THE FLAME OF HOPE
Artist: Hammerfall - Song: Heart's On Fire
The War, had begun. Which, was not a massive problem for Ulv, since she was keeping herself out of it and only going to the battlefield to help those caught in the crossfire after the fighting had ended. Maybe someone would take offense at that and start a fight, but they wouldn't really gain anything from fighting Ulv, and Ulv was a powerful woman to clash with for no gain. This, was logic, and she hoped people would use it. But at the same time, if they had used logic they wouldn't be here in the first place, getting people killed.
Sighing softly, and throwing her ball, the Devil Bonds around her wrist dropped down to 0% so she could throw it with all her might, and then snapped back to 75% after it was thrown. What kind of training would this be if she wasn't taking more than her full strength? Planting her feet and preparing for the return of the ball, Ulv took a breath and watched the Chi Sphere come screaming back to her. Holding out the opposite hand to the one that had thrown it, Ulv caught the ball, and felt the force of the impact immediately.
Managing to keep her feet only because of the stance she had taken before hand, she was still blown backwards, feet scrapping along the ground until she bashed into a tree which halted her. Letting out a sigh, and tossing the ball back to her other hand, she didn't feel too bruised by the impact. Durability was the one thing not hampered by the bond. And that was a good thing because it prevented her from going snap when the bloody ball smashed into her at mach 1 and tried to rip her arm off. There were some times she was so thankful for her body.
