I need Algos to otherwise be updated for WW4 when it kicks off. Therefore, I'm going to go ahead and get her app in the works. I don't have a set word count goal for it, however. I'm just going to write until I feel everything I need to is out for this app.

[EXPANDING IDEAS FOR ALGOS]

Indulgent: Similar to her mother, Algos isn't one to turn away from a good time. Therefore, The Princess of Demon World likes to enjoy the finer times such as good food, company, wine, entertainment, and conversation. While the pleasures of pain are quite the marvelous things to seek joy in, one cannot spend their lives in a constant state of conflict, battle, mayhem, and suffering. So finding serenity in the creature comforts of the world is something which helps to hold her over until a spectacular feast of suffering can be indulged upon herself.

Merciful: Surprisingly, there is a fair bit of mercy which exist inside of the being of Algos. This is perhaps still tethered to the connections she forged with her other half, but The Princess is known to spare of others if they willing to cease fighting against her, or if they don't have the means to. Furthermore, she sees no harm in sparing others if they live to suffer another day. After all: the more beings there are in this universe, the more chances there are for the seeds of suffering and pain to blossom. So perhaps this element of her personality isn't solely there for selfless or noble reasons. It just shows Algos that can be reasoned with if a plausible case is presented to her.

Cannibalistic: Algos has no issues with devouring the flesh of her own kind. Perhaps it is taboo to perform such an act, but flame of life is forfeit to her when one decides to become her enemy. Therefore, in the field of war, there is no such thing as an act too far depraved as far as she is concerned. Ergo, it is not uncommon for her to take the flesh of those whom she has slain back to her places of residence to store, save and savor at later dates. She states that the food given to her by the rotting corpses of her enemies' bodies gives her a new kind of life as the suffering of their death and the distress of having consumed a whole spirit is a delicacy that is far out of this world and hard to put into words.

Charitable And Helpful: Algos is also known to be charitable when she feels the mood is right. Again, both she and Neoveta were essentially the same person for quite the longest period of time, so its inevitable other traits of Algea would brush off upon her. And this side of herself is shown with how The Princess isn't shy about donating her resources to needy demons who require her assistance, healing the sick under the kingdoms or regions that Shadow Fall possesses or assisting family members who are down with her time and love. It's for these reasons why Algos never once thought of herself as a terrible entity. A monster? Sure. She's killed and skewered a lot of souls. But she believes her reasons more than justify the ends and thus makes her a good person by demon standards. To hell with whatever her enemies think of her as they do not mold the psyche of this woman.

Above all else, she feels that with each assisting action she lends the world her people live in, the more love is generated in her heart which otherwise fuels Algos's more chaotic personality traits. As it is that feeling of being of use, having her mark on this world and being loved by the people which makes her want to continue these efforts toward trying to be quite a gracious Princess. It is why she does not necessarily see herself as above the people she serves as opposed to being a vessel they can look up to for strength much like her own mothers, Khala and Mana. If the people whom possess all the power in this world aren't able to be looked upon for guidance and strength, then of what use are they to the world? That is how Algos sees this whole aspect of her persona as. It's a means to an end for her people.

Social: Algos is quite the social creature if one gives her the chances to otherwise speak up in any setting. Since she is often in a far greater mood than her former incarnation, there is no harm in giving the gift of gab to people willing to listen to her speak. Prattling on about nothing, or the mysteries of the cosmos, Algos is someone who feels the need to constantly keep the tempo moving in a conversation to prevent moments of lag so that her mind is constantly occupied with something. Given that she lived a lot of her former life in silence, being able to speak such words into existence fills her spirit with comfort from what she understands herself.

It's also quite a useful skill for a royal to have. If she is going to be The Princess of Demon World, then it only makes sense that she'd have the ability to speak to whoever desires to sit down with her presence. So she finds herself capable of speaking to the poorest bastard in the slums of the demon world, all the way to the most elite and powerful that touch upon the horizon of the gods themselves without much issue.

Masochistic: It stands without reason that a creature which finds it's pleasure from the depths of pains will not also derive ecstasy from having that physical or mental suffering inflicted upon itself. This is the case for Algos because it only serves to make her stronger in the perception that this demon has. Yes, it does allow her to become physically stronger to a limit, but this goes much deeper than that. Every last bit of pain that is ingested into her being are tools to otherwise make her stronger in a spiritual sense.

