Saisei Skill Change Request

» Upgrading: When Saisei was made, Weapon Skill was part of the site. Now, Weapon Skill has transitioned over to Martial Skill. I'd like to have Saisei's martial skill reevaluated given it is currently... beginner. I'm requesting at least an Advanced in the skill. I will however say I believe an Elite would be appropriate.

» Why: Saisei's entire kit as a character revolves around fluid, thought out hand to hand combat. While he isn't what one would consider a master of Muay Thai, his movements and actions related to the art are near perfected. Along with that, he now has his own martial art style and is actively developing it. Training under Sagumi (a prolific martial artist) until he came to Earth, Saisei actually has some of the most time training in CQC as a concept than a majority of character's on site. Given it is pretty much his entire skill set and any abilities he creates end up being almost entirely tied to fluid hand to hand combat, I believe with the transition from weapon skill to martial skill he is more than deserving of an Advanced, if not higher. The entire reason why the skill itself needs adjusted now is that Weapon Skill was beginner, which would be accurate. With the changes, however, Martial Skill being at beginner would look bad for both Saisei and skills in general given how he is both played and upgraded over time. Just wouldn't make sense for him to have low martial skill at all.
