» Personality: Unfettered enjoyment of life, Izanami is not one for social constraints or anything that might be considered dignity. She has a powerful sense of pride and respect, and so has no qualms doing things that others might balk at for the sake of saving face. Coming from the Golden Age of Wulin, Izanami still feels that one's Face can be restored with martial prowess if it is ever lost. But to strike out again mere word and rumor is to confirm them and to show yourself as mentally weak and easily manipulated.

While she had no trouble using the strength she had in abundance, the Golden Age was one of appropriate strength. Never overpower an inferior opponent for your own ego, never strike against the harmless or the unready, and never provoke a fight that you will obviously win, for the sake of winning it. This created a unique sort of pride that clashes with modern principles, and will certainly make a mess as it comes to ahead.

While self-serving like most Cultivators, a strong emphasis on her own progression and well-being first and foremost (Outside of Renhoju, but with Izanagi's interment, such a state can not be called) Izanami can still be seen performing entirely selfless acts seemingly for the act's own sake. This comes from the Golden Age, where even the greatest of heroes would seek to improve themselves before anything else, so that they may help a greater number of people with their strength. While such concepts are hard to comprehend for the modern person, Izanami lives passionately by them and is entirely unaware that some might see it hypocritical or oxymoronical.

Modern History:

Izanami has very little grasp on the modern world. Connected to the modern form of Wulin exclusively through her heritage, Izanami is exploring the world to see what changes have been made in her long time away. And who knows, maybe she'll make a new name for herself in this modern world. Or new children. Either would be fine.



» Powers:

Dantian: Tai Chi/Shinmeiryuu Twelve Lightning Bolts Yu-Shan 5. Cheong-Bu Fourth Realm Lusterious Grade. Blood Fist Three Drop Blood Of Giants.

Cultivation Technique - Nine Heavenly Maidens: Izanami's own Golden Age era Yu-Shan Cultivation Technique uses powers and forms long lost to modern Wulin. With these, she can split herself into nine separate people, and Cultivate nine times faster than a normal person. Though, it has no application in combat since the other eight are feeble creatures and Izanami herself is weakened considerably in the split.

Lightning Dragon Wings: Wings torn from the back of Trailong, the Thunderous Sky Dragon, Izanami can call them out of her back and spread them to give her high-speed flight and enhance the electrical potency of her Dantian. Though, sustaining flight is an exhaustive task and it speeds up how fast she drains her already (relatively) small Dantian.

Tai Chi Rank 10 - Falling Divinity, Heaven Shattering Thunder: The base concept of Three Thunder Fists, not so much turned up to 11 as it is shattering the volume knob entirely. The focus of incredible amounts of Shen into the fist is compacted and then released in a punch, causing tremendous devastation to the landscape and whoever you hit with it. It's nature means it does not technically cost the user anything, but on the other hand can only be used once in a fight, and takes several hours of meditation to regain, making it a last-ditch attempt rather than a trump card.

Raijin Lightfoot: A superior variant of the Lightfoot technique used by Wulin Cultivators, it can only be used by those with the Twelve Lightning Bolts dantian. Charging their feet with the power, a crackling energy allows for faster movement when using Lightfoot, and scales with the Dantian.
