Feats & Qualifications: Long since served the Vandenreich for several decades that dates back to Huldric's time as the Grandmaster, somewhat waned but competent skill in all traditional Quincy techniques, wisdom and experience through his service and overall life. He seeks to serve the Vandenreich again, coming out of retirement in the wake of Ichigo's attack, to train the Quincy of the Vandenreich and make sure that they are ready for any threat. He's tired, and wants to retire, but duty calls.
