"Put one of them..." Sylvia repeated after the redhead under her breath, with no small hint of apprehension in her voice. What bit of good will Ulv had earned from her thus far was tossed aside as more inappropriate flirting was to be made, and she pursed the corner of her mouth in thought.
Dammit, she thought to herself. She couldn't go and upset the woman now of all times...
"Fine." She ultimately gave in with a brief sigh. The enticing smell of the tea would just have to wait for a little longer, even if... Why did she smell a fire, anyways? With quick, efficient movements, she picked up both outfits and draped them over one arm. "I'm Sylvia, by the way. Sylvia Brauer. Care to show me to somewhere private, to change?"

ULV AUBER | THE BURNING HEART
"I mean, yea. You want to go to the Vandenriech, right? So wearing the uniform is the obvious first step to doing that. Else someone might mistake you for a tourist and get treated like one then kicked out at the end of the day. I am just helping you with your goals" Ulv shrugged and put the tea on the table, and then turned back to the woman when she picked up the uniforms and asked for a private place. The look on Ulv's face was not one of lewdness or sultry teasing, she was wholly and completely being serious as she spoke.
"You can get changed here, darling. Nobody is going to walk in on you. The maid doesn't come in till tomorrow and the door weights a literal ton. So there is nobody to walk in on you" Ulv finished, taking a seat and her tea, sipping it gently. "There is plenty more to do after you get dressed, so dragging it out will only make this whole thing take longer"

Again, she pursed the corner of her mouth only to give in to the woman's wishes. The news that the door weighed a literal ton worried her a little, but there was nothing to do about it now.
With a sigh, Sylvia laid the clothes back on the table and quickly began to undress. First her shoes as she undid the clasp in her belt, then the trousers came off. She wasn't quite sure if she was fortunate or not for having worn the lacy little number as underclothes, and turned away from Ulv to pull herself into the long skirt just as quickly. The leggings followed, then her top came off. In a couple of minutes, she was fully dressed again in the more conservative of the two outfits, though far from comfortable.
It was just quite too big for her.
"It's..." She tried to come up with something to say, anything that wouldn't draw the woman's ire. She wasn't entirely convinced in trying on the other outfit. Turning back around to face Ulv, she drew another small amount of reishi from the room, and the portions of the coat and leggings that were ill-fitting quickly cinched together into a more aesthetically pleasing -and comfortable- form.
"It needs a little tailoring." The Quincy's voice had lost most of its irritation, only to replace it with... fascination. She didn't much mind the long skirt, but she didn't look half-bad, if she said so herself. Her eyes had quickly found the large mirror on the wall, and she couldn't help but to pose a little and turn to better see her reflection.
There was no hiding the faint smile, no matter how hard she fought it.

ULV AUBER | THE BURNING HEART
Ulv watched, like it was something she saw every day. Which, she pretty much did, because that was the benefit of being Ulv. The woman had a nice body and good fashion sense from the underwear she chose to put on today. And she wasn't exactly going to see her boyfriend either. Maybe she just liked looking pretty? Lovely sort of girl for it.
"Mmm, I can modify the clothes to some extent because the fibres in them are partially my reiatsu. So they can grow or shrink some depending on what is needed. But, your strings work just as well"
And then there was the fascination. The smile, the enjoyment of herself. It was nice to feel her having such emotions.
"Though your feelings are certainly true. You look radiant in that outfit, Sylvia. The Quincy will be glad to have you, if you can prove you are worth their time" she stood up and handed the medallion to Sylvia. Slightly more powerful than the usual medallion, it was nothing to write home about, but there was a feeling of purity to it that was lacking in the other stars. "Can you construct your Spirit Weapon yet, or do you need help with that?"

Pulling her attention away from the mirror, Sylvia took the medallion from the strange woman quickly. She still wasn't comfortable with being touched by this person. Even so, she looked over the piece of jewelry, and remarked the unfamiliar... potency of the reishi that surrounded it.
How someone could make such a thing was truly beyond her comprehension.
"Yes," she replied while stepping back from Ulv again. This time, she made certain to be away from any furniture in the room, and not just the woman, then outstretched her left arm. In an instant, a longbow nearly as tall as her appeared in the hand opposite her leiden hant. "Bogen Verloren has taken the lives of many Hollow already. And, though it leaves me weak after, I can use the Quincy: Letzt Stil, as well." Without further need for her demonstration, the weapon vanished just as quickly as it'd appeared.
"About this," she turned the conversation towards the medallion still held in her gloved hand. "I've never felt something this... pure. What is it?"

The bow was pretty normal for the power level. She didn't elaborate on her special abilities or anything like that, though did say she had Letz Stil. It was a crapshoot of a technique, but seemed much easier to master these days than it used to be. More power to the Quincies was always good though, poor guys put a plural in geoncide.
"Excellent. Uniform, spirit weapon, a nice ass. You check all three of the boxes that I require to suggest someone into the Vandenreich. I can take you there now if you want, or I can write you a letter and you can make your own way there, either works"
The question of the star was an interesting one. Though, being a Quincy, she probably felt it's energy signature much better than Ulv did or even could.
"Ahh, that little thing. Well, I thought to myself 'Why do Quincy Arrows kill Hollows when a Supernatural Human or well literally every other race in the omniverse doesn't kill a Hollow'. So I did some studying and this got made. The Purity Star. With it, you can clense a Hollow's soul and send him into the Soul Cycle - or to Hell - without having to worry that to much Quincying' is going to be the Final Apocolypse Of Everything"

What the woman said certainly made a good deal of sense. After all, her parents and teachers both had warned her to be careful when exterminating Hollow, lest she draw the attention of Soul Society, or even worse factions. She didn't have much of an opinion about this new information, one way or the other. A dead Hollow was still a dead Hollow, after all.
"The Vandenreich is here, then?" She asked while stowing away the medallion in one of the coat's pockets. She purposefully ignored the... compliment for the sake of her own sanity. "To be honest, I spent the last of my money to come here. I won't be able to travel for a few days, at least."

"Not here, no. But when you are me, you don't really bother about the little thing called distance. I can clear some eight hundred miles in an hour. And if you can't travel, then I can just take you there. Free food and lodging once you are part of it, and I can tell them that you meet all the criteria to be an Ulv Girl, Maker Of Cakes. Of course, you can decide you want a different part to play in the Vandenreich but Ulv Girls the best hugs out of everyone besides the Elect herself. And she married me to get the best hugs"
Ulv was, by this point, whimsical and playful with Sylvia. The woman had made it clear enough she didn't want to be touched, so Ulv restrained her tactile desires and just offered the way to the Vandenriech.
"Alternatively, I can just call for a representative to come here and pick you up? Either way works for me"

Sylvia wasn't entirely sure whether or not the woman was joking, at first. She certainly wouldn't put it past the eccentric redhead to have such a group within the Vandenreich at this point. The more she thought of it, the funnier the whole idea sounded, leading to a small giggle escaping the Quincy before she could stop herself.
"A representative will be fine. Thank you." She was genuine in her appreciation, even more so since the woman finally seemed able to respect her wishes. With no further distractions, she took a seat at the small table. "Now, about that tea?"
