it is highly inefficient due to the recovery time and so isn't to be sort after.

Extensive use of Lightfoot can be a viable source of enhancement at the lower levels. Since it exhausts the Dantian and strains the body, one recovers to be stronger than they were before. Blood of Man Afferencia are also aids along The Path, weak though they may be. None of these acts or experiences stand on their own, but together they see some advancement, if only slim.
