Hallucination Manifestation Via Willpower (SOCIAL ONLY)

As a power simple in nature, Hallucination Manifestation is an ability that Saisei has called upon before subconsciously. In an effort to continue unlocking the secrets of his mind, Hallucination Manifestation uses the boy's sheer willpower and life force to bring his Hallucinations (The NPCs related to his memories) to life. Becoming corporeal in nature, the NPCs are able to interact with other characters aside from Saisei on a physical level. That is the one and only use of this ability. This power will continue to stay this way even later on in the characters development, eventually becoming unusable when his memories are fully returned to him.

» Why: As a natural progression to his continued issues with Hallucinations related to his locked memories, the ability is solely for the purpose of allowing others to interact with the beings in character. In all cases that the ability is used, the hallucinations that are represented in NPC form are meant to be a component to continue unlocking memories further as a character. Aside from that, the power was intended to be made before I left the site in the first place and have put it off for a bit too long now. If anything, its cool if staff are against it but it falls in like with his ability to use his GM in willpower to an extent others have never seen alongside already having powers related to the said statistic.
