He is a short kid with a mind of teenager.He loves to have fun,fight, and flirt even in his current size.He laughs and smirks at people misery, and often plays pranks on them.He is always doing something new, and causing mischeif when he is allowed.He is usally always smiling towards all and helps out his comarades when needed.He tends to turn sadistic toward the people he is fighting.He gets cranky if he don't eat any candy for a certain amount of time.He likes to act like a smartass to people he knows.He tends to walk upside down as he talks to people.He likes humans for thier souls and to hit on human girls before he kills them.He tends to call other arrancars his brother or sisters depending on thier race.

It's not a sword at all it is a small blade about half of a normal Zanpakuto.

Racial Abilities:

Cero:are high-powered energy blasts that can be
fired from various body parts, such as mouth, tongue, hand or fingers which is very powerful but depends on the arrancar power.

Gran Rey Cero:A Cero that only Espada are
capable of using. It is performed by mixing an Espada's own blood with
the Cero. The result is a Cero with a much greater attack power and
speed as well as a change of color unique to the Espada. It is also many
times more powerful than a normal Cero, capable of disturbing the
fabric of space, it also seems to spin like a razor upon release as it
compresses and decompresses due to the sheer speed and raw power. It is a
drastically potent Cero, used only by the Espada themselves.

Hirro:hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual pressure While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutō
bare-handed,but depends on the strength of the arrancar an the attack he is blocking.

Sonído:technique used by Arrancar which allows them to move at extreme speeds,
making it highly similar to flash step but makes a sound

Bala:Arrancar alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritaul pressure and fires it like a bullet. Although it is weaker than a normal cero it goes much faster then a cero would.

Compressed Spiritual pressure:He can hide his spiritaul pressure much easier then most arrancar so hiding, and blending into the area is simple for him.

Garganta:To tear the dimensional fabric into two and can take you to the places as well as earth.

Pesquisa:An Arrancar's ability to detect, sense and gauge the amount of Reiatsu in his or her vicinity.

Star binding Cero:It would look like a normal cero being fired but then it changes into 5 different straight lines being shot that would peirce the oppenents skin.The attack would aim for both your arms,both the legs, and the middle of the body that looks like a star.This is not a killing move but a binding move as instead of blowing up it makes the cero solid that it sticks inside to the oppenents body for one post

Resereccion Appearance:
He gains dark bone wings that look like scythes as his bone comes over his face to act like a mask.His whole body gains armor and shows his red hair flowing around.

Resereccion Abilities:
The ability to reanimate the area he is in. His power can change his appearance to others as change to look like a soul reaper,human,etc.He can change the area around him as to blend into the background hidden.He can cause your mind to react like he isn't there but just showing you the same area over, and over again.Decoys and mirages can mess with his oppenents.

Description:When released he can make his own space of reality that he can change.Of course the enemy has to be in the area when it's been used for them to be in it.(limit is 4 posts)(cool down 3 posts)

The bone wings are changed with his Neon aura coming from them.His mask changes to show it longer and horns coming from the top of it.He grows a bone/steel tail and his clothe changes to a dark cloak

History:
Human Life
He had a good life growing up till he was 12, but that all changed when he started to tell trick his freinds into doing things for him.He started to cause problems along the with his parents as well , and tricking them to believe that the younger brother broken things and hanged out with gangs.When he was 15 he started to take his highschool over by tricking other schools to fight each others for power, as he used this to raise to power in the highschool.After he hit 17 he got into a gang that tried to rob all the banks, as he used other people to do his bidding a police stoped him and questioned him as he was going to tell the true about why he was here. He got shot by another group and the cop got to cover and chased them down.Neon was on the floor bleeding as something black came around me, and Laughed.Neon got up and told it why did it care about what happened at all.It said that to become stronger,you must die and go with me.Soon he felt himself leave his body as the pain went away. Neon saw my body from the other side.The black thing came at Neon and ate his whole soul, he never saw that coming.

Hollow life
Neon soon woke up from the blackness In a spider body in the desert, and started to walk around the sands.He came across a group black things and talked to them as they told him he was a hollow.They started to say that you need to become stronger by eating other hollows or souls.He joined there group being the 4th member as they fought hollow after hollow and ate thier body whole.He was the first one to evolve, and take to the next level.One of his brother was mad that he just got here a 10 years ago and evolve before him since he was here for 30 years.He ended up killing him and eating his body whole.Neon became the leader of the group, as he would find the other hollow groups he would try to turn them on thier own group after group, and come in to take them out after there killed. 229 years later he got to my last form before becoming a Arrancer he lead the same group of 3 to find a way to transform.

Arrancar
Neon fought with them so long, and hard that he consider them his family.Then one day a group of before forms Arrancers came at us.Neon tryed to turn them on each other but they were smarter then that, and started to attack.He took out most of them while my brothers were still fighting, and then out of nowhere a hollow stronger then himself came.He said to attack us, and soon knew that we couldn't win but then his brothers went to hold him still.They said to kill them along with him, and he did without regret.Neon ate all the enemy bodys first, then went to look at his comarades, and ate them as well.Neon then roared loudly for all to hear but as he did his roar it sounded different like human talk.He saw his hand that looked normal, and finally saw that he was a Arrancar.He remembered most of his memories at that instant, and smirked that he did indeed live like the hollow said.He then headed towards Las noches, and start his climb to power from thier.

The sound of water and the wind in the air could be hear.Neon sat down in a human form as he looks around the lonely forest.He isn't wear his arrancar clothe and was enjoying the sun.He never hated the human world like his other friends did and enjoyed coming here in his free time.Of course he still hates most humans,but he likes to kill the bad souls first.He soon got up, and walked around the river in peace.He was sporting his usual human clothe of a skull shirt,his wavy red hair, and his weird pink eyes.

He soon went into the city as he found the same candy shop he likes.He went in and bought some candy, as he soon left.He walked as he unwraped the chocolate bar and put it into his mouth.He soon hear the sound of a truck, as he crossed the street on a green light.He stoped and saw the truck was about to hit him.He soon put his hand up in front of him, as he used the hirro to stop the truck as it flipped over.

The people were panicing as the oil tanker was dripping all over the ground.He soon walked up to it, and pulled out his blade.He soon slashed it into the ground causing a spark and setting the oil ablaze."Good luck in hell"He said as he sonido away, as the oil tanker blew up and the area was lit on fire.He watched from above as he smiled, and Garganta back to las noches.

Also, I didn't notice this in my earlier look, but you need to redo your history so that it's not in first person.

Finally, MORE detail is needed. I know it might be a bit of an ask, but some of these powers are exceptionally vague.
