Takehiko had followed her instructions to the letter coming to a place. A place where he would be here to learn something important. She'd told him after the events of his trip to the front to meet the masters. But he realized she didn't mean a person, not a physical one anyway. Takehiko didn't know what to make of her declaration but it was time for him to study he thought but no that wasn't right. Takehiko hadn't come here to do that not by that means. Ruin's visage appeared outside him her dress of black and red flowing behind her. Before turning into a more stylish form similar to the dancer. Her skin had a gray color with crimson eyes. She walked around slowly before placing her hand gently on the base of his spine. "Here is where we will begin. " She said it cooly and with rather matter of fact voice. His body felt chills at her touch as he almost jumped. Fear was still present inside him as he felt her fingers trail off. "What..does that have to do with it?" Takehiko asked her twisting his neck to see her.
She let a small smile begin to emerge on her face. "This place, it's where the first Chakra is. Tsunashi learned how to open five of them." She said softly as she glanced at Takehiko. He brought a hand to his chin was it some kind of super technique? He brought a hand to his chin as Ruin closed her eyes shaking her head. Dismissing the idea that this was a super technique right out of the gate. "Wrong, this isn't some super move Takehiko. It's merely relieving the pressure on the Chakra points at allowing energy flow. Meaning you'll awaken to a more potent form of physical and spiritual being. " Takehiko's expression became glowing as he considered it like some ascended form version of himself. She put a hand up sighing as she wished her former owner was here. Ulv had a way of making people listen very well. " Listen, stop thinking of this like some move or technique. It's neither of those it is something that will help you find you. You will have better control of energy at best with one gate if you are lucky to even open it. "
Takehiko's eyes thought for a moment as he considered something important. "What of Lady Ulv, does she know of this..process? " Ruin offered a shrug as she was uncertain of the answer behind that. She and Ulv's relationship wasn't the same. She did not pretend to teach Mirja or Ulv, they had a path of their own. "Don't know, wasn't my place to teach her. But you are Tsunashi's heir so I make an exception. " Takehiko blinked at the bluntness of her words. She gestured around her this place laid within Ruin as she sat down now. Patting the ground in front of her with her palm. "Sit, we are going into a deep meditation. These things can hurt you in here, Akuma won't reach you either." The hollow within him perked at its name as he shrugged his shoulders.
Sitting down Takehiko did as instructed as she reached across bringing his eyes to focus on hers. "Look deep into my eyes, fall into the black finding the abyss within yourself. Sink deeper and find the inner turmoil. " She said almost like inducing a hypnotic state of being. She said the words as his eyes looked at her now. His body felt far away for a moment before suddenly close again. Moving his arms and hands he found himself inside a place. It came in an instance the place sprung to life. As Kiriel's appearance walked towards with him now. Quincy Emperor in tow of Hulderic Hylham's form his blood felt cold. Trembling beginning to set in his hand now. He felt fear emerge everywhere around him. Ulv and Tsubasa's figures appearing as well as both frightened him. He could Byakuya cutting him down and many others. Tsubasa along with Ulv's fist running through his gut. Tossing him aside like a forgotten memory. Fear's piled up as he wanted to look away. As the battlefield returned the place where he'd been stabbed in the back.
Where the blade punctured his shoulder now going through his arm. It hurt and felt so real as the pain continued coming. In the real world, his hand tightened as a voice came into his mind. She would be his guide here reaching to him as she spoke to him. "It's not real, you are concerned for survival and fear betrayal. Surrender those fears, let them flow away like water down a stream." She had grown since Tsunashi had done it and helping his son did bring her a sense of accomplishment. Her voice reached in him the void he sat in as his real body sweated and tried to flee. He took a breath relaxing and watching each fear begin to fade. Slowly each thing as he let it go and stopped worrying about sheer survival. Takehiko no longer allowed fear to control and consume him. Slowly he felt something as he released a breath. The world began glimmering around him for a moment. Before he felt himself emerge back in his own body.
Tension and stress were gone but sweat poured down his frame. Deep meditation was different from simply going into your inner world. It took you to the core of your turmoil and fear. You had to not face it as much as accept it. His hands had stopped trembling and something akin to being freer was the feeling. "I feel, different but I don't know how to describe it." He said softly feeling the sweat drip down his torso. He wasn't physically exhausted as Ruin wasn't training that yet as these Chakra's weren't opened yet. He'd not get anything from that. But she stood up dusting herself off as she walked around his back touching the base of his spine. It was indeed open making his energy flow more naturally. Takehiko didn't understand it yet, but he wasn't meant too. This was a part of growing and learning as she gestured towards one of the empty buildings.
