You're not going to get any fancy template from me, but here we go.

SE while he was on staff and an admin. He conducted himself well while representing the site often taking great strides to make sure communication was smooth between all parties. He worked extensively in the background to make WWIV function and get up and running. Went above and beyond with his assessments to improve staff members showcasing a want to not only improve staff as workers, but make them more effective in their management.

So with him stepping into an advisor role, I just wanted to draw attention to his superb work while actively being an admin.
