Helle Armstrong

Armored feet touch down on the plain ground of the harbor off at one of its many ports. Already, the stench of rancid energy taints the nose of the lone individual who has suddenly arrived: demonic, huh? Though, its scent mingling with the Reiatsu in the air is faint. Seemingly, whatever occurred here was handled efficiently, but everything leaves behind some proof of its existence no matter how small. Sometimes being able to easily sense certain things comes at a disadvantage and dissatisfaction. Anyhow, there is only one reason for being here.

Helle has arrived visiting Minatumi Harbor because of one particular individual. As the SubCaptain of the Sternritter, losing an Elder to some random demon attack would be a major blow to her division and to the Reich as a whole. Dressed in full armor besides her helmet, Helle had expected to arrive at something a bit more chaotic, but seeing that Cyrus arrived to help this area out, of course the damage done would be minimal and barely detectable. She’s not downplaying any other assistance that may have blessed this harbour, but she has a particular pride about her people despite how lowly others may think of Quincy.

Emerald eyes focus intently on nothing in particular before Helle allows for her energy to flow outwards from her person as a form of beacon to any who could sense it. She knows little of this area; only knowing to come here due to the mass of energy that had gathered at this spot and from knowledge given to her. Where to find Cyrus would probably be as simple as trying to sense the woman, but she does not wish to impede on a place that was just attacked and accidentally be perceived as an enemy. That is the main reason she is so blatantly expressing herself. Whoever is the ‘boss’ around here is sure to come and check out the sudden spike.

Well, they had visitors. Understandably, given that Algos had just been taken away by the demon lot and there had been a whole big boom thing going on here. Cyrus had been here, so Quincy coming was almost expected. Additionally she was expecting Vastime people, and Demon people. So Ulv got up from her perch and headed over to the Quincy, arriving in front of them with a gentle breath of wind.

"Hey. Before we begin, you don't have a superpowered psycho girlfriend-sister, do you?" Ulv asked, entirely seriously. She had learned not to take chances anymore. Was best to ask.

Helle Armstrong

A plethora of beings intermingled on a single island? It reminds her of The City. Though, that is mostly due to Cyrus that Helle is familiar with beings she would normally be more contemptuous with killing being around her. Five years away from the world. A whole life in solitude. It may not be evident on her face, but Helle is rather impressed with everything around her. With an urge to simply explore for a bit, she impatiently waited for what felt like eternity, but was only a few seconds before a woman appeared before her; this woman’s body standing above her with a masculinity befitting a thug and a scent that told a lot.

Well, the thug part seemed accurate enough for what was spoken in the coming moment. Helle felt herself jump inwardly at such an obscene statement and gave the auburn haired woman a concerned glance before looking about in wonder if this person was the one she should be convening with. Though, the seriousness in this woman’s tone made this experience feel entirely too important for some odd reason that Helle felt she should answer appropriately.

“No… I do not believe I have… a girlfriend sister. I am here for my Liege, the Elder, Cyrus.”

It occurs to her that she never took the moment to learn Cyrus’ last name. That should be remedied the next time she has a chance.

"Excellent. Not a question I ever thought I'd be asking, but when I didn't ask it, said girlfriend sister came and made a mess" Ulv commented, looking at the Quincy in front of her. T'was a very nice Quincy indeed. Looked more like what'd come out of Vastime's Knighthood orders, but who was she to complain. And beneath the armour was quite the well-built body. Inside her city, Ulv liked to boast a fake form of Omniscience, given how heavily her energy was saturated into every mote of air, it wasn't entirely a wrong thought either.

"Godling is having a nap. I can take you there later but for now he needs his sleep. While you are waiting, I can offer you a place to rest? Take off the heavy armour and..." Ulv's passionate eyes blazed with flame as she spoke. An Amber Inferno danced within the hollowfied eyes of the woman as she gave a grin. "Offer, amenities"

“Not a question I ever thought would need an answer, but as I’ve seen these days, I knew little of the outside world.”

In a quick moment, Helle took the time to sample the energy of the environment once more. Anyone would be able to detect that the woman standing before the Quincy held a high position in this harbour. Her energy is rather everywhere, literally. A survey will be needed for Helle to accurately place this individual, but for right now, there are more important matters at hand.

Though, it seems she will be denied from seeing the one she came for. Hearing that Cyrus is recovering, of course, shows itself on her face. The blonde Quincy couldn’t help but let her emerald eyes widen in surprise as her stoic figure slouches slightly. However, it was not said if her Liege was injured or not, so her worries should be kept at a minimal till her thoughts are verified. Showing her worry so openly is unbecoming of her for she tries to hold a strong presence. She doesn’t want anyone to see her youth so easily.

“Wait… Excuse me? Amenities?”

Of course, the words and general atmosphere about this woman in front of her caught her off guard. Already, by calling her Liege a Godling has this woman stained her stance in the Quincy’s mind, but the lecherous look in her eyes that blazed frighteningly in ways different from plain power struck a strange cord in the back of Helle’s mind. Is she being hit on? Helle’s tough facade started to crack as the armored woman could not help but turn her head slightly to the side and placed her covered hand over her face as she felt her cheeks tinge with unwanted heat. This is the first in her entire life that she has felt.. exposed despite the armor adorned on her person. It may protect her from harm, but this woman’s eyes seem to be staring right through it at things that Helle would prefer be left pure.

