For a city that had once stood on the precipice of oblivion, Minatumi had made a significant resurgence in the last year.
It was said that Minatumi Harbour had reached such a level of activity that it attracted nothing but those who wished for the embrace of warm solitude.
Add to that, it was a city that had yet to be ravaged by any opposing forces or used as a piece of property governed by the rule of Shadowfall.
It was free of war, free of conflict, with no sign of chaos on the horizon.
To the gorgeous enchantress with ebony skin that radiates with a mystic aura, for a city to achieve such profound peace, boundless curiosity consumed her entire spirit. Even the nature of the city was vastly different from your normal harbor. Indeed, entering this city felt more as if she was being held in the warm embrace of something motherly, divine… as if the eyes of a goddess were watching over the civilians.
It was a pleasant sensation to experience. She wondered how that presence would react to an enemy? Of course, she was certainly no enemy and her appearance in this city was hardly anything other than a matter of curiosity and to finally meet the - as it has been told to her so far - Mayor of this city. Ulv Auber. She had never met the woman personally but her extraordinary mystery had led Asha to take the first step and meet her in person. Asha smiled, musing at how exciting it would be to gain a proper observation of the mighty warrior.

A new person. Someone she had never seen before came to her harbour. Not looking for refugee, she wasn't that kind of woman, but still. Ulv was interested in who it was. Not so much to play her hand immediately, however, and so as Asha walked through the city, she would be gently greeted by a woman in a beautiful dress, and a silver mask over her face. It wasn't a Vizard mask, but covered her eyes perfectly. She gave a graceful curtsey, and if one watched her closely as she walked, they would see she gave an illusion of floating from how soft and gentle her steps were, not disturbing the dress at all.
"Greetings, miss. I am Tvilling, Guardian and Seneschal of Minatumi Harbour. Welcome to our refugee. May I aid you with anything?"

Upon entering Minatumi’s domain, Asha was immediately approached and greeted by a masked woman, donning a dress of the most vibrant amber shade. Her aura radiated with such grace that Asha likened her to an illustration given human form. Observing the majestic appearance of the masked woman in the amber dress, Asha smiled and bowed in equally graceful fashion, showing the guardian her respects. Introducing herself as Tviling, the woman inquired about her purpose in coming here. Asha was polite in both her tone and speech as she observed the vibrant city with an inquisitive eye.
“If it is not too much to ask, Miss Tviling, I have come here to meet the Mayor of this city - provided she is willing to accept my company, of course.” She finished her sentence and smiled with warmth in her eyes as she continued to soak in Minatumi’s vast beauty.
“Curiosity has guided me here to meet the woman who helped revitalize this city, the harbor that was on the edge of oblivion. To rebuild such a city into one with a radiant image such as this, I would feel honored to meet her.”

The desire of this woman was understandable. While Ulv had the help of many people, even Hayden and his nation at one point, she was still the face of it all and so she was the one that people would recognise and point to.
"You are welcome to come visit the Lady Auber. She lives in the manor at the top of the hill. People must climb the hill to get to her, and so in doing they question if their query is worth the climb. May you find what you seek" Tvilling would give a final curtsy and then leave into the city.

Tvlling was demure, delicate, and diplomatic. Perfect seneschal for the city. Ulv, was.....well she was Ulv. So when Asha would get to the manor and knock on the door, it was opened by the naked adonis that was Ulv. Her body still wet in some places, she had clearly just gotten out of the shower, and wore only a towel round her shoulders.
"Hey. 'cha need?"

The demure and grace of the masked woman had left a fine impression on the enchantress of machines. Truly, she could think of no one better suited to the task than Tviling. She had granted Asha permission and returned to the city. When the door was opened, Asha stared at the owner of this estate and quickly confirmed that this woman was Ulv Auber.
Indeed, for introductions, Asha was left speechless by the way Ulv chose to introduce herself. It was a jarring contrast. From the elegant and regal air of the seneschal of Minatumi to the bold nature of the mayor of Minatumi.
For a moment, she contemplated as to whether this woman was truly Ulv Auber or a guest to her home. Moving such thoughts into the back of her mind, Asha bowed in admiration towards the amazonian woman.
"Ah, so you are the mighty Ulv Auber that the civilians speak about. Excuse me for my interruption. I am Asha. Enchantress of Machines and the overseer of weaponry and technology built by Vastime. I do not wish to impose but I was wondering if I could speak with you about a few things. The mystery that surrounds you has made me a curious woman in recent days."