The more potent the pain is, the more powerful the upgrades of the mind will become if one is able to process it and move beyond whatever trivial suffering that is immense in the moment. This is because the nature of this world of the supernatural thrives on the concepts of the sentimental and beings of great power such as Algos can only seek to thrive in it if they add this value system to their core prowess. Therefore, her heart holds a great sentimental value to enduring this foul pain which consumes the essence of her soul is one of the Algea sisters of the Greek goddess that is Eris.

Furthermore, given that the greatest things in this life are not attained often without pain, allowing one's self to become humbled by sufferings glowing touch lets a person achieve the grandness beyond their wildest dreams. To become a student of pain is to allow your spirit to blossom into a fruit which is ripe from the seeds of torment which helped ripen the tender taste of your soul. And that is all the reason in the world that anyone could hope to make pain their best friend. As, no matter what route you chose in this life, it's inevitable that pain will pierce your spirit. SO why not embrace it and allow it to bring you to heights which were all but unimaginable to you before?

Yet, even with that being the case, there is almost a sense of love connected with her desire to feel pain. Abuse was so ingrained into the life of both halves of herself that she almost believes there is only love for her when someone uses and abuses her. It's almost sickening how intertwined these core feelings are with the depth of Algos's spirit, but she adores it none the less as this is the experiences of her foul life blooming into the flower of carnage that she has developed into over these past few years.

Sadistic: And, as one would have guessed, there is a strong desire inside of Neoveta to harm others around her. To exert the fortunate of pain upon others is a blessing as far as she is concerned. If more suffering is produced in the world, it can only mean that the blossoming of further fruit in the future is being sowed for herself to later indulge on. And, not only that, but her body gets tons of great pleasure seeing others in such distress. So why would it not be in her favor to be a bit sadistic, no?

Of course, some of this was learned behavior from her development into becoming a proper Asthavon. Savagery was quite common with the demonic characters she hung around. Many of the more powerful in her family were some of the most violent beings in existence as far as how their power was feared throughout the known lands. So it makes sense that the instinct to invoke carnage, destruction, and hell wherever she goes is embedded deep within the corners of her mind and body. It is all her environment ever was and Algos is the formation of that brutality made into a matured form.

As, if nothing else, Algos understands that exerting her will and force upon the world will ensure her protection, safety, and advancement of whatever goals her spirit may have. That is why she has no reservations about getting off on the pain of others because she knows if her enemies had the chance that they'd waste no time infusing her into a world of hellish pain. So, with that knowledge, why should she hold back against them? They'd not give her a single ounce of mercy even if she pleaded with them, so they should suffer and be laughed as her hand plays with their fate in the most tormentful of ways.

Cheerful: Even if Algos is an entity which thrives off of suffering and distress, that does not mean she is a creature that is gloomy, sad or even irritable. Given that the world is essentially going to hell in a handbasket around her, it only means she has all the reason in the cosmos to be thrilled with how the world is otherwise crumbling. This is because it induces such high amounts of pain in existence that she can't help but be happy with how the tides are changing as far as she is concerned.

However, more than that, there is an Asthavon trait that usually allows them to be so chipper in the face of glum circumstances. And, much like her mother, Algos seems to possess this trait as well in her. Even if her own life was on the brink of ending, Algos can't see herself but facing that pain with nothing but a smile. Will she be pissed getting there? Perhaps. Will it be more agonizing than she imagines? Maybe. But for the time being, Algos believes there is nothing that can take away her jovial nature to otherwise enjoy this life.

This cheerful nature is there for good reason as she refuses to let the time that she has in existence be ruined by the immense amount of glum her former self-possessed when they were still one. Remembering Algea's grief, sadness, isolation and hurt leave nothing but a bitter taste in the mouth of Algos. So, with this new life she has been given, she wants nothing more than to be the pilot of her own ship and street towards the skies total bliss to make pleasure of this finite lifetime. Even if all is taken from her, Algos herself is in charge of finding ways to seek happiness even when her heart is consumed by nothing but a sea of endless pain. She cannot lose that flame of happiness no matter what happens in this cosmos.

Loving: Even if her existence is corrupted in the vessel of Algos, the true love of Neoveta's heart still beats strongly in her Inverse. The primary difference is that Algos isn't afraid to show it, give it and expose herself to the pain which true love necessitates in her mind. Even if her love is rejected over a thousand time, the concept that she is a being which otherwise thrives on suffering will allow her to process the pain, flourish in the anguish and move forward. Whereas the original Neoveta lacked the convictions needed to express such sentiments to the high degree that Algos has. At least, that is the perception which this creature has.

