A Flicker In The Dark [Caly/Lethe] [DREAM]

ENTER THE DREAMER

Caly flinched once more when she felt the span of darkness that Lethe took up lean in and kiss her once again. Gods, whenever she manages to get this girl over to her she has to teach her to not lay on these surprise kisses... She was about to depart before this, stopping to hear Lethe out, rather poignant words spilling forth from her being, which only made the Danava still, quiet, as those feelings groaned and scratched inside of her, as if their name had been called.

"...Lethe..." She almost wanted to say it, to be truthful to her, but it felt like her tongue was held.

"... I'll do my best. If I figure something out, i'll try to visit you again, okay?" Her voice was strained - she wanted to say something else, but she simply couldn't. It felt disgusting, to disregard what she said, to continue dwelling in these feelings, instead trying to cover it up with something else,

"..I really can't do it personally, though. I'd have to figure out how to get you here.. Me crossing over would contribute to making a mess of things, balance-wise apparently. But I don't think it'd be as much of an issue if it was you coming and then staying here, but you have to stay here. No hopping around back and forth."
