Black on Black [Kintori x Keiko]

The bait was set. Just as she intended, Kintori grabbed onto her foot, something that typically immediately turns the fight to the receiver's favour, as the initiator now is full of openings from the kick. The idea behind her starting move was to immediately guarantee that their distance was closed, and that their arms--or at least one--is immediately tied. Alternatively, Kintori could've just blocked, but that wouldn't be as good as trying to lock Keiko down by grabbing hold of her leg.

The idea was full acknowledgement that Kintori could be stronger and faster. If that was the case, Keiko was going to pull her own body into her extended leg, rather than the leg back to her body. In closing this distance, she was going to assert herself into Kintori and follow up with a floating kick to the midsection, or go for her throat. This way, Kintori couldn't use the advantage of her reach. That, and the only way for Keiko to reach her opponent was through extended kicks anways, just because of the height difference.

Keiko was prepared for the grab, so she was also prepared for any follow-up. As soon as Kintori cocked her hand back, Keiko's other foot lifted off the ground and went straight for Kintori's elbow. To someone of equal strength, this was guaranteed to work, as Keiko's leg would naturally be stronger than the opponent's arm, and if Kintori was holding her strength back, then all the more reason. With their arm stuck back in a cocked position, both arms would be occupied and vulnerable, while Keiko's arms were still free, either to go straight for the exposed torso--ideally neck, by Keiko's plans. And that's what she did.

Mid-air, Keiko did as planned and brought her knees in--or, rather, her chest in to her knees--and went straight for a throat punch. She didn't have the ground as leverage to use her hips and back into the throat punch, like a boxer's strike. However, she did have the momentum of her hip-flexors and abs in use by pulling her body forward into Kintori, so the strike still held more than enough power to do proper damage.

Does this woman not have a trachea? She took the blow to the throat, and Keiko put a good amount of effort into that, yet she powered through it and continued to attack. Both of Keiko's legs were now in Kintori's hold, so after her punch to the throat Keiko used left hand to grab onto the back of Kintori's neck, with the intent to cock back her right hand and go for another punch. Things didn't work out as planned, and the proximity made Kintori's headbutt entirely unavoidable. The blow was way beyond what Keiko could naturally endure, and her left hand lost its grip. Keiko's nose was completely broken in the process, and she was honestly extremely lucky the headbutt didn't straight up break her skull. Instead, a spider web fracture formed on her frontal bone, and blood rushed into her nasal cavities, eyesockets, and eventually down her throat. In reaction, Keiko coughed blood out onto Kintori's face immediately. All her muscles loosened as the rattle to her brain threatened her to lose consciousness.

Unfortunately, Kintori wasn't done, finishing Keiko off with a full-powered slam onto the ground. At that point, Keiko would've preferred to be knocked unconscious. Luck wasn't on her side, and she maintained clarity the whole way through. She could feel the ground on her back, knocking the wind out of her lungs and leaving her reflexively gasping. Naturally, the blood flooding her through was breathed in, now shoveling down her lungs, forcing her to cough the blood out,which now pooled in her mouth.

Just barely, Keiko was able to lean onto her side to let hte blood drain out her mouth and clear the way for her to breath. While she laid on her side, blood was pouring out from her mouth, nose, and eyes.

"A.. ahhh.... h-hel COUGH.. help... aa hh.. ah can't see... ahh'... aaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Ahhhhhhhhh!"

The pain was overwhelming, and her senses were overloaded. Her head felt like it was splitting, shocks of pain ran down her spine and to every corner of her body. There was a ringing in her ears, and the blood filling her nose clogged any chance at a sense of smell. THe blood running out of her mouth coated her tongue in a metallic taste, and her eyes pooled with blood in their sockets, preventing her from seeing. Keiko started to curl up into a fetal position, occasionally writhing in pain, and her pleas for help turned into sobs, tears mixing with the blood in her eyes.

Keiko's cries became louder when Kintori picked her up, the contact sending shocks through her sensitive nerves. The sheer pain caused her to vomit the contents of her stomach, mixed in between the tears, mucus, and blood. All of that poured relentless onto a Kintori's back, and by the time they got to the infirmary, it just looked like the both of them were heavily injured. The amount of blood Keiko lost along the way also meant that her consciousness faded by then, and her body went fully limp.

The nurses in the infirmary took Keiko off Kintori's hands and set her down on her side, immediately inspecting her to find a diagnosis and treat her. Naturally, they then went to Kintori to see if she was alright and to ask what happened, seeing has how she was drenched in Keiko's blood.

Recognising who she was, the nurses were also sure to call the Kuchiki clan to send over somebody, with seated officers from the 2nd division to come as well. Along the way, people were sure to see the rushing Kintori with a mangled Keiko on her shoulder, and word was sure to spread.