This version of Neoveta feels that it has the capacity to honestly and wholly articulate deep, profound and loving sentiments about how she feels towards others, the world and the concepts of life itself without missing a heartbeat. And that is because she feels such a strong craving for that attention, that love and that embrace of inflamed feeling that she will do almost anything to hold it in her claws. It is the reason why Algos almost believes her form of love is possessive as she will go through great lengths to keep those in her family at her side, to maintain the inferno of passion in her heart and to otherwise skewer anything and everyone who threatens to take that love away.

The original Neoveta lacked the strength, willpower, and insight to otherwise protect that which she loved. Her love interests, family and goals all died under the weight of her own cowardice and inaction. Therefore, Algos seeks right those wrongs with her bold approach to saving the things which are near and dear to her heart even if it lessens her safety, even if makes her look a freak and even if it otherwise threatens to take away her life Algos will hold on to that feeling of love as she craves it to exist in this painful universe she calls home. As the core of Neoveta only wanted love, Algos is just a means to aggressively attain it without shame.

Confident: Unlike the former incarnation of Neoveta, Algos is far more confident in her ability to succeed, live to her will, express her desires and face the world and whatever it dares to throw at her. And this confidence comes from having lived a life of regret, limitation, and self-imprisonment. After having seen the hell which Neoveta went through by suppressing her demonic nature, Algos is confident that was the wrong choice and seeks to right that wrong by being utterly confident in herself. There is nothing to fear other than lacking the confidence to be her true self in this life as far as she is concerned.

Therefore, since every passing minute is a finite is precious, there is no time to spend doubting herself anymore. Every action, every word, and each decision that she makes has a weight of total certainty behind it. Neoveta has a lifetime of doubts, regrets, and inaction; Algos refuses to have the same be done to herself now that she has full control of her own separate body. It is why she greets everyone she meets with an aura of open embrace, assuredness, and brevity because she has been through the depths of literal hell itself and knows she has the wings to fly out of it and still remain in one piece.

She feels her way of living is the truth and no one is going to otherwise deter her from that anymore.

Prideful: There is a great amount of pride which is infused into the mind of Algos. Why is this the case? Simple: growth. Algos is proud of how much she has grown as a person after having been freed of the misery of Algea. She is now free to make her own ideas, judgments, actions, and decisions which help mold the tower of her colossal power. And, without the misery having drowned the walls of her heart, Algos is able to better see how the pain her former self molded her into the foul monster she is today.

Algos is willing to stand by her convictions, stand for her love, make difficult decisions, lead people and ascend to the throne of power in the Asthavon family and Demon World. These things, and oh so many more, were all to challenging for her former incomplete self to ever dare dream of doing. Henceforth, without those shackles of self-limiting belief smothering her, Algos is very proud of the strength she has amassed since the two years of her creation. She feels as if she is her own demonic person now and is proud of her heritage, strength, and history because she knows it makes her stronger having this high amount of certainty in her life as opposed to the lack of it prior.

Hunger For Strength: There is a much greater thirst for power inside of Algos than there ever was within the being known as Neoveta. The reason for this is because she understood that Algea's end had come from the reluctance to accept the whole brunt of what she was. Thus, she was scared to attain more strength for herself as she knew those impulses would only become further dominant and alter her persona. Ergo, Algos sought to correct that wrong by having a stronger desire to seek out power for herself in order to provide security in this new life.

However, Algos's desire for strength doesn't stem from a need to be an overlord of the cosmos itself. She seeks the strength of mind, strength of conviction, strength of body and strength of influence in this world. It is not a one-sided goal to become the most powerful creature in the universe, as such a thing is perhaps impossible to achieve for any being. Yet, to her, there are things one can do to attain more certainty through many different forms of inner and outer power to make life more stable for themselves. So, to this end, Algos seeks strength as a medium to otherwise hold up her ideals, the people she loves and the ability to protect herself above all else.

