Sadly Ego I cannot approve your character as an Espada as your teir does not meet the requirements of Espada 9. I suggest you try your luck with a fraccion. Teir boosts are usable but sadly, I would rather not warrant a boost to a new member this early.

I shall approve Oichi as Trecera Espada however.

I don't mind him as Oichi's Fraccion.

But just an FYI to you, Ego: Oichi is the farthest thing from social and she is QUITE creepy.

I have removed Mikan Mischevang and Garnetta Mischevang from the Heirarchy due to Adoption threads and inactivity.