"Rest for the night, we will continue in the morning. " His senses came back looking around as her digits touched his spin. Seeing that the world had gone dark with night. Getting up he stumbled a bit as his body felt light. Far lighter then it had been previously. "I put stuff in that building, drink the liquid I prepared. " It was a strange request as he got himself up her visage disappearing. She'd returned inside him now taking her place where she belonged. Ruin could come and go as she pleased with Takehiko thanks to Ulv. This allowed her some room to help him more so than anyone else. He entered seeing a bowl filled with a yellow liquid. Drinking it tasted pickles and bananas in a juice. Wanting to choke it up he heard a voice. "Don't you dare spit that up. Finish every last drop." She said as he finished it, he felt like his taste buds had been killed. Laying on the bed he fell into sleep sooner then he'd imagined given the beverage. Wanting to ask why he had to drink that he'd get the answer later.

He'd slept well for that night, no nightmares clouded his dreams. Takehiko had peace for once in his life. Though it wasn't clean yet and Ruin knew it as much remained. One gate of seven remained stuck and he didn't have access yet to it. Tsunashi only ever accomplished five chakra points. Making him one who didn't truly awaken his body to the energy around them. But it meant something else entirely for Ruin as she wanted Takehiko to live. Not for making people proud of him, not for some other being. She wanted the boy to understand he was precious. She knew the answer as Takehiko's slumber came to a close. His eyes began to open slowly he stood up seeing another cup. It was the same beverage as yesterday which Ruin decided it was time. "On those points, the chakra gets blocked by sludge so to speak. That cleans it up and purifies it." She said as Takehiko looked at it wincing remembering that flavor. It was enough to break him he knew it as well as others. He drank the beverage again his facial expression twisting.
Before swallowing with small tears coming out of his eyes. "Alright, enough goofing around..Come on time for you to face the second one." She walked over to him now her dress flowing behind her. She touched his sacrum now letting her digits trail across it. "This is the next one, you will face a great burden." Takehiko's eyes looked at her as he couldn't understand how she learned all of this. How did Ruin know how to be this sage figure for him. But in truth Ruin knew Tsunashi wished it had been him. But his life had been snuffed out by that demon. And that Quincy who came with them, that was the simple fact of it. The slaughter of the Unabara was a painful thing. Tsubasa had returned with her sisters. Not to mention the forgotten sister, she who remained missing. Only one man knew her location and Ruin did wish to know it. But because the four were stronger as one riding beneath that banner again.
Ruin took him outside today it rained without end symbolizing the next point. She sat down patting the ground. Takehiko followed her as he emerged from the building. His eyes scanning the rain and its downfall upon the grounds. This was the song of the earth. It's downpour upon the earth bringing life back here. As he sat down Ruin made the gesture for him to do so again. His eyes closed as he found his body shoot forward and backward. It felt so distant and strange for a moment as though yanked out of himself. The place he returned to it didn't have the same feeling now. It felt dark yet visages began to materialize. "What guilt burdens you, what does it look like?" She said her voice echoing and bringing life. The forging of his uncle signature, him being alive in the place he was. Struggling to make people proud and failing the Kuchiki name. Finally surviving when his parents failed to do so. Being left alive when they were gone. This burden weighed on him as he could hear her voice coming again. It was almost like a flowing influence inside him.
"You must accept the reality, these things happen. Do not let them cloud or poison you Takehiko. If you are to bring a positive effect where you are, forgive yourself." Takehiko inhaled for a moment and let the air leave him. Understanding that it wasn't needed to feel guilty. He'd needed to face this demon that weighed him down. Slowly releasing the air more tension left his body as another Chakra had been opened. Allowing him to relax more inside himself as it was needed. This wasn't easy to do really when it came down to it all. Takehiko faced many things before. But his eyes opened with a certain peace in them. But it was yet incomplete as Ruin rose from her position. "Second Chakra is now open, you are beginning to understand I'd wager." Takehiko nodded his head as he didn't know the words for it. But this wasn't about power but dealing with hard things.
Ruin's hand touched his sacrum gently as she nodded understanding his meaning. This wasn't the gate she worried about herself. That gate was merely Guilt, shame was a rather simple one to open. It didn't require as much energy but she would stop him at that one. Gently she touched his stomach now and leaned down. "Today we will do two, as the second one isn't as hard on the body or mind." She said softly before sitting down as the rain had begun to stop now. Midday had been reached so finishing two Chakra's in a day did seem a touch extreme. But Ruin knew Tsunashi had opened them all at once. So she was using a different method for his son. Takehiko thought about it before nodding. Slowly he felt himself slip back into that place now. It was getting easier to find himself deep within. The sensation of being yanked had begun to feel more like he was gently riding an air current. While not perfect it still felt disorientating he was getting better at the aspects of it.
