So to say if he was aware of the situation as he walked into the office. Tsubasa's once dear friend and an important figure in his life. This was Ibiki Sukia and she held the position of top god of this place. He'd been waiting for a while to meet her though he guessed she had little reason. Tsubasa's original teacher was some weakling like him. That must of been the thought process going through her mind he guessed. Tatsuya didn't give off that same level of power his student did. But this was no longer about his pupil and his deeds. He wanted to meet Ibiki and get a feeling for her as it was. That meant crossing fists, blades, or even bottles. Didn't matter what kind of duel it ended up turning into. His body held scars over it as the soldier had long since been put to rest.
The Warrior Tatsuya had to witness the difference between things now. He needed to push past his limitations and find answers on this journey. It's why he had not joined the Gotei largely. Because at present being a member of such an organization would hinder it. Fifteen hundred years of seeing that one place facing the same warriors. He felt growth from these journies and upon Stefan's Soan's advice. He would seek out people and fight stronger people where and whenever he could. That would be his goal though to get to know them also was important. Tatsuya held an innocence from this world's darkness to this time.
He had another figure he wanted to cross blades with to see just how strong he was. Kenpachi Zaraki and Kenpachi Ibiki were the titles they both held close. Tatsuya himself may have been a similar figure in those respects. But as he entered the domain of the place he was deemed to meet her. His eyes scanned the area as he could feel it. In the air around him, he felt it a sense of her in this place. She certainly held a strength few others could muster even from this distance. She didn't bother hiding it like Sachko or Kagami did when they fought. Ibiki Sukia was a force of nature of herself.
His body tingled with anticipation as he could only wonder what sort of fight this would be. Would she emerge and strike from his back to snap his spine. Would she punch him in the gut and shatter his ribs and body. All the possible avenues of exploration, this was exciting. Such a thrilling prospect for him to begin going forward with. He felt on the cusp of going even further from his current form.
But what could he offer the Menacing Girl? Well, he did have one thing Tsubasa's journey though he'd assume she just rather burn it. But one of the pages in that book had been enlightening. It mattered little now as he intended to have fun with it. No matter how broken or beaten he got it would be fun for him. Tatsuya didn't quite take masochism from it in the general sense. He felt elation when being beaten up by his enemies. They could wound him and cause him to pain anywhere on his body. Making it truly something worth beholding as he tapped his shoulders. Presence and pressure aside this place was fascinating enough.
Made the Imperial Palace in New Honoji look downright pathetic by it's standing. The truth was he was fairly certain a single warrior from here could dispatch them. Could slaughter the entire Oda Family if they desired. So this journey had a meaning for him to find his meaning. Now that he saw the outside world going back was no longer an option. Tatsuya didn't have the natural talent for much outside of this. Warrior's learned and grew by crossing blades.
By fighting and seeing what sort of spirit they held. Stefan had shown him the path now it was time for him to walk upon it. No arrogance or ego to be held from him. When he encountered a strong force like this. He would merely challenge and combat it over and over again. Battlefields and lives such as that were something regular and common. Tatsuya held an air of violence and smelled of blood that had dried ages ago. Showers were common and he was clean it was just his aura in general from those days.
