Personality: Sarcastic, rather bold. While a gentleman in most ways, his newfound powers have brought about a more sinister side. While he knows he is strong, he knows there are stronger people out there. He's become a schemer, and tends to use his 'powers' for his own personal deeds. He falls in love easily, and holds a vicious grudge against those who dishonor him in any way.

He likes to make dry jokes, but can be a bit of a downer sometimes. He's very pessimistic and always expects the worse case scenario. He's not the type to turn on allies, but he grows suspicious easily. He's very charismatic, and has a charming tongue. Otherwise, he's void of most personality. By hiding his real intentions, it becomes almost impossible to read him. A criminal cannot be an open book.

Power Development Stage 1 Appearance: A simple black ring appears on both of his middle fingers.
Power Development Stage 1 Abilities: He has the power to create and CHANGE the energies of fire, electricity, light, and kineticism.

He can create an energy once per second. When he creates an energy, it leaps from one, or both, of his palms. He cannot control the elements. They act like they normally would. If he's wearing an aluminum hat and creates lightning, he'd likely fry himself.
Fire explode forward.
Light spreads brightly forward.
Kineticism is essentially the energy of movement: moving or completely stopped. He can create kinetic or potential energy. A palm charged with kinetic energy could level a car, while potential energy could halt one in its' tracks.

Every 1.5 seconds of charging time he can change an energy into another type within a 50 ft. radius, as long as that energy is strong enough. Example: he can turn a ray of light into a ray of pure electricity 1.5 seconds after creating the light. Also, if he were to fire a bullet, he could turn its' physical impact, its' kinetic force, into a burst of flame... essentially turning the bullet into an explosive missile.

Power Development Stage 2 Appearance: All 4 of his fingers on each hand now have a ring that correspond to different energies: white on the pinky, blue on the ring finger, black on the middle finger, red on the index.
Power Development Stage 2 Abilities: He now has slight control over the energies, and his charging time has reduced to every half second for creation, and 1 second for changing.

Light can now be turned into an all encompassing orb of blinding light. It wouldn't be wise to change this one into a harmful energy, as it would hurt him as well.

Fire can now be channeled into a fireball or a steady stream.

Lightning can be channeled to different levels at this point. He can turn his palms into electromagnets.

He can now create projectiles of kinetic energy, as well as create a forcefield of potential energy.



Background:
A man who once dabbled in the paranormal, Max constantly found himself running into the invisible forces at work. It wasn't uncommon for him to get injured in his hobby. As the days went on, the hobbyist began to see strange illusions at these sites. Strange masked creatures, and people dressed in black and white. As the years went on, the visions became clearer. What he didn't know, was that his constant presence around these beings was awakening a part of him that almost no human ever has a chance to see.

One day he found himself donning 2 black rings, which he was unable to remove. A few hours passed, and the rings vanished. While at a site, he also found himself able to completely see the masked beast in front of him, which wanted desperately to devour him. When he realized running was useless, he stuck his palms out in fear. The creature's thunderous feet burst into flame, causing fire to rip its' legs asunder. the black rings were on his hand again. As the creature burnt to a crisp in front of him, he began to realize the purpose of these odd rings. He began to train, and soon he understood how to use his powers to a slight extent. He knew the timing. He knew the emotions he needed. He knew... he could do whatever he wanted, and no one could stop him. No one except the ones in black. He would have to avoid them, for now... But eventually, he would likely be forced to fight.

posts 87-90 are my fight with Alice, a witch guarding Wonderland in one of my rp's on the BA. Despite the universe being bleach based, I know fully well this isn't canon. BA's like the gaia of Bleach rp's. I don't give a crap about canon on there anymore. The reason why there are so many posts is because BA has a 10,000 character limit on posts. My character is the 7th division captain, and he's comparable to a low-level Yamamoto-Jii. so yes, I know he's a little over the top.