Leading: Algos believes that she does have a purpose in this life to be able to still lead those who follow Khalaism and the rule of the Asthavon in Demon World as it's Princess. That aspect of Neoveta never really seemed to have left this more sinister half. In fact, Algos feels far more qualified to be able to handle the responsibilities that come with her royal title than the former incarnation of herself. And this is because she is willing to do whatever it takes, in her mind, to further that cause of demonic strength because she sees the love, wonder, and strength in her people. From the way their minds work, to the power which possesses their body and the collective network of unity they share as a people; it all comes together to make them such a wonderful race that stands above others in her mind. She can almost understand why the universe itself wanted to seal away demons in their own world because of how hellishly ferocious they were when their innermost desires and instincts are free to wander this existence without restraint.

Durable Soul Of Will: Algos considering herself the person who is quite durable and able to handle whatever comes her way. So, when this mentality is applied to her work ethic, the woman becomes almost unstoppable from her point of view. She isn't against getting her hands dirty to train if it means she will get stronger at the end of it. If she needs to invest a high amount of time to learn a subject? Fine. So be it. She'll study and endure the uncomfort of her ignorance until she masters the subject. Does she need to sacrifice in order to gain a long-term power advancement? Deal. She'll do it without a second thought if she believes herself to be durable and able to handle the short-term pain.

More than anything else, it should be noted that unlike the former incarnation of herself, Algos considers her mind to be resilient and able to handle anything with it's will. She is a creature that thrives on the construct of pain and suffering, so to be unable to handle the sheer weight of all the unimaginable pressure that this universe is able to inflict upon a creature is absurd to her. So this bold mindset is not just applicable in the combat sense, but toward anything she sets her mind toward in general. Work, relationships, study, training, mental health; all of it is tied to this belief that her pain is what made her this most valuable creature of existence and there is not a man or god who can otherwise remove this will from herself as she knows she was blessed with this strength, power, wisdom and insight from the almighty above and it is not to be wasted letting the obstacles and foes of this world remove it with doubt.

Fear Of Being Alone: It's a loathsome feeling to experience the sensation of loneliness. Algos has no desire to be alone as she understands the pain of having everything you yearned for, fought for, believed in and cherished burn down to cinders which descended into an abyss of eternal pain at the end of Neoveta's life. Therefore, that heartache still exist within the soul of Algos and it is what drives her to seek more power, more security and to become aggressive with what she holds dear to her as she knows she never wants to experience that awful emotion of being alone.

Yes, Algos does believe that her body will only become further stronger from that mental and emotional pain. In fact, it may drive her over the top with power from how much anguish it brings her spirit. Yet, that is not something she wishes to embrace fully just yet. She can bare the load of that torment to a fine degree, but she does avoid it if she can by becoming obsessive with the people she holds close to her life and keeping that lingering dread that they may leave at her side. So it is why she must continute her path of savagery to keep what is close to her as this fear is something which drives her as a person to a degree.

Dread Of Losing Power: There is another terror which rests inside of Algos's heart and that is the fear of losing her power. While she may be able to lose external resources such as influence, weapons, land and things of that nature; Algos fears losing her will, physical strength and spiritual power. Without these assets at her side she will merely regress back into that miserable creature of woe nature which was the original Neoveta. And that is not something which The Princes desires to go back to because that life of powerlessness is one that no soul should have to endure as far as she is concerned.

Therefore, from this fear of losing power, Algos will do what it takes to ensure that she stays on top. It does not matter if she has to play dirty, train herself to the utmost of her limit or risk losing her own sanity; she will do whatever she needs to do in order to maintain her power as without that shining inferno inside of her she feels she will be absolutely nothing in this world where the hordes of massses are cast aside at the beaconing of those with might.

Consumed By Will: Given that Algos is running on such strong convictions, emotions, and states of will; it's not hard to imagine her having moments where she is consumed and blinded by it. Not in the sense that she is overwhelmed by her emotions, but by the fact that these sentiments run so passionately inside of her that she can lose sight of things around herself. This perhaps may lead to her otherwise overlooking small details, ignoring the depth and reach of her actions in the short-term (until she snaps out of her state of absolute will.) and outright almost classifying herself as a true monster when she becomes so hungered for a goal that she will slaughter, destroy and obliterate all things and people in her path until nothing is left like a true creature of hell.

It is why Algos, despite embracing her demonic roots, is careful not to go into a pure berserk state of raw will unless it's absolutely required to defeat a foe as she knows the carnage that state of mind can do to a demon when they allow themselves to be totally guided by their mind. She has no desire to lose her sanity to this power as she believes her mother, Mana Asthavon, has.