"Let your letdowns and shame out, the feelings where you failed yourself." His dark place now filled with visages of failing at the school and everything he did. He saw them brought forward as painful memories. They were something that couldn't be simply forgotten. Takehiko had been known as a Kuchiki failure. Disappointing those around him, unable to even save lives. Her voice came now offering a console to him. " You must accept and love all aspects of who you are Takehiko, even the mistakes." He understood what she meant in this situation. Ruin was a great teacher in this regard as he sighed. This didn't feel like a very difficult one to open really. Shame was something you had to accept. Loving yourself even the mistakes was part of life. Something Takehiko had begun to embrace himself more now. Smiling a bit as he found something that had changed in him. Growth not spiritual though, but mental and personal. Though this was easy and sweat did drip down his torso.
"That's all, rest well Takehiko tomorrow's will be hard if not the hardest you face." Takehiko's frame got up walking differently as his body felt light again. But more so then previously like he didn't have as many burdens breaking him. He'd begun to understand all his ideas good or bad should be loved equally. Mistakes such as going to face his uncle and getting hurt. Many things should be accepted and loved. Going in he laid in the bed falling to his dreams now. Resting peacefully amid the ruins of this town. Where tomorrow would bring about a completely different journey for him.

His rest this night had been more peaceful though not perfect. He had questions for why Ruin had begun his training this way. So now perhaps it was time for him to ask them. Yesterday he'd been quiet due to the fact he just didn't know. Where to turn or go from here really. "Ruin, how do you know all this? You seem like such a master of these things." He asked her now as the female's eyes opened revealing her smile a bit. "I'm not, your father was a master in this field. He was a regular Guru when it came to this. He had a master one I'll take you too after I finish training you here. I'm going to teach you how to fight with me, you don't need to just use the powers of one. Takehiko many things lay before you and this journey the first thing you must do is find something like closure." Takehiko listened to her response in awe of his father. Tsunashi Unabara must have been a genius in that regard. But truthfully he found little information on his father the warrior.
Why had he chosen to give up that life and venture into politics? So many questions were left without answers. Takehiko felt much regret on this subject as it stood. "Enough wasting time, it's time for the Fourth Chakra, it's at your heart." She said putting her hand over his heart as they ventured outside. Takehiko's heartbeat was soft against the hand of the woman. As he listened to her voice. Sitting down outside the abandoned home he prepared himself. " Grief is the next Chakra point's blockage. You must lay it all the grief before you everything." Slowly he inhaled a breath focusing as the world around him vanished. A place of green color formed around him. Whirling and twisting to form as the Unabara family members appeared. But at the head of them were his mother and father. The people he so keenly missed and felt lost without. Takehiko was a Kuchiki who felt alone and burdened. As though because his parents were gone, he didn't belong anywhere.
Reaching out as he saw his father and mother's face he wished to make contact. But within moments they caught vanished into the green clouds around him. His place had become a sky like a visage within the clouds. It was a hauntingly beautiful place of imagination. His eyes looked on sadly as he felt tears drip down his eyes. "Takehiko, your loss is indeed great. But love is a form of energy and life. Their love and that of the Unabara aren't gone. They live in your heart and have taken the form of new loves." Takehiko looked around him seeing forms coming. Byakuya who loved him despite his flaws as an uncle and family could. The head servant who'd taken care of him despite his foolishness and Ruin herself. His form came back as tears fell down his cheeks. He smiled a bit as he felt it open and become clear. Bringing his hand up he wiped at his tears now. Suffering was a part of it but it all went on and forward. Feeling pain and suffering were part of life.
The Unabara had been a proud family once of the Gotei. His eyes felt wet and his hand gently wiped away his tears. "I have always been wrapped up in myself and what I'm doing. So I never took the time to mourn them. I tried so hard to run from it by going into work. I thought if I healed people maybe I could prevent it again." Ruin's hand patted his head as he sniffled a bit feeling it. Takehiko had successfully opened that gate but he felt a sadness in him. He'd accepted his grief and did open it. "Well, growth isn't every regardless." Ruin wasn't like the master that Tsunashi had. His father was more of a specialist in that field who went elsewhere. His master was also a bit of a strange one by Ruin's mark. "No more running, I accept it. He said muttering it out now as he got up slowly moving to his bed. Onion and Banana juice waiting which he drank before shivering and falling over. His emotional stress for that had peaked highly.
Through proper preparation was here in this case. Takehiko had faced his demons so far overcoming half of them. Four of them were done with and only three remained. Ruin could help with the fifth gate as Tsunashi had. But the other two would require Tsunashi's teacher. And some digging for Takehiko himself, that was fine by her. She was more looking forward to divulging her power to him. Takehiko and she could fight as Rider and Steed were meant too. That was the goal by and large.