"Ohh, Vastime Chicka, aye aye. Come on in" Ulv told her, turning away from the door. A glittering black butterfly appeared and landed on Ulv's fingers for a few moments before flapping away out of the door. For her part, the soft amber towel morphed itself into a full outfit. One that seemed to imply a perfect balance between elegant teacher and sexy porn star.
"Though, not sure I am all that mysterious. But hey, I do like popularity, so if you wanna come talk then I am here to answer any questions" Ulv would then turn and smile. Not perfectly hospitable, exactly, but...waiting for something, it seemed.

From speech pattern to physical appearance, Asha had already made a mental note that Ulv was a boldly eccentric beyond what she first imagined. Nevertheless, such a fact hardly bothered the technomage as she was welcomed into the woman's home.
For a mansion, it seemed to be outfitted with decor nice enough to capture one's attention.
Asha followed Ulv as she observed the woman, glancing at the towel on her shoulders as it transmogrified into a full outfit. It seemed like an act akin to the performance of a magician... and yet Asha felt nothing of the sort with this muscular woman.
"Well, your name does precede you in this city. The civilians and their children regard their mayor as a true savior. I suppose the mystery that surrounds you in my eyes is how you were able to pull this city from the brink of oblivion, turning it into a beacon of peace where weary warriors can humbly retire, and meager men and women can live without the thought of being uprooted by demons. "

"Fame was never a plan. People offered help so I offered help, and it ended up like this. 'How' is easy. You just gotta motivate people to better themselves. The people in the slums under the city didn't bother to try and better themselves from what had happened. But dropped in the situation where they had to better themselves or perish, they stepped up to the challenge. And I helped them,but they did nothing they couldn't already do themselves. I simply motivated them to reach for the skies and show the world what they could do"
Ulv would fill the kettle up and then with a flash of power, boil it and pour out two cups of tea, turning and having them float behind her.
"And as for turning it into a refugee city, a, 'beacon of peace' as you call it, that just comes with the territory. I poured my Reiatsu into the city and made every brick and table hold my power. So I can sense the emotions of everyone within the city, and if anyone holds dark deeds within them, we go to talk to them. And if they will not be spoken to, then we deal with them in alternate fashions"

Asha observed the woman silently as she explained herself. From what she detailed, her rise to "fame" was more akin to holding the city responsible and instilling in them an act of fierce courage to raise their city up from the ruins.
Such effort was to be admired and from her short observation, Ulv did seem to be the type of woman that could instill courage in others. Her appearance, right now, was more suited to the type of risque clothing one would find in a playboy magazine or erotic films.
It was a significant contrast to the muscular form the woman possessed at the outset.
Discarding that fact from her mind, Asha smiled as she accepted Ulv's offer of tea. The fragrant aroma graced her nostrils in an instant, and she took a small sip as she nodded her head in both awe and understanding.
"In order to achieve something, you must have the courage to do it yourself - or fade out like everyone else who isn't willing to try... what a magnificent notion. Simple, but amazing nonetheless. Concerning the city, I could feel it as soon as I entered the harbor. You are definitely an existence that intriguing to me. I had always heard your name in small whispers in other parts of the world but... meeting you face-to-face has definitely lived up to the image I had of you in my mind... more or less. " She took another sip of tea before she asked a curious question. One that seemed to bother her, if only out of bewilderment.
"If you don't mind my asking, why did you choose to take the form you hold now? Are you expecting company?"

"Glad to have fans" Ulv commented, nodding to the woman. It seemed a social visit, which meant there wasn't much for her to really do except talk to her and keep track of the city. She got a butterfly back, confirmation that Asha was who she said she was. Probably shocked Hayden that she was being so prudent and intelligent. Well, the guy needed shocking sometimes, pies and brandy other times. She couldn't remember which he preferred, though. It had been a while.
"As for putting on clothes, I it was polite. I can always get undressed. Put on a suit fit for a Mistress, collar my new pet and drag her into the bedroom till she forgets her own name and only has obedience to her owner in that little head of hers"
