Kensei simply stared at the espada. So he was finally deciding to step it up, eh? Fine by him, he wasn't anywhere close to done.

As he watched the espada transform, his mind was racing with possibilities. Did he want to prolong this? No, he was no sadist. This was battle. You end it, or you die. He had a couple more tricks up his sleeve, there was no reason to consider giving up now.

The espada went on the offensive. Kensei leaned his body back, narrowly avoiding the two jabs, but the knee to the liver caught him, doubling him over in pain for an instant. Doubling over had put him out of range of the jab to the forehead. He quickly regained his composure and leaned back out of the way of the elbow and hook. He saw the blast coming and pushed his foot down into the air, hardening his reiatsu and pushing himself up. One of the spikes, however, managed to catch him in the leg as he moved. Kensei winced in pain, standing back before shunpoing to the ground below.

He sighed, looking up. "Kid, I'm sorry, I'd love to keep going at it like this for however long." He spun his knife, extending his hand out. "But this time, I just can't afford to prolong the battle."

Kensei's spiritual energy exploded around him, the reiatsu surrounding him as the nearby dust flew all over the place, creating a mini-tornado of sand around Kensei.

Kensei looked the espada straight in the eye from his position on the ground, and smirked.

"Ban.... KAI!"

The reiatsu exploded. A flash of bright light. Suddenly, Kensei steps out. His zanpakuto has transformed from a single combat knife into a pair of large knuckle blades that Kensei is holding in each hand. Both blades have a curved silver edge, which tapers off to an outward point on either side. Segmented purple bands wraps around the entirety of his arms, much like armor, while a thicker purple band arches behind him, over his head, with its ends protruding from under his shoulders. "Tekken Tachikaze" He said with a grin.

Kensei tilted his head to the side violently, his neck cracking as he chuckled and looked up at the espada. "Are you ready, kid? Because I'm not done yet." He laughed before raising his right hand to his face, placing the palm of his hand against his cheek and forming his hands in a claw-like form. He smirked as a black ball of reiatsu formed under his palm against his face. He swiped his hand down in front of his face, the black ball exploding and spreading along the entirety of his face before forming into a mask.

This is Kensei's hollow mask. His Hollow mask resembles a flat hockey face guard with six slitted eye holes arranged in two columns. It has three extensions on either side which cover the sides and back of his head. Kensei immediately used not shunpo, but sonido to close the distance between himself and the espada. Kensei threw a punch augmented not only by his bankai, but his hollow mask as well. The punch had the blades going with it as well. It was the fastest he had thrown yet, and that wasn't even as fast as he could go. The first punch, which was for the arm, was followed by three jabs for the face, an uppercut towards the stomach, a kick towards the groin, and a blast of reiatsu for the face. Each punch had enough power to cause an explosion if it hit, and the blast of reiatsu was a given. After that assault was through, Kensei would sonido above the espada, pulling his hand back as a ball of red reiatsu would charge on the end. He would then punch down towards the espada, saying "Cero" which would fire the doom blast out directly on the espada's head. After that, regardless of where the espada was, Kensei would sonido behind him and aim a two-handed punch with all his strength and speed behind it, directly for the espada's spine.

“As if I wasn’t in over my head enough...gotta do wait...wha?” Guillermo thought as he saw Kensei unveil his bankai, and undergo a rather unexpected transformation for what had looked like a head-to-toe martial artist from the beginning. He didn’t expect Kensei to have another transformation up his sleeve, since he only knew the Shikai of shinigamis so far. Bankai was something totally new to him, and he had the feeling that he would experiment for quite a while on it, and get to improve his knowledge of shinigamis in general, rather than trying to go for a quick kill, and finish off his opponent as quick as possible. He hoped that Kensei would feel the same way about that fight, and tried to make it long, rather than dash in and try to finish it as he had done before Guillermo managed to sneak in a few hits.

But the Arrancar was wrong...so very wrong...Before he could think about going back of the offense, Kensei pulled back what seemed to be an arrancar mask, which made Guillermo wonder what the hell Kensei was in reality, seeming to have both shinigami and hollow powers. At any rate, he knew he was up against someone that was powerful, but that also had many tricks up his sleeve, unlike the arrancar who could only keep his cards hidden for so long.

The Espada decided to take his speed up a notch, and start showing Kensei that he wasn’t only power and a few spikes here and there. As soon as he saw the first punch, he only slightly tilted his body, avoiding the punch, before following with swift weaving of his head to avoid the three jabs. The arrancar got shaken quite well by the uppercut however, feeling the amount of blood in his jaw more than ever, as the bottom of it was heavily cut along with the damage he had already sustained on the inside, before he dived towards the ground, stopping himself with his hands to avoid the blast of reiatsu, which at that range, could’ve very well become lethal if Guillermo wouldn’t have reacted in time. The Arrancar used Sonido to try and create a distance, although his opponent quickly caught up to him, attempting a punch from over the Espada along with a Cero, which met nothing more than air as the Espada had taken a wise retreat, rather than stay put. Before the Espada could stop, he took a brutal two handed punch to the spine, which pushed him forward at such a speed that it took everything to stop him from going through the nearby building.

It took several moments for Guillermo to come back to his senses, and figure out why the hell he was getting his ass handed to him. Nothing that was happening at the moment was normal, Guillermo needed something to stop his opponent, and to cut that momentum and fast. He took a few seconds to get back to his feet, spitting blood, and wiping the bottom of his jaw. Before he could even let Kensei the time to see his location, the Espada dashed in the sandstorm towards his opponent, before using Sonido to reach him, and attempt two swift right jabs, all at Kensei’s face, that he would follow with a left handed Shotgun towards the Vizard’s chest. He would then attempt a right shoulder tackle at Kensei, before finally, attempting to slip both his arms under Kensei’s arms. Should he succeed, he would then lock his hands, and get to Kensei’s left, his right leg already up, using Sonido to swiftly go down and trip Kensei for his patented Sonido enhanced takedown, bringing Kensei’s face towards the ground, even if in a sand based setting, having an opponent on the ground with both arms lock would prove to be an insanely useful advantage.

Kensei watched as a few of his attacks connected. He sighed, how much longer was this going to go on? It seemed to last forever, and yet he was trying to end it!

The jabs connected before Kensei could think. The shotgun caught him, as did the shoulder tackle. He groaned, feeling the espada's arms under his own before being tripped and hitting the ground face-first. Ow.. what? Kensei could feel blood. Was he really going down this easily? After all that? A simple knockout? Pathetic.

And with that, he passed out.