Three Chakras remained to open and the next three were difficult. Ruin had no illusions about it, but something told her he could. Takehiko held a purity to him that few others did. Because of a very potent purity that embraced things quickly. Takehiko claimed often to be a failure and not the genius of the Kuchiki. But that wasn't true entirely. He was smart and quick enough in his own right. Learning took time to pick things up and progress no matter who you were. You live a life where ever you are no matter if you make it or not. Takehiko was proof of that as his skills became more relaxed. This hadn't been about some cosmic power or special technique. This journey was one of self and learning so you could grow. Ruin stood over him gently brushing his hair from his eyes. She was fond of Takehiko as she was of Tsunashi. The two had left a rather effective impression on her. She'd kept Akuma rather quiet as he knew it also. These constant demons and problems Takehiko had were limiting his success.
Slowly his eyes began to open more looking left to right. Scanning the area as his sleep had become more peaceful. Nightmares had finally stopped but perhaps it was due to a sense of self. "I'm starting to see it, more clearly now. With the constant inner turmoil, I wasn't able to properly focus or grow. I ran about looking for everything instead of one thing." He said softly which Ruin offered a nod. The progress had been commendable in personal growth. The last three gates were going to be interesting. She mused as she sat down on the bed next to him. Crossing her legs into a state of meditation. She exhaled deciding it was time for him to undergo a rough day. This would be the hardest of his training days and require the most recovery time. Today he would open the last three and learn about himself more. Her hand touched his throat gently as she let her palm rest where the injury was. His eyes looked a bit depressed for a moment as he sighed.
The familiarity of it was true to her and him. She'd sat back and observed his actions with Tsubasa. She didn't intervene so a touch of guilt remained for her as well. Slowly he brought his eyes to a close sitting in the same position as her now. The world drifted away forming the familiar yet purer world inside him now. "Lies we tell ourselves block this one, you need to release the denial and lies you tell yourself." She said softly letting her voice act as a guide. The lies he told himself were complicated ones. That he was fine and he worked through his emotions. That he was doing his best to help everyone around him here. That it was for other people he wanted to move forward. "You cannot lie about your nature, you must accept who you are good and bad." Takehiko inhaled releasing his breath as Ruin pondered for a moment. Perhaps it was best to stop here, she was underprepared for the last two. She only knew they existed due to Tsunashi's teacher.
She closed her eyes thinking carefully as she knew the last had been dealt with. Perhaps it was time to further his skills in using her powers. Or perhaps further kido usage in combination with her power. "Alright, you've finished now we will get to the hard stuff. I'm going to teach you my powers." Takehiko's eyes lit up before he was flicked on the forehead by her. "Is what I'd like to say, but you aren't there yet. Using my powers hurts you, so we are going to help you make some kido off one idea in your noggin. " Takehiko had been considering a type of Tailismen Kido using black powder similar to Teneikura or Kakushitsuijaku. The issue was the user had to be familiar with Kido and know what they were doing. His head tilted to the side as she smiled a bit pointing at him. "Bingo, you got it figured out already which is good." Takehiko brought a hand to his jaw considering what that would mean here. Heaven and Earth-based Seals would work with minor spells added in on the parchment to release the spell. Bakudo and Kaido based techniques placed on parchment for his usage when required. Scaling to thirty Bakudo or Kaido so to make his life a bit easier.
Takehiko knew why she was refocusing him on his kido skills now as a person. IT was best for him to begin focusing on that. To grow his skill in the field few others bother to tread. Though the Earth Seal Bakudo and Kaido would be different. Ranging from one to thirty at his present skill. Activation would require a good amount of skill in kido. If the user was off by a bit they'd end up being blown to bits. These had as much a chance of backfiring as anything else did. The question was why did they need to be physical? He could make physical ones that were real, but he could also create them out of kido. Energy-based would save time in tight situations truthfully. But it would be dangerous to try and make all thirty of them here in total sixty kido.
Perhaps five of them each would be suitable to do in this situation. So five Bakudo and Kaido based spells. That was a simple enough matter if one broke it down really. Bakudo were binding spells and barriers. Three binding and two barriers would be suitable here. While Kaido would be focused mostly on healing the body. In which case planting the spell on a person was ideal. What could he do to help the person out? Kaido's biggest drawback had always been the fact it was slow. Perhaps a method of speeding up the healing process. Sort of enhancement of sort to make the recovery faster. He would need time to consider this all and the in's and outs of each thing. Creating new kido wasn't something from nothing. It was a touchy business no matter how you came about it.