“I am fine without said amenities. Thank you for offering. Thank you, also, for watching over my Liege.. Miss..?”

Helle is quick to regain her composure despite that little hiccup letting her hand fall and gives her best stoic face despite how flustered her cheeks may seem. One thing many may not notice at first is how young Helle actually is. She turned 20 this year. She holds a rather put together persona, but there are simply things that her young mind has yet to truly experience and learn to glance over without a stutter. This woman just happened to crash and burn right through one of them with a strange dominating aura. She is dangerous.

Ohh gods, this woman was perfect! Helle would feel herself swept off her feet into Princess carry and absconded with as Ulv's desires blazed to a point of tangibility. Ulv herself didn't actually touch the woman, but her emotions was far beyond the borders of comprehension, so there were times when they simply manifested, even if they went unactualized.

But, still, she refused. And if that was just her innocent nievity or an actual desire to not, Ulv wasn't entirely sure. But pushing was rude, so she just hung back on that and gave a sultry and enticing smirk to let her know that the offer would never expire for the young Quincy.
"Auber. I'm the Mayor here. And it's no big, me and Cy have a long history together so the helping him out isn't even a question.

Same with anyone who comes to ask for help. You are very young to be so powerful. Does it ever, give you trouble? Interacting with peers and trying to be a person?"

Dangerous. How could Helle think of this woman as anything but? Not only is her power obscene and unreal, but just her personality and presence alone is enough to cause any to question many things. She could not help but feel as if her whole person had just been abused and carried away without any qualm able to leave her mouth, but in the next moment, she is simply standing where she was. How strange, but she’ll give no hint to her inner confusion as she keeps her face the same despite her blush coating her pale cheeks. Why is this woman before her being such a nuisance? Her refusal is true and simply how she felt in this situation. She did not desire to be touched, and the powerful suggestions that had affected her senses were nothing more but annoying to the current situation. She will not be distracted if she could help it. She would not fall into these suggestions being thrown her way. She doubts she ever will, hopefully.

Ignoring the smirk thrown her way, Helle registered the information given. The mayor of this harbour? Grand. Though, that means that the leader of this area is a woman who throws her desires around willy nilly at her leisure. Grand… Cy? Now, that little nickname actually caused her mental to chuckle as the image of her Liege made itself clear with the name Cy being used. At least her Liege has made allies with powerful, if strange, beings. That is good, but the question thrown her way causes her concern. Cyrus appears once more in her head as her memories bring up the last meeting the two had where Helle took a moment to call out Cyrus’ fake emotional state. Helle has never thought of her youth and power after being returned to Earth. Yet, she knows it has changed greatly from when she was younger.

“I suppose it is much like a gun. The gun does not make a person a hero or a villain. It is how the person uses that gun. My powers do not make me different from the normal people around me. How I wield them does. When I was young, I thought power meant everything. If I grew stronger, then everyone would look up to me, see me as… an idol to accomplish or praise one day. Now, I am nothing more than a human in this world with the ability to do what some cannot. A professional wrestler and a homeless man are the same in all but skill.”

"Nice metaphor, but neither the homeless man nor the professional wrestler can waste an entire metropolis with their powers. And besides, homeless man is a man without a home or ability to get one. Professional wrestler is a man known by thousands, with fortune and a job that pays him that fortune. They are worlds apart"

Ulv would then turn from Helle and take a few steps before looking over her shoulder at the woman.
"If you want to just stand there all day, I wouldn't mind such a beautiful statue. But otherwise, come with me. You and Lord Wisdom don't seem very...separate" Ulv gestured with her head. The woman felt Cyrus a lot, so it was worth the hassle to come take the girl to him.

“I wonder what that well known wrestler will do with all his fame. Does it matter however? They are still human despite being worlds apart. What matters is how that man uses what he has. Not many have it just like the homeless man. I guess this is where humility and compassion comes into play.. Or greed and cockiness.”

She couldn’t help but smile lightly with a roll of her eyes at the statue comment. Despite trying to keep things professional, it seems the nonchalant manner Ms. Auber is carrying herself with has started to affect how Helle handles this situation. Following behind the mayor, Helle wonders what exactly was meant by that separate comment.

“Ah yes. I almost forgot. Helle Armstrong, SubCaptain of the Sternritter at your service.”

"Humility or greed. Heh, guess which one humanity tilts towards" she commented. Clearly, Ulv had little believe in the good of humans. Ohh, it happened, but a drop of oil can ruin a million litres of fresh water, and humanity was more than a drop. Helle introduced herself, and even told her the family, which was nice. Ulv looked into Quincy affairs after picking up Rakki as a girlfriend, so she wasn't exactly ignorant.

"Mmm, Armstrong. Keeping the tradition going with your well-honed body, I see~" Ulv cooed, grinning teasingly before stopping outside a small hospital. "Cyrus is in here. He needs to rest and I am kind of anathema to resting, so you can go in on your own. I'll see him later when he is back on his feet"
