I Rish upon a Star

As she started speaking the man seemed to gain all he needed to know about this girl, she was intriguing she was odd and she made him smile but she was naive, coming here to help those who were once terrorists? she really didn't understand this situation did she. Maybe shed found good maybe she was playing at the whole "I've changed" shit, truth was he didn't really care.


As she stood talking he'd find himself walking over collecting a glass as he poured himself a scotch a chuckle or two escaping him as she talked of people throwing buses and crushing others. He didn't mind this chat, honestly at this point it was alleviating his boredom. From the moment he got away he'd been fearing someone hunting him down and now this red haired girl appeared before i'm speaking about how she wants to help the misunderstood of the monsuta? the only misunderstanding he ever had being apart of them was that he didn't like being a mutt the rest of it? it was alright, he never did worry to much about the whole terrorist thing. And as he sat he'd address the girl a smile and a wave for her to join him, his words coming out a little brash yet with all the undertones of a joke.

"That's odd, i never knew a piece of metal stopped people from fuckin? guess ill have to have some strong words to me local jeweler, shame too ... don't think he has fire insurance."

There were a few red lights that kept arising with this girl her power was unbelievable he knew that but he knew some privatized shit and the moment the name Hayden came out his laugh almost had him spitting out his drink. Sure maybe he was reaching maybe it was someone else, but 2 monstrous do gooders like them? in Balors mind it being another Hayden was a very small case to it. So as he sat there he'd begin leaning forward he'd rub his hands together the metal of his rings scraping one another as he did so. The smile ever present as he seemed to get real serious, words arcing forth with a purpose.


"Ill be right honest right now, and trust me its a first. I don't think were anything alike love and I sure ain't ya fucking friend lass, this play date is happening cause ya busted into my house, who the fuck are ya? cause right now i'm beginning to think you might not actually know who i am~"

"Wolf, love you and i are both pigs. You probably think im a weakling, nothing in comparison to you. Honestly love I've felt someone far scarier than you~ not to mention you lack hubris, Giants die all the time... even the demon king Balor fell."

Maybe it was a bit of a jab and nod to his identity, after all among the people of monsuta a fair few would've heard of that name. A name of a man apart of the literal dead guard. But he enjoyed this moment talking was fun to him, little did she know even with all her massive powers his power could already be active, itd literally only take a word for him to start fucking around with her mind, even those with strong mental defenses had vulnerability to some of the things he was capable of.

But he didn't let his enjoyment control him, playing with people was a secondary action he was fully aware of how outmatched he was, but she didn't seem to be holding any sort of guard, it was kinda foolish in Balors mind. but he sat there pouring himself another scotch as he laugh along nodding at her statement of chastity belts and wolves stirring in his mind.

"I ain't out to fuck you it'd be nice sure, but honestly i'm obviously saving me self for marriage. You asked how i feel about it, should i cry into ya shoulder about my crimes. Tell ya bout how i'm ready to be the good guy? I feel nothing, i killed a lot of people... and i sleep like a babe, sometimes i wonder if i'm evil? Ya ever wondered that giantess?"

his glass would retreat to his lips as he said those last words staring at the malt liquid within the cup waiting for this woman's answer, though he was almost certain he knew what it would be. After all of this he truly expected her to turn upon him probably attack but outright he seemed a little remorseful, not for those he may have killed but this woman before him. For as strong as she seemed Balor couldn't help but consider her to be to jaded to be among those that called themselves beasts. After all he was still alive right now.

"I see, ya know you are quite intriguing love ya got all those stories and you're even so understanding its so refreshing. excuse me for just one moment love."

He rose up heading back over towards the liquor cabinet, the calmness around this dog almost unnatural giving it a small nod as he searched the cabinet grabbing out a bottle of brandy he'd been saving, aged for several years and right now seemed like a perfect time for it. The Irishman would simply pull the cork downing the bottle sculling half of it with a vigor that was almost unnatural. As he finished he drew back coughing a little from the burning liquid sliding down his throat, a smile of just pure enjoyment crossing his face.

Within a second he'd turn his eyes from the girl to the bottle ... and then he'd smash this beautifully crafted glass bottle into his head. With a crash it smashed open glass going everywhere, the floor and into his head included. Blood began pouring forth as he let out a long exasperated "Fuck." but it didn't finish there within the next second he began breaking things throwing his own property around smashing the tv and upturning furniture. he had ended up within seconds trashing this place completely, and before he was done he'd walk back to the cabinet filled with alcohol proceeding to place his arm within it as he began to twist .... and then the sound of bone breaking with a hellish scream following came forth.

The man stand before her a bloodied and outright broken mess the place around her trashed the psyche of this man would likely very much be in question. But as he looked to her giving her a signal as if to ask for 1 more moment he'd pull forth his phone, dialing a number whilst he smiled back in that ever so friendly manner. A manner that shifted completely when the call was answered, his tone and voice becoming frantic scared the man even crying as he spoke... a true master class in lying.

"Please, i need help, my address is fourteen Aurora, the penthouse. Shes insane, she broke into my house! hurry please she's beating me shes so powerful... i think shes one of those powered beings? Shes been threatening me telling me her wolf is going to split me in half .. she said shes evil and she kills without remorse.. i... i think shes going to kill me."

As his words finished his phone would be dropped upon the floor right before he stomped it into oblivion, mid call. His hands wiped the tears that blubbered down his face free and he'd return to his chair grabbing another bottle of alcohol free as he did. And so he'd sit back with this girl his absolute friendly demeanor reemerging as he resumed this talk.

"Now then... where were we?."
