Surprisingly they wasn't going to do what she thought was going to happen, the girls face was still a bit dumbfounded and probably wouldn't go so well if Henrex was here..thankfully as if praised by the soul king himself she was carried off by Ulv hearing the door behind them close as the door knob was fasten locked to give privacy once the girl was finally out of that she began to release a large pent-up breath of relief. She didn't had anything too worry about after all thankfully, but now that that whole misunderstanding was taken care of Yoriko paid attention to Ulv's many methods of training and gave a few options for the girl to take.

Her eyes would be staring directly into Ulv's, her head tilting to the side on occasion giving a few simple nods and mental notes of what's to come and how each can ultimately make her a better fighter in terms of strength which was a goal she was desperately wanting to achieve. After listening for a few seconds of the methods the air was filled with silence for a few minutes as she thought carefully of what would be the most efficient method, placing a finger on her chin before her eyes lit up.

"I'd like to start off with the magical equipment first. Then the gravity room. Yoriko responded at Ulv, her once wobbly voice slowly converting to a more modulated tone as she calmed down taking deep, relaxed breaths.

ULV AUBER | THE BURNING HEART

Why was Yoriko so worried? It was like she had never listened to anything Ulv had ever said and thought she was going to bed the thing over and turn her ass red from spanking it raw. Why did everyone's mind immediately go to the gutter when it came to things like this? Still, she took her to the gym, and one of the machines were was glowing a bright amber from being infused with Ulv's reiatsu. It was a unique reiatsu in the fact that she could give it to other people, and with a little bit of work, that giving to other people became giving it to machines.

Leading Yoriko to it, the straps of the machine would suddenly shoot out and wrap themselves around Yoriko, tight and invasive as they bound her to the machine and locked her body into the pose.
"You know how we can control our reiatsu even after using it?" Ulv asked, charging a bala and firing it out, having it circle the room before returning her to demonstrate her point. "I got to thinking, what if I imbued my unique power into a machine? Could I animate it? As it turns out, yes. So you will be the first to use this machine. Any sort of movement will be met with great restraint, so feel free to go all out. You want upper body strength, use your arms and torso. Lower, legs and hips. Generalised, alternate"

Stepping into the gym Yoriko shielded her eyes as the brightness of the amber reiatsu resonated with the machines, normally they would cause a bit of humming but considering this is Ulv she's talking about it was probably working fine. Once her entire body would be strapped down by the machines straps, the girl tried to move her arms and legs but it was like lifting a 18 wheeler. Normally she would be worried but since this is training she took it without worry as she listened to Ulv's explanation on this device and using her own reiatsu as a power-source to fuel it only to see a bala blast out of her hand.

Whilst bound by these straps from the machine she could only see part of the bala has it passed through the corner of her eye, the sound loudly echocing throughout the room before reaching back towards Ulv like a boomerang. The fact of being the "first" person to only test this out was a bit worrying but it was a welcoming chance for Ulv to see what bugs or glitches that would occur in the machine just like any device. Without hesitation Yoriko wanted to focus primarily on her chest and front shoulders more, so she got in the traditional push-up position with the exception of her hands being further apart allowing her elbows to bend more when lowering herself towards the ground.

Besides the wider apart ones hands were, the more it will work her chest. Giving more emphasis on her pectoral strength. As she did this she could feel the restraints pulling her back like a giant magnet attracting a large metal object, a small grunt could be heard but she wasn't going to be deterred so easily.

"You weren't kidding about the restraints."
The amount she would do would be small two sets of ten followed by a quick break to get her bearings before starting with it once again for another time this time increasing the reps to fifthteen instead, this would continue for about 5 minutes orso. Next after doing a few reps of fifthteen with a total set of two she would begin to place her palms on the floor essentially Dips, and extending her legs in front of her. Making sure to lower her body until both her upper arms were parallel to the floor, but no lower. Extending her elbows to come up.

The girl was already sweating at this point but this wasn't going to be an issue, besides this was going to be a challenge she would eventually overcome and assuming she gets accustomed to the current restraints Ulv would probably increase it more and more.
